  1. Just be in set at all times or whenever possible man. Unless traveling to another bar. If you have the vibe down, there’s no need to warm up. Needing to warm up will already put you out of the right frame — that you’re good enough for any girl, no matter how hot, as is… no matter how delusional that is (it really isn’t though), that is simply the optimal frame for highest likelihood of closing, and so you might as well hold it at all times… Like as soon as you wake up in the morning it should be there.
  2. ^^^ The general rule is: >2min no matter what. But on heavy deep squats, you're going to find that it takes >3min. And @Jordan , contrary to popular belief, not only is muscle soreness not associated with growth, it actually inhibits it slightly. But it's unavoidable at first. After a few weeks, soreness goes away and never comes back -- unless you add new movement patterns (exercises), or greatly increase the number of sets (and oftentimes even that won't cause soreness, as long as you're used to the movement pattern). So you want soreness to be gone ASAP -- the quickest way to do this is to train full body 3x/wk, even when you are sore. Training through soreness seems to make soreness less likely in the future -- a good thing. Not a very well known thing either. The adaptation (growth) window for a muscle always ends 48 hours (at the latest) after the session wherein new adaptations were provoked, but it doesn't start until a sufficient level of microtearing has healed. Soreness means there was a lot of microtearing. Healing of microtearing is NOT the same as fatigue recovery though -- 100% fatigue recovery can take weeks. A sufficient level of microtear repair for the growth process to begin will generally take only a few hours, but if the session produced muscle soreness, this can take a full day or even more, significantly encroaching upon your very limited 48 hour adaptation window. And luckily, there is no need to be fully recovered before training a muscle again, but you should wait 48 hours, since there's already an adaptation window in play -- might as well let it play out.
  3. 3 numbers (after failed screen for logistics to pull) per hour is a good goal. One should aim for "Pulls that generally settle for Numbers," not "Approaches." That's a better frame to be in anyway -- don't think of the girl as an approach, think of her as someone who is just about to be in your life -- or even better if you can swing it: already is in your life.

Yes, more frequent is better, but you can't do every 30 minute dosing in your sleep, and blood levels need to be elevated for at least 72 hours straight (2 weeks is better) for better-than-break-even healing/damage ratio. 3h ends up being fine -- absorption isn't instant. Not 3.5 hours though, 3 or less. And luckily, chelation load isn't anywhere near linear with dose -- "barely any" ALA holding on to those heavy metals is infinitely better than "none." But if you're willing to set your alarm every 2 hours in your sleep, that is highly encouraged -- it's just even better to do the round as long as possible, and if taking it that frequently discourages that, just take it every 2.5-3 hrs during sleep hours. During the day though, yeah might as well take 1/3 of the e3h dose every hour -- highly encouraged. They do. R is about 30 minutes. S is a little longer but not more than like 60 minutes -- I do remember that; just tried to find the exact number and couldn't find it with 2 minutes of research so it seems it's not super widely available... you could probably find it in like 10 minutes or so.
  5. Only would I suggest that if they’re insisting on maintaining a schedule even if they take a dose early. But it’s probably best to keep a small amount with you just in case. Much better would be to simply take all their doses exactly on-time, down to the minute — and that can be every 3 hours, but certainly no less frequently. Preferably every hour, but that’s rather inconvenient — though at least during the waking day, if you can swing it, it’s beneficial. I was mainly correcting the false assumption that if one is, say, 30 minutes early to a dose, then they can take their next dose on-time with no harm done (just to be very clear, that is indeed false). If a dose is taken early, the next one must be taken 3 hours (or less) after that one, not 3.5h after. Dosing roughly every 2-4hr (being late or early to e3h doses by as much as 30min) would work just fine if ALA had a half life of 3h, but it does not — its half life is closer to 30 minutes. Shortly after 3h is already when redistribution occurs, so another dose needs to be taken right then or earlier. ALA literally clears the system completely in less than 5 hours. If its half life were 3 hours then it would take almost a full day to clear the system, but again, that is not the case at all. tl/dr: ALA has a half-life not of 3h, but of as little as 30min. So the e3h rule truly is a maximum, not a general optimal frequency. But who is really going to take ALA that often? Every 30-60min would be required for optimal, rock-steady blood levels, but that’s not necessary. Constantly elevated blood levels is necessary though, and e3h fits the bill… barely. DMSA half-life is 3.2hr, DMPS half-life is 6-9hr.
  6. It’s the same with game. The problem is, without a working system, you won’t be able to play the whole game, you’ll keep failing on the first level. To at least make sure you’re playing on the second level from the start, you only need to keep 4 things in mind until they’re second nature, on the open: 1. Square up; feet facing her 2. Loud enough 3. Strong eye contact 4. Commanding vocal tonality (downward inflection) And eventually you’ll want to do the same with these 4, again, preferably starting on the open or just after: - Be physical - Realize that what you say does not matter — assume you already got the girl; don’t calibrate before anything you do or say (only calibrate after) - Deal with friends in the group as needed by simply being normal and introducing yourself, then go back to your girl - Use dominant body language If you just go in haphazardly without solidifying at least those first 4 into your psyche, you will continue to fail the first level and won’t get any practice with level 2+.
  7. Game is more of an insight + calibration thing, rather than a “just do 1000 approaches” thing. Doing the latter may work but it is also likely to create bad habits that you have to unlearn. It shouldn’t take even 50 approaches before you get results… Just because many had to do that (or many times that) doesn’t mean they did it the most efficient way. Just plug and play with a system developed by an expert that has loads of clients with tons of proof of their own success (in accumulating lays with hot women, in this case), just like anything else… it’s that simple. Now go find who that is — but that’s easier said than done, and you have to navigate the effects of financial incentives in that space with a heart of stone, but it’s worth it. Follow the evidence where it leads and don’t get roped into thinking something is the holy grail. If a coach that you like seems to have a very unattractive gf, don’t cope and delude yourself into thinking “she must just have a great personality” — the dude simply doesn’t know game as well as he claims, so mourn the loss of that guru, and keep searching. Rest assured, if a dating coach could have a hot gf, he would have one — their ego would not be able to resist using that ability (for myriad reasons, including even product sales, and especially minimal cognitive dissonance), so if they don’t have one, obviously…move on.
  8. Seed (and corn, etc) oils are both very cheap to acquire and very profitable to sell, so useful research is going to be particularly difficult to parse. Financial incentives and all.
  9. Hypersensitivity might be an issue. Oxidative stress might also be. Thyroid and adrenal suppression perhaps. PUFAs in general seem to have many issues. They are essential, but only about 1-2g a day is essential. Probably best to just eat a low fat diet high in protein. Lots of animal products and vegetables, and fruits as long as one is doing resistance training — though there’s probably a way to make a vegan diet relatively healthy as well.
  10. ^^^ Yep. And when you’re awkward around girls and get rejected, just realize it’s part of the process. Don’t let it get you down. I think some guys think that getting down on yourself as a result of rejections also has to be part of the process, but I strongly disagree. Realize that rejection will happen even when you’re advanced. Even when your game is 100% advanced, you can very roughly expect to successfully open half the girls you approach, get a number from half of those you opened, and fully close with 10% of the girls you get numbers from. So that’s an approach-to-close rate of 0.5*0.5*0.1 = 0.025, 2.5%, or 1 in 40. Get used to it. That’s from cold approach though. Social circle can be much, much higher. But I’d recommend gaining skill with cold approach (day and especially night) and also online (keep the profile bio relatively mysterious and simple and focus on very good pics with graffiti backgrounds etc).

  12. This simply means you hit the very high threshold muscle fibers that only fire upon maximal effort. It actually isn’t necessary to push that hard, but it can and should be done from time to time, and eventually when very trained, your body won’t react that way nearly as easily.
  13. Get physical very soon. Be congruent -- if you want to be more than friends, do things that indicate that. Just do it, while assuming everything will go well. It gets easier over time. If she reacts negatively, first of all that may be token resistance anyway, just play it off as no big deal (you can even playfully say "why you being weird?" -- that works really well), vibe more, and try again later. Never calibrate before the fact, only after. Always assume that what you're doing is attractive. Perhaps most importantly, do not be too serious (or tight/rigid).

And probably just a bit of strength due to increased motor efficiency, not the huge amount of strength that comes with increased muscle size.

  22. LSD is naturally quite a bit on the less visual side and more on the expansive side. Mushrooms are extremely visual given a matched trio intensity level, relative to LSD, which resembles “long-lasting ultra-mild 5-MeO-DMT with less expansion and more visual effect,” as a standard. Which is why LSD is so good for god realization — low fluff, kind of like 5meo.
  23. Looks good. Good plan! ? Yeah the kind of decreases you’re talking about, if done for just a short period, are perfectly fine; insignificant, even. In all actuality, 3 hours is even cutting it a little close with ALA, so 2 hours during the day is definitely more optimal. Try not to exceed 3 hours at night though. If you wanted to be a bit haphazard with it for convenience purposes, the most reckless I would ever consider doing it is as follows: x mg every 2h during the entire day, except for 1 dose — the dose right before sleep — where one can take a double dose and then set the alarm to wake up in 4 hours to take the usual x mg and then set the alarm for 3.5 hours, for a total of 7.5 hours bed rest (I’d only do this if, for instance, 7.5 hours bed rest was an absolutely critical need; try to get away with less while on round, but only if you can) — and the pre-bed dose can be 3h after the previous one since it’ll be a double dose. Though it is highly recommended that you don’t do that. It is best to take ALA every 3 hours or more often. It’s just really hard to do that if your rounds are several weeks long. But for a 96 hour round? Yeah take it every 1.5-3 hours around the clock. I would not recommend 72 hour rounds as that’s the bare minimum but if you’re dosing every 2 hours for a 72h round, it’ll probably be just about as good as a 96h round. The only reason that is even remotely feasible is that the chelation load doesn’t increase linearly with dose. 50% increase in dose = 18% faster mercury excretion (chelation load). So the inverse is true with decreasing doses, and therefore, it is greatly more important to just make sure you have at least something in your system (though it would not be optimal to only think about that, just catastrophe-avoiding), never taking a break too much longer than the half life. You might think the half life is 3 hours right? It’s actually as little as 30 minutes (for a very significant portion of the metabolites). So it would be best if you took it every 30min, but as described in this paragraph, the main thing is that you don’t let it get anywhere near zero… which hopefully you can see is actually something you do need to worry about, considering a significant portion of its metabolites have an effective half life of only 30min, not anywhere near 3 hours. Its half life is actually similar to small doses of alcohol, for reference.
