love your enthusiasm and your scientific bent, thanks for sharing these suggestions ... only thing i do is divide the 16 hours into six x 160 minutes since 160 mins is the max i can sit for plus i like how it nicely splits up the day into 6 sessions so no desire to tweak ... ideally i do 3 x 160 mins sits which is half the day but i can only manage this when i am in retreat mode, so my day to day currently is doing 2 sits and 4 non sits namely worldly stuff ... keep me nicely on track

you are right that things were easy peesey then by comparison ... a word or three from the big man however would have been much welcomed instead of the junk one is fed ... we do need to be told the truth in order to recognise and remember that we know it ... hence what leo is/was doing is valuable namely talking to people where they are at, coming down to their level ... i cannot do that as i am trying to figure things out myself

god consciousness is meeting you where you are at not where it is at ... is god typing at this forum for its benefit or for yours (i am far from this level myself, i type to put meat on the bones of my truth nothing else ... selfish af in the best possible way)
