  1. I’ve experienced both, they certainly can be extremely different. Nada sound can be deafening yeah but for me it didn’t sound nearly as “computerized” (for lack of a better description) as tinnitus.
  2. 154g of fat plus 154g protein would be 2000cals. If you eat leaner such that you’re only getting enough fat for the body’s needs, you could get 50g fat (450cals) and then to get 2000cals you’d need (2000-450)/4= 387.5g protein. That could probably be done on carnivore but who cares? You don’t “need” 2000 cals. Just eat all meat until you’re not hungry, if that’s your diet. Protein need is basically just 80+ grams a day, and of course, 387.5 > 80. Now if you’re talking about not wasting protein by getting more than the amount that provides additional benefit (generally 240-280g/day is where leanness benefits cap out; all other benefits, like muscle growth support, cap out way lower) then yeah you’d be “wasting” protein, but not really, because the nature of the all-meat diet is just what it is. Take the good with the bad if it’s the diet that works best for you. I will say though, if you are athletic, you’ll get better results with carbs, if you can handle them—But if you can’t, then obviously you can’t. Carb intake should match activity level for most “balanced” diets (does not really apply to carnivore diet), fat should be above minimum requirements (some put this as low as 10-20g a day but 30-60g would be safer), and protein should be at least 70-80g and preferably 100+ — in fact, if weight training in the hypertrophic rep range (especially in the sweet spot: 4-14RM weights, to failure or very close to failure) then going way above the usual requirement of 70-100g can slightly but surely bolster your gains…with max growth at .8g per lb of lean body mass divided into 4 doses a day…which usually works out to about 25-40g 4x/day. And like I stated earlier, you get (slight; subject to diminishing returns) additional leanness benefits all the way up to 240-280g protein (assuming you don’t weigh more than 280lb because in that case you’d probably get benefits all the way up to [your weight in pounds]=x grams of protein daily but unless you’re 7 feet tall this is probably far from a healthy bodyweight).
  3. The nada sound is present in everyone, but most ignore it or haven’t tuned into it before. Tinnitus is totally different, it’s not the musical and usually white-noise-sounding tone of the nada sound, it’s an audible ring, sometimes even with computer-like static sounds and changing tones that are generally very annoying. Just saying they’re 2 different things I never suffered from severe tinnitus or even enough to be annoying but it was mild and noticeable (got it from listening to loud music but it was made worse by LSD and 5-MeO-DMT) and I distinctly remember pregnenolone actually getting rid of it completely, albeit temporarily. Leo, what is the cure you found? Was it pregnenolone? Edit: Nvm, saw it is listening to the Tinnitus Mix audio file with a high quality playback device / headset for hours. I’d try it if my tinnitus wasn’t so mild as to be an absolute non-issue. Thanks Leo. When are you coming out with the “part 2” that you mention in your blog? Btw, that Tinnitus Mix sounds almost exactly like the psychedelic-induced tinnitus I used to suffer from (the way I described it above, as “an audible ring, sometimes even with computer-like static sounds and changing tones that are generally very annoying,” was before even listening to the mix or knowing about it, and it pretty much describes how the mix sounds, lol) — I don’t suffer from any significant tinnitus now, but don’t know what fixed it… maybe pregnenolone, probably just time.
  4. Here’s the lowdown on protein for muscle growth: 80 grams a day is enough for anyone to grow plenty. Even 40-60 might support it but it damn well wouldn’t be optimal. But for maximum growth, assuming one is training in such a way to support it, this requires .8g per lb of lean body mass, assuming 4 feedings per day, in other words if you were 200lb at 20%bf that would be 160*.8=128, 128/4= 32g per meal 4x/d. And maintaining is way easier than gaining; if someone is training decently well, there’s no reason to expect they’d lose muscle even with 50-80g protein per day, it’s just that they might gain .18 lb a month rather than the .25 lb they’d maybe get if they ate .8g / lb lbm daily.

Practicing approaching helps but more progress will come from internal shifts in confidence and also going through relationships — especially observing how women fall out of love with you. When a man sees a woman on the street he can immediately tell if she’s a 7, 8, 9 etc on the sexual market, within about 1 point, because after talking to her or getting to know her a bit more that number can change in either direction by up to a point or so. The way you prevent that from happening is to be a question mark. Because a woman’s love for a man is highly based on the feeling associated with the question “does he love me or does he not love me?” As she will only be in love with you if she thinks your value is higher than hers. Even self improvement, in terms of its use in game, serves one primary purpose: to teach you how much women simply don’t even care about that… it’s a drop in the bucket relative to your true sex value, in other words your ability to have beautiful women stay in love with you (which comes from your ability to not be emotionally attached to her and your ability to walk away with zero hesitation).

If you don’t have abundance in your heart though you’ll always be trying to fulfill a need that you feel like you can extract from others.   20. If you do everything right it takes as many dates as she has as a hard rule, or less. Often girls won’t have sex until at least date 2 and sometimes date 3-5, unless you get them horny enough on the first. But most (again not all, so don’t get butthurt) will take 1 date, that’s it, assuming you didn’t do anything super not normal.
