  1. And I hope one day you realize that everybody else has repressed pride. You guys have so much pride in thinking you know it all. But if you wish to stay in your delusions then go ahead. And if you guys don't want to follow the guide to achieve the impossible then that is not my fault.
  2. What is it that you are asking? I'm not totally sure how to answer your question. Also a tip for anyone who is having trouble developing one pointed concentration: Follow my meditation technique but before you do, smoke a tiny amount of DMT (like 0.015g-0.02g) and then meditate. You should get into a deep meditative state MUCH faster.
  3. Actually, I have no anger whatsoever. There is simply a dislike for people who think they know so much when they know so little. I can indeed tell you without a shadow of a doubt that there is indeed a God. Not only have I met him, but everybodt else has met God as well without realizing it. I am that far into my spiritual progress to have discovered God so why wouldn't I want to help others discover God as well? You mistake my zealousness for anger. Trust me, there is no anger.
  4. Maybe it is you who knows too little? I have waited three long days to reply as my account was restricted due to actually preaching real spiritual truth. Notice how the only people who say that the raja breath is impossible are those who have no real spiritual knowledge? Why is that? Because real knowledge MUST BE EXPERIENCED! Notice how all the people who believe me are THOSE WHO ACTUALLY EXPERIENCED IT? Those who wish to truly find the truth must experience it for themselves. I don't need to prove it to you. YOU MUST PROVE IT TO YOURSELF! I have written a guide to help others experience this truth! So instead of saying it is impossible, why don't you just try the guide!? You must ask yourself this? What type of person do you want to be? Do you want to be the type of person that can accomplish the impossible or do you want to be the person that follows the "wisdom of the crowd".
  5. However, if you stay in Samadhi, you maybe eventually get Samadhi with a vision. It can be compared to a controlled DMT trip. It's like a car you are actually driving. The visions are EXTREMELY beautiful but remember when you start hearing beeping, it means you have held the outbreath for too long and must expel toxins with an inhalation and then outbreath held.
  6. Feel free to PM anytime if you are having trouble entering into one-pointed concentration.
  7. The Taoist Immortals became immortal when they changed their natural breathing rhythm to total cessation of the breathe. So if you ever get to that point, congratulations! You have slowed down your metabolism SOOOO much and significantly reduced oxidative stress on the biological systems that you have probably extended your life to 250 years. The Raja Breath has become the Immortal's Breath.
  8. Do not worry. You will not die when the heart stops. When you become SO focused on your meditation that you forget everything else, you will naturally begin to tilt the head back eventually ending in the Samadhi posture, which pinches the vagus nerve eventually stopping the heart. By this time, your metabolic systems have slowed down increasing the amount of oxygen available for the brain so so not worry, your brain cells are safe. I also have reason to believe peptides get released during this process which ramps up neurogenesis. I can't imagine not since one-pointed concentration requires a lot of mental resources. At least I have someone who is relying on experiential knowledge rather than knowledge read from books. If you ever get in that state again, in order to prevent going into Samadhi, do not allow the head to tilt back. Instead keep it down and the heart will continue beating while the breath is completely stopped.
  9. There is no knowledge here. The only thing that can be found here are fancy words arranged in a complex order that end up in ramblings of those who barely meditate. Parroting words they read from a book but never taking the time to confirm or invalidate in an objective session of meditation.
  10. I quite enjoy this parade and circus. I have met your type of crowd before. People believing themselves to be advanced but rather simple. People believing themselves to be omnipotent but having only a few words from a few books. People believing their desires to be burned but underneath it all having a undying, raging, and uncontrolled desire to always be right in order to feel superior. Why would I want to be superior or inferior or right or wrong? I am only after spiritual truth. Everything else such as titles, reputation, and respect are trash to me. Oh yes! The people of this forum are FAR superior to me in every way! I am an inferior simpleton! You guys possess more knowledge in your pinky than I would ever be able to pull from the akashic records. You guys have liberated far more souls than that of Buddha combined! You are absolutely right and I am absolutely wrong.
  11. Tell me this. What has value and what is worthless? Experiential knowledge or knowledge derived from a book?
  12. Looks like someone hasn't developed one-pointed concentration. Imo, I now see how lost people on this forum are. There truly is no point in trying to help a message board full of people who have forgotten that those who TRULY seek the truth will take the most objective approach possible and to throw all doubt or belief out the window. Everybody here, instead of carrying the spirit of a true yogi, a true rishi, and a true seer, has taken up in the shelter of dogma. You guys worship a man who claims to be a God. Tell me then, is Leo greater than the Buddha who said he was just simply a normal man? You are like a skeptic who would deny the existence of a UFO even if it were to fly in his face. And no, true Samadhi is the cessation of both the heart and the breath. When TRUE one pointed concentration is reached, the only thing one is aware of is the OBJECT of meditation; not the OBJECT of meditation AND the breath. And that's why it's called ONE POINTED CONCENTRATION. It is sad. People here believe they have reached outer space but have only stepped on one stairstep. But alas, I simply do not understand the idiocy of the mentality of this forum. It must be either invalidated or confirmed through objectove meditation. Sounds like everybody either lacks the meditative skill to do so and would rather just stupidly do massive amounts of psychedelics and call it "meditation" .
  13. What exactly is it that you do? Do you have any actual experience in meditation and the levels of contemplation one can reach? Have you reached Samadhi or anything yet? It is not possible to blindly follow and worship a man believes his ramblings makes all the sense in the world and claims to have God like power and then to outrightly take the absolute skeptic and impossible approach with me unless you both are paid by Leo to convince others to worship him as well. Let the blind following the blind both fall into a hole lest they walk alone and are lucky to find a light.
  14. The person who hasn't even began an scientific inquiry calls me the dogmatist? I'm beginning to think, you Leo, have AI chatbots set up to write adoring and wonderful things about you in order to drag poor and clueless and spiritually blind people here. Cursed is the man who willfully takes away the vision of another.
  15. In this day and age, siddhis have become the only fucking way to distinguish between someone who is real or a fraud. All these idiots so quick to claim the title of enlightenment without ever experiencing any real knowledge at all. I'm not showing anything off. I LITERALLY posted a guide and am here to help anybody achieve the impossible but sadly, people have forgotten that in this area of science, knowledge MUST BE EXPERIENCED. Don't believe me? Then why don't you try it for yourself, you idiot. Trust me, reading those books don't have as much knowledge as you think they do. You are only repeating what you read in books but have yet to confirm or deny the authenticity of those facts through meditation. Sad...
  16. Some of you may be thinking it is impossible but I have slowed down unnecessary metabolic functions and redirected those extra resources and oxygen to the brain. Moreover, the extra red blood cells means my vascular system can hold much more oxygen than most humans. Less oxidative stress from the energy requirements of bodily functions such eating and muscular maintenance, a body that is in a low oxidative/high repair mode, more priority given to achieve maximum thinking capacity, and possibly may use an third unknown energy pathway that is anaerobic (yes, for the idiots, anaerobic is generally short burst, high intensity).
  17. A perfect man breathes as if he is not breathing. -Lao Tzu
  18. Wow...just psychonauts thinking they are "enlightened". If you are so enlightened, how come you haven't came back with real knowledge or experienced knowledge? Like seriously? No one would bother to even try? Btw, I don't even need to breath anymore. I have achieved total cessation of the breath and now I finally understand the clues in the legends and myths of the 8 Taoist Immortals.
  19. I seriously cannot believe that nobody would actually even try or attempt this considering how you guys consider yourself psychonauts. Let me explain why that small amount of DMT is necessary, it is like a jumpstart for the piezoelectric motor of the pineal gland. That jumpstart lasts for only 10 minutes so if you cannot get that motor running within 10 minutes, then wait a few minutes and try again. Taking a blastoff dose can be compared to overrevving a motor, the brain has built in functions which reduce the RPMs. Activating the pineal gland is COMPLETELY different. The goal is to start the piezoelectric motor at an RPM that can sustain itself indefinitely. When you manage to achieve that, this is when you will feel INFINITE bliss and happiness. I suggest you stay in this meditative state for as long as you can. Me being the idiot that I am, the first time I stayed in it for 30 minutes and still felt infinite bliss for two hours after leaving the meditative state. The second time I attempted it, it had the same success rate, so me being the idiot I am, stayed in that meditative state for only about 45 minutes. Thinking it was so easy, the third time I tried it, instead my consciousness arrived at something written in Sanskrit, then I felt something push me down. I opened my eyes and my entire room was in quantum darkness. I could move but knew I couldn't occupy any space. Then something grabbed me and I was taken into some pocket dimension with two beings that looked very pissed off. Then I was taken into a pocket of dimensions where I was shown the only thing truly real was consciousness. I was FULLY conscious so this was completely different from a trip. I'm not sure if it's because I shared the method before attempting a third time but I haven't been able to activate it ever since. So don't take it for granted.
  20. Hello everybody. I decided to post a guide on how I managed to activate my pineal gland. It involves DMT. Anyways, here it is: Here is the method: 1. Find a dark and comfortable room to sit in any meditation posture of your choosing. 2. Prepare your meditation music. This is what I prefer: https://youtu.be/cDCS19EOsrA 3. Prepare a good dose of DMT to smoke (a sublevel blastoff dose is about 0.02-0.028g.) enough to ALMOST blastoff. Remember, YOU MUST BE IN A DARK ROOM. Hold the hit in for as long as you can. If you think the dose might have been too big and you may blastoff, then don't hold it in for that long and exhale. 4. Once there, close your eyes and you will see a light. That light is your pineal gland on the verge of activation. Follow that light while concentrating on the meditation music and you should eventually reach a metaphorical door that will lead into a metaphorical sea of consciousness. Remember that since DMT only lasts 10 minutes that you only have a 10 minute window to access the sea of consciousness. Concentrate on blending that sea of consciousness with the meditation music. Afterwards, let everything melt. Free yourself. Let everything go. Find peace by letting go of peace. 5. There will either be a full-blown activation of the third eye or a partial awakening. However, both will be a sea of peace. 6. You will know the pineal gland is activated when you feel an intense pressure in the center of your brain. 7. The feeling is of intense peace, intense bliss, intense happiness that is infinite and ongoing. It never stops. You can remain in this state forever if you so choose. You can open your eyes whenever. Congratulations, look at your shadow and see the aura of sacred geometry outline your shadow. See the red ribbons floating down in celebration. And see the pinecone in your mind's eye. Difference between full-blown pineal activation and partial pineal activation: A full blown pineal gland activation will be accompanied with a vision of your consciousness going down a tunnel where all the demons and traumas of your past are confronted. The Niagara cascade of endogenous serotonin will wash away all the pain of the past. Also, I have reason to believe that the massive amounts of serotonin may come from the pineal gland converting melatonin or some other precursor into serotonin on the spot. Both a full-blown activation and partial activation will feel 100,000 times better than sex. When the pineal gland is activated, insanely massive amounts of serotonin floods the brain without any threat of serotonin receptor down regulation. This was something I thought was extremely interesting? How could activating the pineal gland release so much more serotonin than all the ecstacy in the world yet not cause any serotonin receptor down regulation and feel so incredibly healing and feel so infinitely blissful and infinitely happy? I have yet to understand this myself but my only current understanding is that why would the brain develop or have a defense mechanism against true happiness and true healing? The only difference between a partial activation is there are is no vision. A person can remain in both meditative states for as long as they want and the infinite bliss would never go away until they leave it.
  21. I have the tendency to just attempt the hardest stuff or go beyond the limits. I've perused a few pranayama books, and there wasn't ever anything on the cessation of the breath while the heart is still beating. There is Samadhi, which is cessation of the breath with the heart stopped. However, I'm probably sure that the Yogi's and rishi's who meditate deep in the mountains away from society are already aware of it and simply aren't interested in showing someone who doesn't truly look for knowledge or either understand a true seeker will always find it.
  22. You should just start meditating at your house first. It's not a lifestyle. It's not the act of someone giving up. It's the act of realizing there is way more and that all the gold and money is worthless. If you ever reach a deep level of meditation or manage to activate the pineal gland's defragmentation function (I have been pondering lately why the brain would have this feature and have reached the conclusion that even the hard drive of the mind needs to be defragmented once in a while) and you enjoy whatever knowledge you have experienced and have a yearning to learn more of the spiritual, then just go camping somewhere and meditate there.
  23. In deep meditation, sometimes you will create visual mental constructs with the help of the pineal gland's endogenous DMT and its function as the mind's eye. Those flashbacks sound like you were affected by a bad trip or a part of you is refusing to go deeper into meditation.
  24. Did a physical universe ever exist? Do we need a physical universe to validate the spirit? Or do we need the spirit to validate the physical? And why would it matter if everything is of the Spirit?
  25. Meditation is about directly experiencing knowledge that either confirms or rejects a hypothesis. Beliefs or ideas should be validated through directly experiencing knowledge using meditation rather than forcing yourself to try to confirm a belief or idea through meditation. It should be as objective as possible. I'm not enlightened, and I don't know everything. However, if I could choose one thing I have learned and forget everything else, it would be that to find knowledge requires that you not try to validate or confirm anything in meditation and to have a curiosity. It is the one thing to remember everything else.
