Hi all,
I'm new to this forum but wanted to hop in on a discussion right away! I wanted to start out by saying, Guided Meditations are my go-to when seeking a way to calm anxiety & relax myself into a state of mindfulness of my surroundings. With that said, I've found a lot of meditations but came across one in particular that was helpful. It focuses on breathing & really just being aware of your body & surroundings. It's a bit rough to get through at times, but if you really are mindful about it, it's super good. Just figured I would share and let this be the launching off point of my account here at Actualized.org!
