go look at your calendar is there something or someone tonight tomorrow this weekend next week next month next year that you are either eagerly looking forward to or sorely dreading the arrival of? if yes, you have work if no, then this present moment is serving you richly wondrously blissfully stupendously and nothing else is needed

when you express anger is it for their benefit or for yours you will likely say theirs but then contemplate what does your anger have to do with conveying information to a friend maybe anger is to tell you something ask yourself is anger necessary in relationships can we express ourselves forcefully and clearly without recourse to anger or is that impossible

cruelty has to be part of your arsenal else you are limiting yourself to one half of reality ... one man's cruelty is another man's kindness ... all is relative and arbitrary ... maybe there are some in the world who only understand through the lens of cruelty ... should i exclude these from my bubble? maybe not
