  1. @Judy2 Welcome to the forum? you're now a true member
  2. Once you're at the top, it's all downhill from there. Get rid of up and down altogether. No nonsense omnipotence. Ass hair grows and I know Omnipotence
  3. @JuliusCaesar I think you are misguided and confused, I'm telling you this in the most benevolent manner. You are seeking a false omnipotence and your assumptions on what omnipotence, reality and liberation are, are misguided. Instead of liberating yourself from all your projections and beliefs, which is what your desires are based on, you are trying to become and to add to what you think you aren't already. Be very, very careful when playing around with these substances. it is so easy, much easier than you think, to severely underestimate what you're getting yourself into. Reading 2000 trip reports can create a false sense of security. Be humble. Or at least, try not to be grandiose. Shuffling around asteroid belts? Oh come on... Or should I rather say, come off? I'm not telling you that you ought to do or be these things. You will do as you please regardless of what anyone says anyway.
  4. @Carl-Richard Great post?
  5. Not possible, as they greatly vary from plant to plant and from region to region. Not all crop is equally heavily contaminated with metals. You have to do your own research if you want to know whether some particular plant product might contain higher levels of some metals.
  6. Maybe that's what I want? And maybe that's what you already gave to OP? But if not, that's fine too
  7. @Nahm Seriously tho, what did you mean by "conjecture of solipsistic spiritual ego is now conditioning via one’s own spiritual bypassing"? Explain it to me like I'm stupid.
  8. The conjecture of solipsistic spiritual ego is now conditioning via one’s own spiritual bypassing. @Nahm I'm not sure what you mean by this?
  9. @Frosty97 I wouldn't know how to "choose love". For Love is not something you can choose, or it wouldn't be Love. Love comes of its own accord. It springs forth from your being and is not subject to "your choice". Have you ever "chosen" what you do and don't love? Of course not! Choosing Love implies that there are other things in contrast to that, which are not Love. But all "choice" is fundamentally based on Love. "Choice" is like preferring the "emptiness of a bowl" over the "bowl itself", not realizing that the emptiness and the bowl are identical. Love doesn't choose = Love can't be chosen
  10. First off, I think this is creepy as f*ck. Twitter and Facebook alone are already doing so much damage to our societies, to peoples mental health and well-being, I can't imagine what would happen if we actually got a second, virtual reality where you can "meet" people and recreate anything digitally... This is insane. It's a well known problem that people live in their own bubble, but the Metaverse would make this 1000x worse. If you would literally live in your own digital bubble. It's just a matter of time until the Metaverse will become completely corrupted. See this is the problem with advanced technology and human beings, we're not wise enough to handle our own creation without turning the whole thing into a dysfunctional mess that has a bad influence on us. What are your thoughts on this?
  11. @Hardkill Stage Blue ≠ (necessarily) Authoritarianism Don't forget that people aren't only blue. Or any other stage. It's always a mixture of stages, e.g. of blue and red or blue and orange. That's where the demand for freedom comes in. People and societies are too complicated too cram them into simplistic categories like "stage blue".
  12. @Gregory1 As a fellow pianist, beautiful! Edit: just earned yourself another sub
  13. @WokeBloke Dude. You're asking for the origin of thought, do you honestly believe that you will find the answer by thinking about it more and more? Come on...
  14. @WokeBloke You know what would would really help? A good meditation, maybe a couple of them. I promise you that they will give you more clarity into this whole thing than anything we could tell you here.
  15. I was just gonna add "gives cryptic answer" and then your reply popped up?? Good.
  16. Forum member: *asks question* Nahm: *gives answer* Forum member: *visible confusion*
  17. Your "friend" is a fool. ? Wrong question. Nobody knows what we would have or who we would be, had we done things differently in our lives. Coming to terms with that and realizing that it's a meaningless problem is part of growing up. I know some people here and even Leo might not agree with what I'm saying, but I think a life that is "not extraordinary", but in which one has become wise enough to be content with how things are, is far greater than a life which we expect to be extraordinary and which we wouldn't be content with if it didn't turn out to be "extraordinary" (whatever that means...). You know what I mean?
  18. I start to understand why Leo advocates 5-meo through our asses. Non-Existence is just a concept, and a confused one at that...
  19. Depends entirely on the regulation. Regulation only happens within a context of certain values and those dictate the spiral stage. Government regulation is a mechanism for enforcing certain values, not a value in itself. Although depending on the stage, there can be demand for more or less regulation.
  20. @itachi uchiha Well what do you think would happen if we didn't have politics?
  21. Yes, of course the finger is also the moon. Everything is the moon. However, this is not a permission to still confuse the finger with the moon.
  22. @Apple Juice I didn't say that the way you're feeling is a belief, I only suggested that you might feel that way because of a belief.
  23. Wouldn't worry about it too much then (and it's not Pica-Syndrome btw).
