A better frequency I've found to be more effective are the lower frequencies. High pitched frequencies seem to cause too much excitement. So try 220hz. -
Raja Breathing: How to Enter Breathless Samadhi and Begin the Process of Extreme Neurogenesis Ok. Many of you guys have said that my claims of being able to hold my breath for hours was bullshit. Many of you mentioned that if the yogic scriptures did not speak of such abilities that it must not be true. And then I proved you guys wrong and showed that indeed it is mentioned in yogic texts as kevala kumbhaka. Well, I have revised and improved the method significantly and implore you guys to at least try it before saying I am speaking bullshit and lying. Here is the method: 1. Go to brainaural.com and apply these settings: Brainwave: 1.83hz A-Mod: 80% Binaural: 80% Stereo: 100% F-Mod 43% Carrier: 639hz Mix Level: 100% 2. Play a meditation track but make sure that the beat is louder than the track. I implore you to use this exact track rather than one of your choosing. Here is what I like to use since music is soothing and relaxing: 3. Fire up about 15-20mg of DMT. Hold it for as long as you can but never to the point in which you breakthrough and lose control. It is about maintaining control and simply revving up the piezoelectric motor of the pineal gland. 4. Afterwards, focus all your attention on the beat and not the music. 5. Tell me your results and enjoy!

It might work well enough to allow you to enter into breathless Samadhi. For some odd reason, the effects of the binaural beats are GREATLY enhanced when using DMT. But yes, I suggest you try it with mushrooms first and see what happens. I can't promise you that you will enter Samadhi as quickly as you would with DMT but you might. What country do you live in btw? It is a method to reach into one of the deepest states of meditation possible. People meditate for years without ever even reaching that deep breathless state of meditation. I happened to discover and then subsequently improve and revise the method to help others. I hope you try it my friend. -

It is hard and requires years to reach that state. The method I am providing makes it practically effortless. Hopefully, this will accelerate mankind's next evolutionary stage of harmony and symbiosis. Maybe you can order the rootbark? Can you do that? -

If you wish to completely access the unconscious systems of the mind, try these settings: Frequency 0.25hz A-Mod 80% Binaural 80% Stereo 51% F-Mod 60% Carrier Frequency 963hz Mix Level 100% Remember, the beat should always be louder than the track you are playing. I like to use Musicolet as I can use its equalizer settings to lower the meditation track. Remember, meditation is not a passive activity. It requires intense concentration so concentrate intensely on the beat. Become the beat itself. -

Also important is the act of surrender. You must surrender to everything you feel and remain in equanimity. Be calm even in anxiety and do not control your anxiety. Be calm even in fear and surrender whatever control you might think you have. Let it all go. It is not the fear or anxiety that is the problem. It is your reaction to it. Let those neurological pathways complete their circuit while having compassion and patience for those neurological pathways and let it complete the circuit unrestricted. Have compassion for those neurologic pathways leading to anxiety and fear. The reason you ask? Because it is these neurological pathways that are in pain and they are damaged. Have mercy and kindness for them. Why be so selfish as to worry about the fear you are feeling? Should you not try to understand the pain that these neurological pathways are in? Instead of constantly fighting them, should you not let them heal? It is not you feeling the pain of fear and anxiety. It is that neurological pathway pathway that is in pain and not you. Be kind to these neurological pathways; be patient to those neurological pathways, understand their pain, and allow them to complete their circuit unrestricted. -

Moreover, in breathless Samadhi, the conscious systems of the mind begins to shutdown (sensory input from eyes, touch, and etc are drawn inward). With these extra resources at hand, the unconscious mind can begin facilitating neurogenesis in a much more effective manner. -
XeRnOg replied to XeRnOg's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Then I would suggest a smaller dosage. Not only that, but the mechanics of the mind all works in a similar fashion. The pineal gland is the motor which generates electrons for the body. When this pineal gland is activated, it generates a much larger than average electromagnetic field around the head causing a steady release of endogenous DMT which facilitates neurogenesis. This is why a person does not die while in breathless samadhi because the pineal gland is generating more electrons than normal speeding up bodily chemical reactions involving electrolysis to produce the necessary energy to keep the mind alive. -

I implore humbleness. Those who seek knowledge cannot bury it for they will eventually bury it from themselves. Those who hide knowledge from others will eventually hide it from themselves. Those will have obscure knowledge from others will eventually obscure from themselves. Please try it. These dosages should not be breakthrough dosages. Man cannot and should not believe he has reached the pinnacle of his/her potential. There may be something you have never discovered before. Moreover, in this breathless Samadhi state, intention is everything as intention is sensory input for the unconscious systems of the mind. So if your intention is to heal the mind, it is sending that sensory input to the unconscious mind which is in charge of Neurogenesis. -

It is the matter of the broken machine fallacy. A broken machine can not accurately determine whether it is broken nor accurately create a series of steps to repair itself. It is the same thing with perception. How can it be possible to accurately gauge whether someone has truth or knowledge or is teaching bullshit? Trust me. The real yogis out there don't have the time to be making videos every week. They are out there busy either recluse meditating or out there saying the only few words that matter at no price to anybody at all for spiritual knowledge is absolutely priceless and must be given away freely: 1. Meditate 2. Compassion 3. True spiritual knowledge must be experienced by yourself. Some people like me and mind you, I'm not perfect, are trying to scientifically prove love and compassion to be the only answer and the more and more I search, I find that it is written in the very fabric of the Universe itself. It is written in DNA. It is written is evolution's natural trajectory. -

There is also another method that should be attempted only by those who have accomplished the raja breath. DMT has completely different effects when you do not release the inhale. Take about 0.035g of DMT and use the music meditation technique. Do not release the inhale and you will see that the DMT makes it that much easier not to exhale. There is a threshold that once you pass will automatically put you in the raja breath. This method is a serious method that should ONLY be attempted by those who have accomplished the raja breath for at least 30 minutes. -
I implore people to try this meditation technique. It will help people finally achieve one-pointed concentration much faster. And from there, we can proceed to Samadhi and then finally Raja Breathing. For anyone unfamiliar, Samadhi is when you enter into a meditative state so deeply that over time, you forget to breath and your head eventually tilta back into the Samadhi pose where your heart stops but you remain alive. Raja breathing is a technique I discovered that allows you to hold your breath for hours on end while the heart is still beating. If you are skeptical of this claim, I will examine the science behind it a little later. Meditation technique: When listening to the meditation music in posted, please use some headphones. Meditate by placing your faith and love into the chanting. Never concentrate on the breath! Never should you ever think about your breath. In order to truly develop one pointed concentration, the breath MUST BE FORGOTTEN! Raja breathing is different from Samadhi breathing where in Samadhi breathing, the heart is stopped and in raja breathing, the heart is still beating. However, both Samadhi breathing and raja breathing have the same biological goals: reduce all unnecessary metabolic functions in order to direct more energy to the brain. Achieving raja breathing utilizes the same method as Samadhi breathing which is simply achieving one pointed concentration. THE BREATH MUST BE FORGOTTEN. The breath is the worst thing to EVER concentrate on. The breath is not one object but multiple objects. It is the object of inhalation, the object of exhalation, and the object of the pauses in-between. Thus meditating on the breath in order to achieve one pointed concentration will not work. You may wonder what is so important about achieving raja breathing and being able to hold the outbreath for hours at a time while the heart is still beating? First, doing so is practically like jogging on a mountain while thinking. The body will ramp up it's production of red blood cells, the muscles of the heart will strengthen into that of a champion marathon runner, and thinking or concentration will ramp up neurogenesis. Moreover, slowing down the metabolism will effectively slow down free radical generation and oxidative stress extending your lifespan. Have you ever wondered why you hold your breath while you are intensely concentrating on something? Because when the mind requires more resources, it will begin to shutdown various metabolic processes in order to direct those free resources to that of thinking. In order to achieve raja thinking, you must concentrate or meditate on something so deeply that you forget the breath completely. Meditating on the breath will not allow you to forget the breath. A simple way to achieve raja breathing to is listen to this meditation music and concentrate on placing your emotion into the music. You can take it even a step further and imagine yourself in some movie that is intune to the chanting. Slowly but surely, each time the outbreath is held, you'll have held it for longer. However, before raja breathing should be accomplished, it is important to first achieve Samadhi Death using the same method. A person will naturally go into Samadhi if their entire attention is one pointed on their meditation. The head will naturally begin to tilt back. Do not force anything to happen, the body will do it on its own. Now, in order practice raja breathing and not go into Samadhi death, do not allow the head to tilt back and go into the Samadhi pose. Keep the head down and this will cause the heart to start pumping faster. Most important thing to remember: DO NOT FOCUS ON THE BREATH AT ALL! Not once should you ever shift your attention to your breath to wonder if you are breathing or not! You must trust that your body is smart enough to know how to keep you alive! Only focus on your object of meditation and forget about everything else! And before anyone even asks me...I can hold my breath for two hours. Please feel free to ask any questions. Spiritual knowledge must be given away freely. https://youtu.be/cDCS19EOsrA

Sir, I have actually documented my method but for beginners who wish to make it easier and since this is a pychedelic forum I suggest this method: Either take 600ug of LSD and make a music meditation playlist of your favorite songs. Once you've reached the peak, begin meditating and focus solely on the music your listening too. A dark room also eliminated other sensory input. Limiting all external sensory input makes concentration much more easier. For the more progressed, take a small amount of DMT (0.015g) and meditate using some chanting or music track of your choice. Eliminate all sensory input and concentrate solely on what you listening to. To take it a bit further and increase the computational resources requirements and overclock the processing unit of the brain, while meditating on the music, visualize yourself dancing to it. You can even reach a point in which you can build actual visual constructs (or processes) in the mind that hold without further concentration. How these visual constructs hold is that the increased use of computation resources causes the pineal gland to release a steady stream of DMT to the visual centers of the brain which maintains your visual constructs. -

It seems like none of you guys actually understand what the rainbow body is and how it is achieved. One, the rainbow body requires a long period of meditation. Two, it also requires that the meditator knows how to enter into an embryionic state which turns on genes that reverses a person's biological age. By remaining in meditation long enough, a person's consciousness will eventually leave the body but still maintain individual consciousness and not return to source. Some sort of biophotonic energy then becomes their vehicle. -

The shouts of impossible does not limit me so long as it is not me shouting those words. They limit you. -

By the way, it has already been demonstrated publicly many times by yogis of the past. Those who could stop the heart for days weren't of much importance to the public and scientific community and thus were recorded in the fading passages of a newspaper. So what is so different now? Wouldn't your attention span of this significance resemble that of that very same newspaper clipping and fade away from the importance of your mind? But let me run a psychological analysis and run simulations on the majority response. You would be satisfied but not curious enough to try it. It would be entered into a mental to-do list of things you will never do. Then you will forget it. -

Think of the logical fallacy and idiocy of asking a man to demonstrate the knowledge he gave away so freely? If money or profit is out of his desires, then why should I desire fame by breaking records? Seriously, you guys mistake your pompousness for enlightenment. Grow up. At least try a FREE guide before you limit yourself by claiming what can be done is impossible and accusing me of being a liar. Seriously, why would I go out of my way, put myself in unwanted limelight, to convince idiots to try out knowledge given away freely? It is understandable if I were to charge ridiculous fees to demonstrate publicly that it can be done. But stay in your darkness if you so wish. I'm not here claiming enlightenment unlike others. I have a desire to discover knowledge that is lost or never before discovered. To discover the hidden depths and abilities of the human body and consciousness. -

Upon doing more research, what I discovered is not new at all. In yoga, the complete cessation of the breath is called kevala kumbhaka. Unfortunately, the very same scriptures and texts you used to argue against me supports my claims. -

I've also developed a technique to access the akashic records involving the raja breath that I'd like someone to test. I found it interesting how I was able to utilize processing power that even my powerful brain doesn't have. I have a theory that raja breathing causes the neurons to enter a slow metabolic rate utilizing the low production of ATP using ketones. I believe in this state, the brain is then geared towards processing information rather than retrieval and that the microtubules of the brain connects to some quantum realm via nonlocality quantum entanglement. In other words, the brain throttles its upload speeds in order to "mimick" faster processing speeds via instant retrieval with quantum entanglement. -

Well for two reasons. To see if it is possible by experiencing it for myself and because it seems it is hard for people to distinguish between someone who actually has knowledge and someone who doesn't. -

The sarcasm is duly noted. I am still amazed at how illogical everyone's reaction has been. And the analogy itself is rather off but I'm sure if levitation is possible then I will achieve it one day. But fine, let's skip the easy part of holding the outbreath and focus on the hard part: achieving one-pointed concentration. If anybody is interested in how to develop one pointed concentration in meditation, then please feel free to ask. "Now, Kalamas, don’t go by reports, by legends, by traditions, by scripture, by logical conjecture, by inference, by analogies, by agreement through pondering views, by probability, or by the thought, ‘This contemplative is our teacher.’ When you know for yourselves that, ‘These qualities are skillful; these qualities are blameless; these qualities are praised by the wise; these qualities, when adopted & carried out, lead to welfare & to happiness’ — then you should enter & remain in them." - The Buddha Short translation: Don't believe me? Then try it for yourself. True knowledge is experienced. -

All I'm really trying to say is I am here to help everyone I'm not here to brag or argue with people about if this is possible or not. I knew I was going to run into some skeptics and thus provided a scientific explanation for how this is possible. My time is free and I am more than willing to provide more advice if anyone should run into difficulty achieving this since doing the "impossible" wouldn't be so rewarding if it wasn't extremely hard to accomplish. I am here to tell you that you yourself can accomplish this and I am here to freely help. So why the excessive disbelief? Buddha and all the great Hindu sages and seers said it best, "Don't believe me? Then try it for yourself." -
XeRnOg replied to XeRnOg's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So you need me to prove that I can do the impossible in order to convince you guys to at least attempt the impossible? Logically, it would make sense if I was trying to sell something but I freely gave away a guide for you guys to try for FREE. Honestly, if you need to see someone else do the impossible to convince yourself that you also can do the impossible, then how will you ever accomplish the impossible? It's quite ridiculous. Also, I decided to look into Taoism a little bit more since you guys seem to prefer knowledge that is read rather than knowledge that is experienced and IT TURNS OUT that raja breathing is actually a very old technique called embryonic breathing. It appears my only contribution to this technique is that my method makes it easier to achieve it and have found a way to change the body's natural breathing rhythm to adopt it without being in a meditative state. And no, all of my effort wasn't out of some vain attempt to prove that I'm right. It was out of a desire to help you guys. I have been in your position before - blind but yearning for spiritual truth. So scared that there might not be anything spiritual at all. So scared I was sometimes that there might not be anything spiritual to life that I hesitated to even attempt to chase it. Alas, one cannot mistake the short-sightedness of a philosopher's belief that truth is found in rationalization and logic vs the liberation of experiencing spiritual knowledge. Logic has its place of course but if you cannot even override the logic within your own mind then you have not discovered logic's greatest ability. -
XeRnOg replied to XeRnOg's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Or maybe you should try it yourself? If you wish to stay stuck in ignorance, it is simply not my problem. If you think you are so enlightened, then enlighten me. And all the Hindu fakirs of the past have already proven this to be possible. You know...the ones who were able to stop their heart and breathing for months at a time. Btw, real scientists don't take a side. Real scientists are after the truth. Real scientists aren't skeptics nor believers. Also, I direct you to your own Terence McKenna quote. Maybe you are also whistling in the dark? -
XeRnOg replied to XeRnOg's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I have already explained the science behind it. And why would I need to provide proof? I am here to teach and I have freely posted the method to accomplish this. If you refuse to even attempt to try the guide I posted, then it is your loss, not mine.
