And by the way... If someone were to tell you, for instance, “stop trying to get anywhere,” then they are coming from a place of mere conceptual understanding (thus, misunderstanding) of nonduality. As there’s no you to do that either. -

Yep . Sounds about right . Spiritual bypassing or not (absolutely not saying that it is spiritual bypassing, of course). -

Completely lights out for this current body-mind that you call you? Yes. But notice how that's basically nonsensical, since there will be no one there experiencing the lights out. The reason, so to speak, that it is nonsensical is of course: there is no separate and finite self present already. So there will certainly be no knowing end of awareness. It will be like before you were born, as it always was, and is now -- nobody knows they aren't aware of separate objects. There just aren't any separate objects, nor anything separate from wholeness, at all. Nobody even knows whether or not they're actually aware of separate objects, even if they think/dream that they know (experience a separate world)... in the end, because there isn't anyone separate from everything that could know. There is only the absolute, which is the relative and can appear as I AM. There is no death separate from birth -- i.e. there is no death. This is already birth and death simultaneously; you imagined that your birth happened in the past -- imagination (the story) has no limit... there's nothing beyond the appearance of everything, which is inseparable from the apparent story, which is as real as it is unreal... and, actually... without limit -- this is actually the aspect that is apparently hidden in apparent bondage -- the sheer amount of story that goes into making "looking at a screen" believable, sensical, somewhat not chaotic, and ordinary is absolutely staggering, and indeed without limit... There is no separation of any kind at all -- there is only everything (which is nothing), this is the whole thing, and it isn't moving... this fact hides in the apparent actual limitedness of the story, which appears automatically when time and distance are experienced to be real. Psychedelic breakthrough experience or God-Realization can give you a hint, but only a hint, of what it might be like. It's indescribable because it's outside the realm of time. And it can reveal the infinite nature of the story -- as inseparable from literally everything. As for why you find yourself anxious about both possibilities? Because all fear is fear of change; expansion; death; freedom. -

Possible? Very likely yes, especially with some contemplative development. For me, breakthrough dose was 110ug. Not at first, but eventually every time. -

That snake experience does not have to happen in jhana. It can just occur when competing intentions relax and the energy released can manifest in a variety of ways, including as a feeling of energy going up the spine and out the top of the head, and then sometimes even back into the body in a circuit, often through the hands. Very deep self inquiry can even trigger it. Its just an empty experience dependent on the mind. I don’t really know though. Just my experience and intuition. -

It’s pretty simple. Nothing is happening. No one knows that... It’s just that, the only thing which experiences something happening in time and space, has no substance at all. When it’s recognized there’s no one experiencing, the real context of this appearance falls away, and no real context can arise anymore. Even looking back on memories before this apparent shift, it’s still impossible to find the “me” among the memories — it is just what apparently happened. Nothing to lose Nothing to find No Real-I-zing Of any kind ? -

A still mind. Yet while the recognition I speak of is bliss, it’s not a bliss that anyone feels. There just is bliss. The existential questions that plague the mind can drop. Am I a good person? / Am I on the right path? There’s no need for that at all. -
The0Self replied to Shmurda's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Endangered-EGO Yeah first jhana is not kundalini awakening. Kundalini activation is required for it though. 2nd jhana is closely associated with kundalini awakening though. Kundalini awakening is simply the experience associated with the collapse of competing intentions in the mind — causes a feeling of absolute effortlessness and an explosion of exhilarating bliss. -

But deep in the story: God imagined what it would be like if it couldn’t handle infinity (not even by choice, just with automatic infinite intelligence). Thus, you imagined “something.” -

? Very nice quote on the right too! However, on the right side, belief almost certainly does not apply. For such a being, God would not be a God that can be believed in. Perhaps... trusted, but not trusted in a way that could be lost, so it’s infinitely stronger than mere faith... And it’s not even personal... There is no god, because god is everything. Your finite mind can only think of god as less than god, meaning your mind can only think of god as something which is not-God (imaginary). -

Here’s the problem. You’re imagining yourself to be between nothing and everything (i.e. something; someone), when nothing just IS everything. You can’t fix that. You die from it and come out the other side. -

@Endangered-EGO “I” (it’s basically deep in the story) had extensive experience with kundalini. Kundalini is required for early jhana entry. I’ve been through the jhanas. Second jhana is ridiculously more intense than most kundalini experiences, yet it technically is one (basically taken to the limit). It’s associated with the A&P of Buddhism. It has absolutely no relation to the end of the path -

Just made a post straight from absolute. Can’t remember what I named it. Just came out automatically. -

While this is boundlessness appearing (which we could stop at if we were dead-set on staying out of stories) as infinite intelligence designing the story of everything timelessly... This is also boundlessness being infinite intelligence designing the story of everything timelessly. See how deep the utterly absolute lack of separation goes? -

Well the goal of spiritual practice is the end of doubting this is perfection. -
The0Self replied to Loveeee's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well into the infinitely deep story that is everything, it can be Real-I-zed that you designed your self and the whole universe (which are not separate from each other) timelessly. So yeah, the designing not only didn't happen in the past, it is also not even a process. You could conceive of it as an apparent cross-section or solidification of absolute infinity. This is boundlessness appearing as infinite intelligence designing the story of everything timelessly. -

It is literally just the apparent happening of energy release when competing desires stop fighting with each other and a being becomes more unified. -

Glad to hear it! ? -
Imagine 2 people exchanging an object. One person gives a cookie (or whatever) to a second person who receives it. Imagine this happening in slow motion, in reverse, etc... Do this while imagining what both of their experiences simultaneously are at each moment. Notice how the 2 appearances "fit together?" Unify them. Notice how "each" is already a manifestation of completeness, and not separate. They are, in a sense, merely different perspectives of everything. There is only one appearance, but capacity for an infinitude of stories.

Optimal is at least 100g a day of protein from animal sources, which have all essential amino acids. 120 would be better; less than 80 is not good — unless you really don’t care about health. There is certainly no need to supplement but whey protein can help you meet the quota. As far as aminos being in an optimal balance, glycine can help with this — it’s in gelatin, collagen, and collagenous meats, and it can be eaten plain as it’s basically a calorie free sweetener. Some protein sources are a bit unbalanced in their AA profile. Even though animal protein is less likely to be imbalanced than plant, they still can be. Particularly whey protein (high cysteine) and pork (high methionine).

^^ ? But seriously, it sounds more likely that this is depersonalization — there’s still someone there who is aware that the separate “I” or experiencer has no substance and everything seems centerless. With enlightenment there’s no experience of the I having no substance — the experiencer just isn’t there. Perhaps contemplation would be of use? I don’t know. I never really had terrifying depersonalization in a problematic sense, I just viewed it as a side effect of spiritual practice so I pretty much ignored it, as crazy as that sounds.

The journey is already done, so nothing can be done, not to mention there’s no one to do it, and there’s no free will and choice. There are no limits, and all there is is uncaused love. Unknowable yet infinitely free. There is no free will, because all there is is free will. This is infinity. There is just everything. Destiny and free will may seem rather beside the point when it’s recognized there’s nothing even happening in the first place. Infinity might appear as the carving out, with free will, of a destiny chosen by higher self imagining what would happen if it imagined itself to be finite — with infinite power anything it imagines is so — it’s this appearing as that story (though the particular aspects just described have no need to be obvious).
