Ego is tension and tightness. God is perfect calmness, relaxation and peace. One to the other is meditation. Breathe deeply to energize mindfully and take the wheel away from the ego.

There is peace and there is Peace. The former is a cessation of hostilities and war is always on the horizon no matter what the peace treaty says. The latter is the Peace of God. This can be implemented powerfully every minute every day. Basically ego's eyes witness conflict and division everywhere. This is good and the gateway which can be accessed through a prayer such as

Human is focus. It can't not. Then just unfocus, another word for which is forgive or see beyond. The part leads to the real, the hole holds the whole. Simple as the air that I breathe to quote a famous song.

Yes this is cool. Carve out time with specifically no plans and no agenda. If during sitting, you feel the need to clean the toilet or write a song or do some exercise then go for it. Remember you are doing for the sake of doing not for the sake of getting. Big difference. Big outcome. Each day should be different. If you keep needing to clean the toilet, that's your signal from the universe to schedule more cleaning time not meditation time. You will get to a point where sitting in itself is valuable for itself and looked forward to as a nice daily reboot.

Alone is best. Company is problematic. Have to be careful who you grant your presence. The world is a classroom. You have to be deliberate and intentional else you will keep repeating destructive patterns. Alone is needed to see that ego is about making trouble where none exists. Only seeing this makes progress possible. People are needed for advancement. Awakening is impossible in a 1-person universe. Goal of life is to make each encounter a holy encounter. This takes work. I will only find God, love, truth, reality ... in another. I need to be very selective and careful in my boundaries and my attachments. Once I have cracked it then it is easier to deal with the multitudes on the regular and not be solitary. Step by step.

Lovely except change last two words to, your heart. That indeed is the blemish one can heal. The world is outside one's ambit and one's influence. Besides, if one fixes oneself, the world will return to its edenic perfection.

Regarding quitting spirituality, this is no longer an option if you have taken the path to its natural point of no return. Spirituality is being the spirit you are. Takes a good while to realize. At that juncture the question begged is, concerning the wise choice of quitting materialism, and whether that is wise or silly.

There is sane and there is Sane. The latter means you know all this here is an illusion and you are working at its erasure in favor of the real. By this framing almost everyone who lives is Insane. The former by contrast is being sane within the illusion. This means you act for your self-interest as opposed to insane act for your self-sabotage. The question begged is the relationship between sane and Sane. Do you need to be sane to be Sane; and will the Sane automatically be sane? Something to mull.

I posted my 10 commandments of money a while back. Here's number 1. Never tell a soul you have money. In fact tell them you don't have it. Because yes you don't have it for their world. So you didn't even lie.

Retreats are good. Can be done at home as well as organised ones. To take things to the next level, it's necessary to read and listen to good content as well as meditate. Meditation makes one a receptive vessel. Good teachers are helpful though it's good to be exposed to as many teachers as possible.

Effort is a person thinking they can bring helpful change in certain situations. Non-effort is a person knowing they cannot help and asking that God type the letters, speak the words and move the mountains.

I tell people to begin with 5 minutes. Mediation is a muscle that needs building. If you try too much too soon you will fail. Plan to do it for life or until awakening. Plan your whole day around meditation since there is nothing as important. First activity of the morning works well. It's a trap if you don't keep taking it to the next level.

God is endowed with creation and imagination. Imagination is limitation. In limitation there's things possible, things impossible. Imagination and creation are one not two but I'll save that for another day.

You can only be willing to die when you realize there is no death. Die is laying aside the body. Ego won't let you lay it aside. You need to identify with the right part of you to get beyond this. Else death will be struggle and full of hope for a reprieve in the afterlife or another go round with a new body. Ego has plenty up its sleeve to keep one in bondage breathing aimlessly.

All are going home. Most won't in this lifetime. Mostly depends on grace namely what you're born with and what surrounds you. Awakening is the most simple and natural thing, just like one wakes up in the morning. However most will rather stay here. Ego has you as its bitch convincing you the good life is coming your way after you just do a few more things. Ego is even smart enough to put truth in the dream, in particular the god of the bible, a god that believes in mad illusions like sin suffering separation sacrifice. Truth needless to say isn't TRUTH.

Yes his star may be dimming. Trump won't waste time in picking someone else. Elon can easily become a liability. The thing about the US president is that it is the goal of the whole political machine to make him look good and right. He is the country's leading man. First two years of this term, he can ride this wave of good will and wide berth. It's an opportunity to set in motion unimaginable changes which could be great or could be terrible. This momentum may well result in a good enduring peace in Ukraine before month's end. This will buy him a lot more political capital to get more difficult deals sorted. Success begets success. Nobody will doubt your magic touch.

There is nothing in this world that I want. Before yes it did hold tremendous appeal and allure. Now it is seen for what it is, a place where sad souls come to wither and die. Unless that is they can see through the illusion. This world is a desolate wasteland and I don't care to contribute one bit to its shambolic state. There is so much better at hand. Ego is smart; I am smarter. I have broken its spell and all the treasures and wonders of reality are mine for the enjoying.

All politics is essentially rule by the consensus of a few trusted insiders. Trump knows he needs to have good experts around him. If they make a bad call, they will be fired. He is loyal to no one except himself right? and this is commendable. If Elon starts getting too much flak, he will be dropped. So far it's been a successful duo.

There is an adjustment period where one becomes the message. When you have the message, you should share with others since they are you too. Yes that is every ego's path. Not only is it all worthless here, it is not understandable and trying to figure it out and have dominion over it is a fool's errand. This place was meant to fail and foil at every turn. If that was not the case, this place would be the same as what is beyond which clearly it isn't. Mind is a great servant but a terrible master. You need to take back the reins and stop running on unconscious auto-pilot. You will do this eventually; it just depends how much suffering you choose to endure beforehand. The good life is living like you were created to live, in oneness in innocence in purity in joy in extension in love in perfection. None of those are possible in this dream except for fleeting moments that can't be made lasting.

No politician has been a straight talker before him.

I say Trump is doing okay. With Biden there was no problem that could be solved. With Trump there is no problem that cannot be solved. It's still his honeymoon period and he is throwing his weight around, sometimes recklessly sometimes deftly. Politics is prime time news now and people are getting educated about issues thanks to Trump. I see him as a paper tiger. When stuff starts to go bad and the ratings tank, he will back down and become a moderate again. If it goes well he will continue blazing the trail. Trump isn't making decisions; it's the smart people he has assembled around him. Let me make a bold claim: all politicians will be like Trump from now on - charismatic, energetic and straight talking. Politics will be front page news from now on and politicians will have spats with each other in public. Dictators can have a clean slate at the start of the political cycle and must come to the table and negotiate for peace. Yes Putin and Hamas, I am speaking about you. If you don't, you will pay heftily.

The ego was built in order to block God from awareness. But that's fine because you are not actually an ego. The work is to abide with the higher you. Then God can get a word in and be heard.

There is nothing worthwhile in this world and nothing worthwhile in a body either one's own or others. It's all a trap to keep you chasing and craving. The truth is not found here in illusions, instead illusions must be brought to truth. Then life is good - the way it is meant to be.

The best pointer I can offer (and one that helped me) is awakening (A) is to get a momentary scrumptious taste and enlightenment (E) is to have made that taste all that you now consume. The work is going from A to E. And you don't change anything in the world, rather you just change how you see the world.
