If you're trying to reduce stress and optimise your rate of learning then enhancing neurogenesis through fasting and polyphenol intake can be very useful. Cut down on any addictions you may have too as these are inevitably detrimental to your performance in general. Trying an adrenal optimiser may help too as a lot of these supplements actually protect the brain rather than adrenals. But apart from that everything I can think of has been covered.

I have noticed Leo likes to wrap spiral dynamics and self-bias around a lot of different scenarios that may be more nuanced and complex. I have no problem with this, I'd just like to offer a place for counter-arguments to these different models and theories so we can all be more open-minded and learn. Thanks

I'd say whether it's wild speculation or not comes ultimately down to the individual seeing the utility of a new decentralised form of currentcy in the future. I'd say it has brilliant potential but there is always a risk of it going bad

You may find some so-called mental illnesses just stem from some root cause that is more physiological than psychological. Look into any potential health problems that might be causing your issues first. I had severe depression and anxiety for the last few years which was caused by heavy metal toxicity, so never lose hope, there may be a solution for you

I consider the creative mind to be somewhat synonymous with an open mind, an entrepreneurial mind, and a somewhat fantasy-like mind. I'd look into creating a business around your passion if you want to feel fulfilled!

DMSA and ALA are alternatives depending on which heavy metal you have issues with and if the chelator needs to cross the BBB. But yeah, first clean up the gut as best as you can, maybe test for parasites or candida.

Just be careful with intermittent fasting. I have found through experience it is easy to overdo if you are in an already stressed state, it can also interfere with sleep. But I do also find it works wonders... So moderation imo!

Try anything high in polyphenols, like coffee, dark chocolate, blueberries etc. healthy fats like eggs, low-mercury fish, and avocados, and low sugar!

You could be sensitive to the proteins in the wheat or the lectins in the pulses, beans and peas. Try just eating the basic safe foods for a couple of days and see how you go

Yeah mould can be a huge issue so you've gotta be very careful. Don't dry clothes inside with the windows shut and make sure everything in your house has air able to flow around it or your health will suffer
