You'd need a theory of physical things in order to answer that question. In the physicalist framework, persons develop models about the physical world and do not magically know things. -

It sounds like you never assumed a physical reality considering objects are not physical. Sensations as well as objects are mental. There are two ways to explain why everything isn't randomized in the physicalist framework: -top-down: because minds such as the one you experience require order and regularity -bottom-up: physical theories -
I find mistakes humbling. Helping people outside of an institution involves making lots of mistakes and institutions have their own problems. Droplets are fine but causing harm isn't in my opinion. But better make mistakes than be passive obviously...

The world doesn't need me so I only try to minimize harm. That's underrated. I also try to support acquaintances with their troubles. As far as civilization is concerned (if that's what you were asking about), mainly I support activists.

I'm not talking hermetic stuff or magic. Money is power, sure. Among other things. Simply not needing to work right now while having a working phone is a small bit of power as well for instance.

As far as I can tell, people can be brainwashed, ill or busy enough that it doesn't show but they're all basically decent. Which isn't to say that mad dogs don't need to be put down sometimes.

It's not clear what you're asking. My guess is that you're asking about motivation based on the following: As far as I can tell, all these religious notions are only standing in the way. Belonging to a religious community is something else entirely (see lower) but I'd drop all ideas about self, evil, transcendence and whatnot. I think there are two basic ways to motivate yourself to help people: clean up your life from selfish wants in order to make room and spend time connecting with people who need help. Simple. The hard part (the one I don't think you're asking about) is actually helping. I'll be extra brief but what people want and what they need are often different things. You don't know what they really need either. And as the saying goes, we live in a society. You don't know how it really works. So can can get messy (and possibly dangerous) quickly. Also, in order to help, you usually need power... but if you're preoccupied with power, you're not going to want to help. So the most important thing work on your sanity.

There are larger differences between Christianity and Islam than is generally recognized among Muslims.

It would be very dangerous to rely only on almonds. You need to eat more things, not give up on pulses and grains (unless these foods are making you ill, but so far as I know you haven't even taken the most basic blood glucose test at a pharmacy or something). If you do not eat enough dairy, flesh or eggs, you might need cheap supplements (especially for B12). Eggs would be an easy way to improve your diet if you like them but you also need the vitamins and minerals most people get from vegetables and fruits.

We do not know how much protein Kross consumes. Several posters have been making similar assumptions based on food groups and other superstitions. In particular, people who do not have metabolic or digestive issues such do not need to eat any animal protein.
-
There's not enough information about the amount you eat to do the sums or even ballparks. And frankly, I wouldn't be in a hurry to spend a lot of time researching what you eat in databases. In some cases, it's obvious that people are getting enough protein for instance... but someone who eat a lot of rice or wheat could well be deficient. You can't tell without knowing the approximate daily amounts (and even then, if you didn't digest pulses well you could be deficient even if you ate enough proteins). Can you afford medical tests? If not, best eat a lot better just in case! Based on what you posted, you could possibly be malnourished enough that it might explain your lack of appetite. If you ate better growing up, you could in theory be living on reserves as far as a few essential nutrients are concerned. Are you at least taking vitamins or are some of these foods fortified? Your problems could also have little to do with the way you eat. Can you ask someone who knows you for their opinion about your situation?
-
That's not a balanced diet. Some people can live on mainly pulses and grains but eating nothing else is unhealthy and could even be deadly in some cases. If you can't be bothered to eat properly, get tested and supplement if need be. Instead of assuming that carbs are a problem, you should for instance test your carb tolerance (it does looks like you are stuffing yourself with carbs). If you want people's opinions, post all you eat (including the amounts). A small amount of variety can make a big difference. In any case, you can't got wrong by forcing yourself to eat a more varied diet.

You said there were two types of suffering. One of your type is pain and emotions are part of your second type, even though both could be said to be felt by this self and both seem to cause "a physical emotion". But you are nevertheless theorizing that emotions unlike pain have a cause separate from the body. If I proclaimed racism "an impossibility" while arguing that the bodies of black people feel pain but no emotions, would I not be a racist as well as a dualist? -

There are misleading words however. It's usually easy enough to add a clarifying notice if you do use them... if what you mean to say is clear in the first place. -

God is blasphemy. Love I can sort of understand. Cantaloupes are simply too sweet. Everything is the new black, I say. -

Emotions are pretty physical! You got a strange dualism going on there. -

That's not my thing so I can hardly give you a break. I don't understand why "everything is love" would imply there's no suffering or vice versa, that's all. -

Sure. So what? Simply wondering aloud about why one would use thought-stopping cliches and so forth, not arguing with you. -

In my experience, bodily pain isn't very bad as such. Worrying, striving, conflicts and so forth are far worse. Have you ever been in incapacitating non-malicious pain (not talking about torture!) while convinced it's OK and there is nothing you need to do? It's easy to relax and not to resist pain then and suicide becomes only another word for no more dope. You've got to wonder... why would people liberated from thought use language so unskillfully? If you were talking for the benefit of others rather than yours, why speak at all unless you're going to be understood? If you were able to see things from the perspective of others, couldn't you speak words they'd understand? -
I find it fascinating that people are able to read what someone like Trump writes or listen to what he says without perceiving the ideological authority he tries so hard to display. Maybe he wasn't always that way. I don't know because I don't care about the guy. But for 5 years or so, he's been on a very public verbal rampage, constantly beating the same drum. I guess in some parts, people are raised not to see racism.

How would you know they've imagined the same thing? That said, I agree "imaginary" is not the best word for thinged. But it is in the dictionary. -

You can dress this up as some kind of spiritual/ego thing but it sounds much like the kind of insanity people go thorough all the time, only you seem to be handling it unusually well (so far). Besides escalating the confrontation or picking a fight outside of work (perhaps with a defenseless person), you could have spent hours regaling whoever would listen with sexist or racist comments about that manager or simply numbed yourself with drugs or some compulsive activity. Maybe you did something similar with your workout actually, only in a healthy way. Congrats! It also seems you're looking at this as a learning opportunity, which is again on the mark. -
Because that's simply not the point of school (or at least not the point of yours).
