I think dreams are the subconscious mind trying to communicate with our consciousness.

Ideologies are easy. Let someone else tell you what to belief in. That way people don't have to think for themselves. It gives them an identity without any effort or introspection.

Is being present and in the moment the same thing as not worrying about past or future events?
