  1. @OBEler Once you get into the ego death range (75+ mg intranasal; >150mg for guaranteed ego death) it generally is quite intense. It’s like a limiter on how intense the experience can be, falls away. Control drops and reveals a profound alive intensity that was being hidden by the feeling of being in control. It can be incredibly amazing or incredibly harrowing but generally the latter is caused by attempting to refuse to let go (if the dose is high enough it’ll MAKE you let go but it will rip the sense of control from your core in agonizing fashion).
  2. @Leo Gura Yeah jhanas are just a nifty little experience, in the grand scheme of things. Not particularly important. Some highly awake people apparently don’t experience them — I can tell they don’t because if they did they’d probably talk about them all the time because they really are quite remarkable and flashy (I mean, it’s basically on-demand maximum bliss which can be tailored to your liking to be either more or less exhilarating; calm; etc) and if there was a way to sell them you’d be the richest person ever (lol believe me I’ve tried).
  3. Same. It basically has been asymptotically approaching zero… physically, at least — vibe/energy-wise, in a way, it can sometimes be literally zero, but even then there’s still a bodily anxious exhilaration about it.
  4. Yeah you’d think approach anxiety would be a thing of the past once you realize you are God in spectacularly direct and undeniable fashion… but as it turns out, it seems it just never completely goes away. Guess it’s just hardwired into the human brain, with billions of years of evolution on its side, essentially.
  5. Sounds about right… ? Yep, awakening can be quite brutal. Everyone consider reading that just to know what you could be getting yourself into. Of course it could go all sorts of ways, but I for sure highly resonate with that.
  6. 1. Take some 2. Take more and Most definitely.
  7. I would generally use 50-100mg intranasal. At least 140-160 if I wanted to k hole. Rectal would probably need to be… more mg than that but not by much, since rectal is the faster acting roa of the two. Just make sure it’s enough water to dissolve it all — it doesn’t take much.
  8. @OBEler No, ketamine is way weaker when plugged (or at least very clearly weaker), relative to intranasal. Pretty much everything else is stronger plugged than snorted. Not ketamine. I have tons of experience with this, not just repeating something I heard or read. Who knows why it's the case, but it is. Doesn't mean you shouldn't plug -- just use more if you're plugging; no big deal.
  9. I have a lot of experience with boofing and snorting ketamine and I really do feel like snorting it gives me a better experience. Maybe psychological, but with other substances I usually get better effects boofing than snorting, so idk. That's just me though. If it had a slow intranasal onset I'd boof it, but it's really fast, so for me I see no need.
  10. Well, here goes nothing, lol: I'll assume you're not trolling -- at least partially if not primarily because, believe it or not, I actually had a very similar experience to what you describe in the original post of this thread, when combining psychedelics and dissociatives. The way I would express the "tiny yet poor example" of the phonetics/etc of the corresponding being that I became, in the fashion you just did, is as follows: "Fluffette wocken hockturne" It was neither female nor male. fwiw... Not joking, in case that wasn't clear. It was some sort of interdimensional dragon, with a tail, from what I can recall. The experience then progressed to a sort of white out that was so bright it was also infinitely dark, and there were literally no such thing as "edges" between any two things anymore, and therefore there were no things. Just before the aforementioned edges dissolved, they were painfully sharp, and then recognized as insubstantial -- then they vanished and an infinite force was sort of "unleashed." I doubt this will be helpful... but hey, I wouldn't be surprised if it somehow is.
  11. Red-to-green, with orange and blue dominating. Tristan Tate is a bit higher, perhaps even slightly creeping into the yellow (almost entirely due to sheer prosperity), if JBP is also in the yellow (which I kind of doubt now tbh).
  12. That's what the mandatory zinc and recommended molybdenum are for (only applies to ALA). Research the Cutler protocol on onibasu before chelating.
  13. I appreciate you brother. Lemme see if I can prompt some value here, for fun: If I may ask, what kind of practices are you doing these days? If any. And what kind did you do before the awakening? Do you have any sense that it contributed to the awakening? And, three more questions: 1. What is the most unexpected aspect of your awakening? 2. What is the most difficult aspect? and 3. Is your sense of movement or frames different now? (Is it almost like nothing ever moves, and there’s just an explosion of absolute infinity, appearing as absolutely ordinary?) Thank you. Metta
  14. Okay good. Very, very glad to hear it man! Congrats. I was asking because the video you posted reminded me of myself before a tremendous awakening happened. So yeah I’d imagine you would be doing pretty well!
  15. It is dangerous if you are doing either of the following: 1. Dosing too infrequently (should be ALA e3h, DMSA e4h, or DMPS e8h) 2. Staying on-round for any less than an absolute bare minimum of 72 hours straight. Shooting for 2 weeks is generally going to be a good thing to do. But make it to 72 hours (preferably 96h) — like your life depends on it. Make sure you’re dosing frequently enough, and staying on round (without missing or being late for even one single dose) for long enough. And ALA will cause copper buildup — multiple doses throughout the day of zinc (30mg total for the day) is required, and preferably molybdenum should be taken the same way as well (for 1-2mg daily total).
  16. Alright, I trust your assessment. Nonetheless, I would claim that if people on bootcamps plugged into an optimized system, not getting laid would be the exception and not the general rule. And that optimized system could even be simplified as pithy as: In an interaction, 1. assume attraction 100% of the time like it’s a brick wall that cannot be breached, 2. escalate, and deal with noncompliance and objections as they inevitably arise, and 3. solve logistical problems as they arise. And 4. no further complications. (And obviously move on to the next girl as soon as the interaction either is clearly blown out or didn’t open at all even with persistence.) That way, the correct vibe (for the highest chance of closing) is set, and it stays set at a value of 100%, for 100% of the duration of the interaction, rather than haphazardly. Admittedly, it’s hard to find RSD stuff nowadays, but much of what I recall seeing was fancy and gimmicky and primarily just a bunch of guys mostly having fun while maybe getting laid on the side — that’s fine (great, even) but imo it’s not exactly the most efficient way to get laid. Not by a long shot, actually. To each his own. I only came to that conclusion about a month ago. Through trial and error since ~2011.
  17. @Marten98 http://onibasu.com/wiki/Cutler_protocol.html#Forms_of_dosing Misspoke! Sorry! Let me delete that. Been a long time since I researched this stuff. DMPS chelates mercury-ONLY; not lead. Got it backwards. ALA is the only one that chelates mercury from brain. But DMSA chelates both lead and mercury, while ALA just chelates mercury (and possibly cadmium; arsenic; etc, which are generally nowhere near as bad as mercury). But ALA chelates both extra- and intra- cellular, and inorganic and organic mercury. So if you want to chelate mercury, you could use any of the 3, but ALA is fastest (but you have to wait 3 months since exposure / amalgam removal to prevent net distribution to brain). If you want to chelate lead, use DMSA. Don't combine DMPS and DMSA. ALA can be used with either of those -- but always stop the ALA first.
  18. If you’re going to be training at home, resistance bands are essential. The pink ones are generally a good resistance rating for fully grown adult males who train. Jason Blaha’s channel has all sorts of info on complete routines and exercise exercises you can do with them. They’re no joke — you can actually train with them and get gym-level results or better if you program and use them correctly.
  19. DMPS doesn’t chelate mercury DMPS doesn't chelate lead. ALA chelates mercury only, but it does it the quickest. *** The main thing to get straight is the round length — never ever less than 72 hours, at an absolute minimum. 2 weeks is ideal but not always (or perhaps even generally) feasible. And dose at proper frequency: e3h for ALA, e4h for DMSA, e8h for DMPS, or more often.
  20. Julien is alright but almost everyone else from RSD is a clown. Todd V is good when he’s good but he often sucks too. Plenty of individuals have literally paid RSD well over $5k only to not even get laid once. The only people I trust (to a degree) in this space are Alex (Playing With Fire), John Anthony Lifestyle, Leo, Ross Jeffries, and maybe one or two others. And although JAL is quite likely the best at the game by far, his ego can basically be seen from outer space, so I’d tread lightly. The fundamentals are relatively simple but require practice: assume you already got the girl, assume you are awesome and that she will think you’re awesome, assume the conversation/interaction/date is going well and will continue to go well, don’t try to impress her, be unapologetically the best version of yourself, be physical from the earliest possible moment, sexualize the conversation, calibrate after the fact and never before (which by the way is the entire reason why the 3 second rule is relevant; play off any mistake as messing around or not a big deal and forget about it), and move things forward while rewarding her compliance with your interest and her noncompliance with your disinterest.
  21. Oh and btw the routine I outlined doesn’t include warm up sets. Do at the very least 2 sets of 5 ramped up right before each round of work sets. So if your work set of deadlift was 315 you would do something like 135x5, 135x5, 225x5, then the work set — max concentric speed on every single rep including (and even especially) the first one — of 315x5. That would be 3 warm up sets. Do at least 2. You should be adding 5lb every session to the bar on squats and 10lb for deadlift and make sure you’re eating enough to gain weight. At least 100g protein a day bare minimum. Preferably .8-1g/lb bw. And squats don’t count unless they’re to parallel or below. Quarter squats (above parallel) don’t get you strong, nor are they good for the knees. You will eventually develop weak points, and you’ll cross that bridge when you get there, but it won’t happen for a while since everything is a weak point until squat is >315lb. The first weak points that generally present are 1. hamstrings, 2. the long head (aptly named the “lazy head”) of the triceps, and 3. glutes. The cures for those, respectably, are 1. glute-ham raise (or good mornings if no glute-ham device is available), 2. lying triceps extension with exaggerated shoulder stretch movement, and 3. either glute bridge or hip thrust (actually reverse hyper but good luck finding a gym with one). But it depends on your specific body type which weak points will present. The mechanism behind weak points is minimum effective volume for a muscle group not being met anymore.
  22. @Jordan I made lots of useful edits/additions in the comment you just replied to btw
