  2. https://youtu.be/-cZ5gGloYa8 CIA can make a plot to dipose of some dictator. Check out how he acknowledges this but makes sure that it sounds good. Like oh, well, they did conspire but they did something good! Dictators = bad so CIA are still good guys! What about the facts that they removed legaly elected presidents of Chile, Allende, to put a dictator, Pinochet, because it suited their interest? No man or group can exert so much influence over World, but then in previoius videos mentions that Russians conspired to bring Trump to power, thus putting their men effectively at the head of the country exerting the biggest influence over the World. The video is skewed towards US public and touches on rather "strawman", US territory related, conspiracy theories.

  10. I use https://www.calm.com/ It has quite a lot of different meditaion programs, most of them are not free however. I use Open ended meditaion with 10 minute bell played, since I use different techniques and it keeps me stay alert. Also huge plus is that it counts the time you spent meditating and how many consecutive days you have meditated. This is very helpful for the beginners who still struggle with making it a habit.
  11. You can try to break your schedule by varying time needed for study/rest/meditation/running. Try for a few days to do some activity not watching at the clock. For example, go for a run and do it for as long as you like and do not look at the clock until you come back home. Just enjoy the moment while you are running, moving your body, breathing the air. From my experience I know it may come as a shock when you see how much time have you spent on one activity and that you have a shit load more stuff to do, Then it is a great time to ask yourself about your values and priorities and align yourself according to them and not just for the sake of being productive
  12. Happy Birthday. All the best and thank you!

  14. Let say you mosquito lands on your testicles and you use the violence to solve the problem. You smack the mosquito hard, kill it and then what is the aftermath? It could last for a long time
  15. In his book 10% happier author Dan Harris had an idea to go to the solitary so he could practice meditation. He is a journalist, so he arranged as an experiment to go into the solitary, for couple of days, during that time inmate from the next solitary was screaming so loud, that he was not able to concentrate at all. Give up on that notion
  16. Good luck with your operation!
  17. Was it Quantum Mechanics Debunks Materialism - Part 1 or Quantum Mechanics Debunks Materialism - Part 2 that pushed you over the edge
  18. I am on day 71. Yesterday I asked Jan Esman about semen retention as help in awekening of Kundalini and he said that it should be done only if it come naturally, meaning that if you try to fight too hard not to ejaculate, it can lead to frustration and can be counterproductive... Then he added that he hasn't ejaculated in 5 years and hasn't had sex in 18+ (pun intended)
  19. @John Iverson He was Warren Buffet's mentor, college professor, very influental on Buffet's investing philosphy
  20. I just finished 76 days of No Fap. It was an interesting experience. Interesting how the urge rose when I was feeling bored, try to feel the need as much as possible, compare it to your goal of no fap. If you have a clear vision why you do it, when urge rises you will easily beat it. You simply place priorities and you will not easily For me first couple of weeks were hardest, I used to cheat and not experience the desire fully, but find some thing to keep me busy and move my thoughts from the desire. After 2 weeks passed, I was ruled by the principle: "Man you did so much, if you quit now, it will take a lot of time just to catch up" Basicly once you managed to initially move the boulder, then it keep rolling on its own and easyly pushed me through the next 2 months. I did not feel any special increase in energy levels. I discovered that I had more free time for other things, developed new habits which is a great plus. In the end I consciously decided to stop because I want to practice Taoist principle of orgasm without ejaculation. It allows you to chanel sexual energy through your body which can then later on be used for great many purposes and ofc last much longer in bed. When you tap yourself on back and say "Wow I already did xx days of no fap, awesome" do not ask yourself "Who is this "I" who did not fap?" It is a mood killer
  21. @hinawashi How can you discern really crazy from the ones that might turn out to be true? Wasn't Copernicus Theory that Earth revolves around the Sun kinda conspiracy theory? Wasn't Darwin's Theory of Evolution considered conspiracy theory? Yes, they had a scientific background, but for most people who heard them they sounded completely crazy, even dangerous
  22. Voice told me this during self-inquiry today. I was asking for the n-th time, where am I located. Check! Any advices on how to proceed
  23. I hear ya. Only thing I watch on TV are sports. You can try to cut down on sports, by watching shortened replays on computer. For example during the NBA playoffs there was a shortened replay of every game in the length of 10 minutes. Usually games last around 2 hours and 40 minutes so with this trick you saved 2 and half hours. Also regarding sports, just think about how much money is on the line now. Football players being valued at 150 million euros. Basketball players signing 200+ million dollar contracts. Professional sports have lost so much of their beauty and spontanity there was before, now they are gladiators/machines, doing drills. Athletic skills are only thing being valued now, for example we have to take him he runs 30 m in less than 4 sec or he has 40 inch vertical leap. Bottom line, sports has become. or it was always like that only I just now see it. rich mans game mad for profit and shallow entertainment for the masses. Try to watch some games mindfully and you will see how deeply unfulfilling it is.
