I've been having a conversation with one of the moderators and they've said thay psychedelics mess with cognition, memory, organisation skills and overall thinking abilities after using them How true is this for you personally ? And do the benefits outweigh the risks for you ?

@Raptorsin7 i understand whay you're saying, as in... am I aware that I am aware or look for it in meditation, yes I understand that but i am doing meditation to increase my consciousness not to just understand what awareness is (I think)

@Raptorsin7 i have not, send us a link bro I am meditating to meditate. It's the most important self-help habit according to some high consciousness people and increasing my consciousness is the #1 thing I could do right now.

#3 was quite difficult to stay "aware" in the beginning, i don't even fully understand what awareness is yet to be honest but i tried to focus on my breathing as much as possible. opened my eyes twice/three times. no weir experiences, some slightly fearful thoughts arose, tried to stay aware/still through them. was sweating like a fat slag ∵ i showered just before meditating so far, 20 minutes x 3 days in a row.

so, my ego / me / my identity - if i decide to walk to the gym, am "I" the one who walks to the gym or am "I" the one who observes / stays aware of the "I" who walks to the gym ? or am i the one who observes the "I" who decides to walk to the gym ?

How could I make my life purpose that has something to do with playing fortnite. Could you conjure up some possible ways ? This is just something that I really enjoy doing and I understand that it's hedonistic but fortunately that's where I am right now. There must be some way that I can help society by playing this game perhaps making on account on social media and if I get really really good at the game which I kind of am already I could potentially share how I got here, aka increasing awareness etc might sound silly to some of you but it's a genuine question

@Striving for more don't hold your phone in your hands when you're out in public especially in non-enclosed spaces. make sure you know at least one person who lives in the city or town that you want to move in and realise in advance that living in the city is much more expensive rent food wise the living in a town - Ask the person what is the best place to shop which place has quality food which part of town is more suitable for you et cetera Honestly I have travelled quite a bit and I think places like Phuket are fucking sick, cheap, amazing girls, everything you need, or taiwan (only 7 deaths since covid started) + you can visit frank yang there !!! also $5000 is really not a lot bro but I think you are doing a good decision by moving because I think you should be moving every few years around the world to explore and having a business online like YouTube or whatever you're into is really good because that gives you mobility to move wherever you want I have moved quite a lot in my life so if you need any advice just DM me I would be happy to help
