at first which was 2 years ago just sat against the wall, each day i did a little more with back off wall, i too struggle with legs, i push left foot close but not touching right calf and then reverse for the other leg, i believe this is called the easy pose, two thirds through meditation have to stretch out legs and flip over to right foot to left calf but soon will be able to do the whole thing ... back is straight and comfortable now

au contraire ... meditation is not a practice a discipline or a habit, it is a lifestyle a perspective a grounding a metamorphosis ... i'm a completely different person because of it

nothing out of the ordinary has happened to me and im pretty hardcore about it, but i know i do go deeper all the time and what happens off the mat has been pretty wonderful, ego is pretty much curtailed and i feel an enormous sense of purpose and i am infused with mindfulness

Awakening is the revelation that this individual jumping through spiritual hoops & spending years on the so-called spiritual path ISNT SOME FINITE FORM AND IS WAS & WILL BE GOD ALL ALONG .(the cosmic joke) and now that one possesses this revelation the one true allness can bring that to realization and integration i always love your sincerity and integrity, and i hope you know that x

two more good strategies: ask them something about their appearance - obviously not too personal or forward - something like, love your shoes, are they very comfortable ... where did you get them from something simple like, are you ready for christmas yet? have you got all your presents? have you put up decorations basically small talk is having a bunch of fun questions up your sleeve ... if i like them a lot i am looking for an opening to a more probing cheeky question cheeky question follow up to above is ... so i wondered this year have you been naughty or nice
