  1. Oh my god how have I never tried this... Thank you. Good god thank you.
  2. http://onibasu.com/wiki/Treating_the_thyroid.html Cutler adds: "Actually, it is T4 that makes your heart go thumpity thump (there are T4 receptors on the heart - cardiologists know this and this is why hypERthyroidism as in Graves Disease is treated with large doses of T3 - the T3 suppresses endogenous productioin of T4 and thus protects the heart. T4 also seems to be what elevates blood pressure and gives you the runs. T3 is euphoric and has not that much other peripheral effect. The brain does NOT make it's own T3, another superstition that leads to a lot of inappropriate prescribing. For the chemically sensitive among us, T4 is what speeds up phase 1 liver metabolism and makes you more chemically sensitive, T3 doesn't seem to.“ Medical troubleshooting used to be my passion, as I have narcolepsy and my sister has type 1 diabetes and Hashimoto’s. Onibasu was like the intersection of traditional and alternative medicine.

  4. Turn around in a circle. See how your visual field just moved across your consciousness, but you were always facing out, not back? Back is towards heaven. Unbelievably crudely put.
  5. Hell yeah I wasn’t even expecting it to. It’s literally as good as new! Was planning on ordering more but it’s perfectly fine lol. It’s been under my bed in 68-71 degrees F untouched since early 2017 or so.
  6. Well, I guess sourcing is allowed. Got mine from Herbal Salvation. It’s very good. Years ago, though. Using leftover stash. See what people are saying on reddit.
  7. Sit quietly and still. Everything you experience... who is it that is experiencing it? It isn’t the experience itself, because YOU are experiencing it. Therefore, anything you see isn’t you. Know that deeply and see everything as not-self, not-me, and not-mine. Everything. You will need to get creative with just how much “everything“ entails. Everything including the minute intentions to do this very practice — like a snake eating it’s own tail. This is the most powerful method I know of besides Jhana (which can take a lot of time and talent) as well as LSD, 5-MeO, nitrous, and ketamine.
  8. Being afraid to wipe your own ass properly because “ain’t no real man supposed to be near there” I think I saw that on reddit a while back. Terrifying? Hilarious? You decide.
  9. I used to have this problem exactly as you described. It went away with various consciousness work and meditation. I give way less of a fuck and take things less seriously, which allows that muscle to relax now when I need it to. Every once in blue moon I’ll have some difficulty but NEVER do I fail to go when I choose to anymore — it just might take 15 seconds to get started if someone is right next to me.
  10. He probably doesn’t want to hear about this. Especially the “you’ll thank me later“ comment. He has means and has tried tons of stuff. He has Hashimoto’s. The only thing I worry about is this idea of fixing the underlying issue — pretty sure he’s just going to have to take triiodothyronine forever. Just like a type 1 diabetic has to take insulin forever. Idk. Pretty sure in the video he mentioned already trying selenium. I wonder if he’s tried avoiding iodine. Or tried altering methylation (TMG, etc), de-methylation (folinic acid) and histamine. Probably has...
  11. Ignore Dave Rubin, as he is the only one in that list who’s actually just in it for the money. Sam Harris is interesting. It’s like he’s equally in stage orange, green, and yellow. And his 1st person realization of buddha-mind and no-free-will is what saves him imo. He’s incredibly smart but seemingly SO arrogant and he drastically underestimates the knowledge of his detractors. IDW: rationality > facts Left: rationality < facts
  12. You know just enough to be dangerous. Know a bit less. Unknow.
  13. Yeah LSD surprisingly is very similar to 5meo. Shrooms are maybe a bit similar to n,n-DMT. LSD has more of a seriously spiritual/God/unity feel than mushrooms, to me. 1P-LSD would give a nice light show in the dark, much like shrooms. But again, 1P is actually very, very similar to regular LSD, you just don’t get ego-death nearly as easily.
  14. Mushrooms are more visual, LSD is visual too but VERY tactile and consciousness boosting. I’ve never felt the way I do on LSD on any shrooms. My body gets so intense feeling on LSD it blanks out of existence and time literally stops and I fall into a singularity that I feel some of me never made it out of. 1P-LSD and LSD are quite similar it’s just the peak on LSD would have me completely out of body (NO body) whereas I could easily control the 1P experience.
  15. I firmly believe doing both is required for a balanced approach. I can imagine choosing only one and it’d be 100x less powerful than both combined.
  16. Never tried 1B LSD. I used both 1P-LSD and traditional LSD (25) a lot, like 3 years ago. Good stuff from AB. 1P-LSD and LSD-25 feel quite similar with the onset, but with fairly high doses (110-600 mics; I am very sensitive and lose my entire body sense even on the low end of this) it was far more likely for me to break through to “infinite-web God-mode blinding-light ultra-witness” (idk what else to call it) on LSD-25. The stuff is like 5meo for me. 1P and 25 feel similar on the come-up but the potential with 25 is so much higher it’s laughable.
  17. https://dharmaseed.org/retreats/4496/ http://www.leighb.com/jhanas.htm It’s one of those things where you would go find out what just happened to you if it happened accidentally.
  18. Don’t know how ok it is to do this but I’ll just give you a hint/abbreviation: H.S. Mine is 4 years old idk if that site is even still active but I think they are — there’s some worthless kratom and there’s some bomb kratom out there. you know it’s like super addictive right? Or at least can be. I’m just using it to detox off opioid maintenance (subutex) because it has a much shorter half life and subutex (as well as methadone) are known to be harder to quit than heroin.
  19. Happiness = “getting the cosmic joke”
  20. I’ve had a realization on psychedelics so amazing it was what got me out of bed every day for like 2 years. It reverberated all the way up to now, and I can still feel God looking through my eyes — I can become aware that God isn’t even 1 inch away, and I mean really feel it any time I choose. With that said, entering the first and second jhana was like 10x more empowering. Have you made it to the jhanas yet? It’s pleasure and happiness like you wouldn’t even believe. Tears of ecstasy.
  21. Pure infinite potential includes everything and nothing. Not- pure infinite potential would mean something outside reality is limiting reality, a logical contradiction meaning the limiter would not be real. That’s the “answer” but really it’s beyond words.
  22. Even more of a synergism would be a 5ht2a psyche + a MAOI Such as Syrian Rue. Btw LSD-25 is probably the closest in feel to 5meo-dmt — super body-loady, very ego-death promoting, highly consciousness-raising, less distractingly visual than say, psilocin. Though it is nowhere near as intense as 5meo and lasts well over 8 hours.
  23. This idea you have of death is merely a thought/idea in awareness. That’s it. So awareness doesn’t go anywhere. It’s relatively omni-present but ultimately, nothing can be said of it.
  24. I’m going out on a limb and saying: the best (and most advanced and dense) guide to enlightenment exercises is the late Rob Burbea’s Seeing That Frees. If you haven’t heard of it or haven’t read it, you’re missing out. I don’t even want to spoil it it’s so good...it’s basically just a complete, exhaustive guide to realizing emptiness, and following the beauty of the thread of emptiness, which is a clear and tractable spectrum that goes all the way from tantrum to nirvana. “What is unfabricated is not unfabricated. What arises dependently does not arise.“
  25. Oh believe me, it was psychosis lol. The disso+psychedelic+cannabis trip was not psychosis. I had a realization that was so incredible it was the first thing I thought about every morning when I woke up, for like 2 years. I still feel God looking through my eyes. It was what drove me to meditate hours every day and quit subutex (used for heroin addiction). I feel like the luckiest person in history.
