Matmilew

It's a pretty cool experience isn't it? I actually am watching myself and my surroundings turn to light and the more I smile with my eyes the more vivid the light becomes. What do you take from these experiences? Have you heard of this before? Wish you well in your future attempts.

Literally just as the title of this subject. I stare into my own eyes in my mirror and everything slowly fades to a warm glow of light with the exception of my eyes which are still smiling right back at me. I've done this in the past but lost touch and have just recently stumbled upon it again and done so for the past three nights but not for long when I attempt it, although I can find the light again. I am intrigued but just as, if not more, confused as to what I am doing and how to do it longer and maintain that state. Any one that can help me figure this out, it would be greatly appreciated!
