forget is something that a mind does ... god is beyond remembering and forgetting god is like the moon, reality is its reflection in a lake, god make i as a eye within that reflection to marvel at its image and likeness it could never look at itself before ... i is but a fractal of the whole reality so waking up is realizing not only it is the whole reality but also it is all god

i don't follow the news either but i do peruse high conscious reddit subs, the BBC news site first thing each day and the daily mail twitter feed (the US edition) just to get what the mainstream is talking about

yes self forgiveness is the hardest mountain ... i certainly have treated the best people i ever encountered abysmally and caused them untold misery and unimaginable trauma i hold my head in shame for all this however, that dream is long gone and a new one is afoot today, i have to focus on the social dynamics i am ensnared in today and not repeat my reckless past every mistake i have made has prepped me to be the aware well adjusted kindly person i am now and i am working tirelessly on removing all my blind spots and all my shortcomings in spite of everything, whether today is a good day or not and whether i am a good person or not is entirely in my hands i will if need be die happily tonight in that knowledge

are you operating in mind or beyond mind beyond mind means mind is empty and you are present for reality to operate through you with intuition rather than intellect in mind means your regurgitate what everyone else knows of course for certain seasons of life and for certain pursuits you are in mind other times you want to create fresh raw new unique stunning output

let them batter and bruise you all they want, it is an ego being pummelled, you are here to watch with bemusement such an unfolding and at least for me with flesh and blood you have no choice than to do so, a bitter pull yes but the awakening payout is considerable ... your mileage may vary of course but this proved the case for me

am doing 4 hours ... i am in my late 50s so am earnestly atoning for my mis-spent youth

mind hates meditation and will do anything to thwart it why you wasting time when there is no much fun to be had plan accordingly only grace permits you to meditate, you yield or if it is not your time you don't

i find the worst meditations are the best meditations when i feel like absolute crap afterwards i know i am doing my bit meditation is about one thing, clock in and clock out sometimes i even get up before the timer goes off it gets the better of me but i will be back to square up next time it is nothing to do with me and what happens is none of my business i place myself in the divine's care and slowly i am getting re-wired

you love to your level of consciousness, to your level of awakening, to your level of self love love is being not doing if awakening is not the agenda, you are harming not helping, losing not loving, clinging not cleaning awakening always goes deeper, go where awakening is respected not resisted, revered not reviled be a sharer not a savior speak serve step up only when asked else you just stroke your ego

i sit for 4 hours and sleep for 8 hours every day reason is i love both and know both are good for me this lifestyle makes me tons more efficient and clear-headed so if anything i will add to them not subtract

like @r0ckyreed said all failure is feedback also embrace failure expect failure engineer failure if you are not failing every day, you are not pushing yourself enough i frequently fail at meditation sits that is nothing but a sign i reached my human limit have you noticed almost nobody writes about their failures on social media? this shows how they are as fake as fuck and they haven't gone anywhere near their limits learn from this

solipsism depresses you since you are attached to the person in the mirror and conclude you are the only one you are a watchtower not different from trillions of others out there you love your form and flesh and care less about other people trees rocks ... reality is all that and then some

you are an illusion and i am an illusion too we both go through the daily grind until death does its part the mistake i am makes is i am is more attached to me than to you awakening is for i am to love you to the same degree i am loves me you are as deserving of and as welcome to my food as i am come one come all, ask and ye shall receive knock and i open the door

ego's main job is to give you one more day here, that's why you have a fridge full of food, ego is doing its job

fear is wanting this to continue when you know it won't

a leader is about issuing a 4-point proposal what you will do how long you need to do so what resources you require what happens when you fail/succeed it's a finite term contract to complete given task/s you are good to the extent you complete the task/s
