  1. I have been meditating regularly for many years, for me meditation is a gradual path, I had some intuitions and some glimpses no awakenings. I recently tried the psychedelic LSA a few times, I had a peak experience (I don't know if it was an awakening, but it raised the consciousness a lot) and a huge amount of insights, as if I had meditated for a year.
  2. I like to read the blog of David Buckland "Davidya" he talks about many stages after the first Self realization; but he uses different names. I can't really know what Leo or others are referring to!! The post-personal Stages in summary: 1 – Cosmic Consciousness (CC) or Self Realization 1a – Refined CC or God Consciousness (GC) 2 – Unity Consciousness (UC), Oneness or non-duality 2a – Refined Unity and God Realization 3 – Brahman or Beyond Consciousness 3a – Refined Brahman 3b – Parabrahman or Wholeness https://davidya.ca/2014/01/25/stages-of-development-in-consciousness/
  3. Sometimes I use this practice that I found in the site of Jan Esmann LOVE, Everybody knows love to some degree. Love for one’s wife and children for example. Or love for one’s teacher. Or love of religious icons and art. Feel this love as often and as strongly as possible during the day, then let go of the object of the love and just feel the love in and as itself. Stay with it for as long as possible. Enhance it with your breath (this technique cannot be explained, but you will figure it out with a little experimentation). Merge your conscious awareness with this love and you will feel the love naturally flows towards the Divine, to God.
  4. I've heard of peak experiences (maslow), spiritual emergencies (Stan Grof), awakening experiences of different intensity (the Leap-Steve Taylor), visions and obes. What are the differences and similarities with the effects produced by psychedelic substances?
  5. Thank you for the answers! Do you think that these peak experiences, visions etc., are an important part of a spiritual practice (without psychedelics) or are they just very rare?
  6. @Seth yes, maybe I just wanted to have a different perspective on the practice of lucid dreams!
  7. What Spiral Dynamics stage is lucid dreaming?
