  1. Big bang beginnings means ever approaching ends, means finitude We do like playing god here and this whole thing is beyond our ken so we bandy the limitless labels to proclaim our smarts As massive as it is, the false has no choice but to be finite Two mutually exclusive infinities is contradictory Nothing eyes marvel at has a sniff of a chance of being real Everything else meanwhile is untainted by our grandiosity
  2. These things can't be done in an election year and have to be done very stealthily and cunningly If they pulled the funding, peace would be brokered within months They will never do it however as the Israel lobby is far too well-connected and well-organised
  3. No idea about that sorry What i meant was, ego seeks being emperor of the whole sprawling dominion and is unabashedly unwilling to settle for less
  4. I claim the best life ever lived, I deserve it, I am worthy, I am special, I am needed, I am sanctified, I am the one the world has waited for, I am existence's finest ever accomplishment, I am the culmination of the space time continuum's most exalted configuration, I am the number one I take nothing less and all else is taken as a sneering mockery of my blazing magnificence
  5. Israel believes in and carries out disproportionality: if you kill one of mine, I will kill 10 of yours It is hard to argue that is a legitimate military response although some will say, those are the a priori rules when you oppose Israel
  6. I anointed myself the god of man rather than the man of god
  7. Israel holds all the cards (and the backing) to make your life a living hell, while Hamas has all the guts (and the resolve) to ensure unending tremor-filled nights. It will continue to be a monstrous blood-shedding stalemate until kingdom comes. Seems only a true strongman could slap both into line. If anyone could do it, it would be Donald Trump (not Kamala, by the way), but unfortunately, he doesn’t see its importance I don’t study any of this deeply, just sharing my 2c
  8. First off, it’s key to come to terms with the hard cold inevitability of death. I am highlighting the fleetingness of life and the finality of death. As we advance in years and the challenges of life become more troublesome, it’s wise that one be mentally and emotionally prepared for the last. I advocate that whether proceeding through natural means or physician-assisted approaches, one needs to get on board with actively organizing the closing out of life here and taking into one's own hands personally sought out methods of how we handle the journey beyond. While still healthy, vibrant and energetic, it’s imperative to live with an unceasing awareness of one's mortality. Recognize that the body will inevitably decline over time, and rather than ignore this process, we can allow it as a natural part of life. By sensitively attuning to the pain and discomfort that comes with aging, we gradually become more comfortable with the idea of death and the imminence of death. I also suggest treating each day as a wonderful opportunity to prepare for what is approaching. See each sun-rise as a gift, knowing you’ve been gifted the greatest of gifts - one more day of experiencing life. In doing so, try to treat each day as an absolute miracle, embracing existence in its fulness while also accepting the quiet slowing down that accompanies aging. Allow yourself a little quiet time to "die a little" each day, especially when you sleep at night, so that when the time comes, you are ready to meet the last chapter with grace, satisfaction and acceptance.
  9. They can be a positive force in individuals and society. A few benefits of partaking in a religious tradition that you may not have considered: 1. Accountability (namely honoring your commitments) 2. Beauty experienced (rituals, services, the transcendent) 3. Community 4. Divinity (discovery/encounter) 5. Encouragement 6. Forgiveness 7. Gratitude 8. Helping out at large with food banks / soup kitchens / charity shops Religion is, good people joining with good people though you need to be aware of its limitations and short-comings and should not see it as a panacea for the journey to God; the only way to do that is delving at length deep within
  10. My agony has been multiplied one thousand times through the loved ones who live on and now are sentenced to a ever more hollow guilt ridden ghost like tear filled existence
  11. I also think this is an important consideration too: In the dark of unfathomable despair, when one's pain feels most merciless it is crucial to remember that that the regret and guilt you might hold for your time here for the unhelpful decisions made by yourself and others is set to reverberate a thousand-fold in those left to the aftermath They will be haunted by the relentless, ever-present question—'Where should I have acted differently?' a suffocating boulder that constricts their hearts and leaves a gruesome never-waning blight on their existence irreversibly eating at them with a grief likely never to ease up
  12. Suicide is the most shattering mark you can make on the world around you an unanswerable response to the unmanageable pain that defined your reality making for an unrecoverable and unhealable lose-lose situation where the immense amount you suffer pales in comparison to the unthinkable and unremitting devastation and woundedness of those left behind they are now denied life way more than you were
  13. hope you laugh at the words as much as latch on them ... levity is priority 😂
  14. g.ranter o.f d.reams what more could i want
  15. turning the other cheek, is the highest truth practicable i have two cheeks you are half assing your attempt at violence go whole or go home can't you see you didn't move me your violence is nothing i don't acknowledge your attack nothing happened you want to try again or let's shake hands
  16. yea we get what we want, god is good in his power sharing one day we will get tired of the manufactured reality barring us from the absolute reality then we do the wordless work
  17. there is only one mistake, belief in separation, and this is what it wrought never happened all the reams of words are the ego postponing the real work of dissolving that apparent separation i know what, let's keep squealing in our separation sludge for a few more lifetimes
  18. god abandons the perfect stage only because you are churning out thoughts that he does he never abandoned the throne of love, it is just a cute story you tell people and try to make it ring true as best you can you abandoned him, he never abandons you you prefer your grandiose illusions and to maintain those come what may your suffering here is one thing: you live a lie and will bang your head against the wall to keep living a lie god knows nothing of your life and suffering; he couldn't! he is too busy enjoying what really exists but fear not, you have the memory of god and that's why you keep writing posts about him so one day or one lifetime - up to you - you will get it
  19. life is infinity sampling vast but finite universes its like i have the best most fulfilling most stimulating job but ima still binge on netflix and pizza at the weekend finitude possesses a certain appeal and pizazz in a different but not worse way than infinity as any mathematician knows finitude lacks stuff but lands decent punches so i will allow god to do anything simply because it is there finitude is taking a little vacation from the unlimited after which you may appreciate it all the more complacency is the thief of all joy - even in the heavenly realm
  20. the question i submit is what's nicer, duality or non-duality non-duality is the unlimited unimprovable state duality meanwhile is basically a descent into madness would god do thus? truth be told it already has sure you are welcome to tamp down absolute reality to dream willy-nilly after doing so, you will know it's pretty crap and wholly unmemorable though it could be fun in some ways begging the question would you do it again? open question at this point which you can argue both ways
  21. other people are a trap in 2 ways 1. stop bitching and directing bitterness and judgement to how another lives their life everyone out there is perfect except you of course 2. stop listening to others to tell you how to fix yourself, if you are not doing something different from EVERYTHING and EVERYONE you have ever heard you are still a rookie define for yourself why you incarnated to earth and what is your mission and goal and put the timetable in place to achieve it i have given my answer plenty of times ... truth is you have to do you
  22. you are conflating personal development with spiritual growth latter is we are all the same, former is i am making something unique distinct and impactful with my life consciousness is, knowing we are the same, what is the limit to our potential
  23. consciousness is zero to do with morality or even one's biases you are allowing yourself to be triggered by things which exist and flourish and disturb you because you have a unresolved shadow
  24. which is some people's consciousness as we can see all around us
