It does belong to collective ego. Focusing on the negative doesn't do much good either. Actually most posts are worthless unless someone learns something. It really should be just do the work whatever that is for you and shut up. So i will shut up now to do my stuff and you go do your stuff. -
@charlie cho journaling was helpful to clear up buried emotions by expressing them. There are other ways to do this too. But you want your emotional needs to be met. What does this mean exactly for you? Do you just need a good friend or partner to talk about your emotions? Try to be perfectly honest with everybody, this helps tremendously to clear up emotions even if you have to sacrifice some relationships. If they don't become stronger, then they weren't worth it in the first place. Nobody really gives a fuck about my emotions or yours. That's the truth. You should learn to meet more of your emotional needs by yourself. Everyone in reality only care for themselves. They live in their own bubble. Unless they happen to be egoless which is very rare. Don't believe me if you don't want.

Read a book about why we laugh or about how to be a stand up comedian. Watch south park, family guy and rick and morty. Spend much time collecting memes like i do. Lol. You are serious about becoming funny. Stop being serious. Be around funny people and socialize with them.
-
Start by taking cold showers, lifting weights, eating better, making more music and videos.

After clearing up a ton of buried emotions through journaling and by reading some books and working on it in general i don't have the need to share negative emotions because i don't have much on them in my system left. I do like to express myself through songs. I let myself express stuff without the stupid idea that it's a feminine trait. It could come out in a masculine way or not. I actually feel more masculine when i allow myself to be completely open with the danger of my identity being labeled as feminine lol. I am just trying to be honest most of the time and be an emo when i feel like it and that's about it. You can feel it when a person is the right one to talk about emotions or not. The conversation is either flowing or not.

I kind of agree but at the same time is where you focus on.

No not this guy. This above toxic.

@Moksha yeah that's true. Having a wage slave job though that consumes most of your energy and time will do its best to keep you down. All i'm saying is that basic self help stuff, goals, good diet and exercise are equally important. You can still do them unconsciously and can help to align more.
-
@Moksha i agree. After surrendering everything though there're still bills to pay and people to take care of and basically you continue to appear as a body dropped down to this small planet. I don't want just to be blissed out. I want to play the game and have a good time.

@Ascent X no point at all. To actually quit things fast is a valuable skill. But you may actually enjoy something and quit because you are clueless about how mastery works or too weak. Mastery it's tough.
-
@Moksha it depends on definitions. Each has his own. I'm not a fan of all the comparing or the labeling as awakening of too many things. Awakening, enlightenment or whatever can only start the process of changing life long habits. A realization over 9000 still doesn't change much. I mean if someone got enlightened suddenly that doesn't mean that he will start eating blueberries every morning. I understand that words are necessary to communicate this but all i feel is a mental masturbation going on. This is not pointed to you or to anyone. It's just how i perceive it.
-
Yeah. Having fun but also learning how mastery works. To stick with it is the hard part like with any other skill.
-
@Moksha awakening won't necessarily eliminate all the bad habits in the day that it happens, like addictions. There are awakened unhealthy eaters and smokers.
-
@omar30 no. Things take time. There are ways to do it but it will not be sustainable.

No it's not a coincidence. You always get what you need the most. At least this is how it looks like to me. It's like everything was planned. I already had too many crazy coincidences to even call them that. You always get what you need and want. @Nos7algiK wow that was deep. -
@Peelingthelayers great!

I just watched Leo's video for instructions, headphones and listened to this https://youtu.be/ivCOrc1HWxI or similar music. No breath holds. Just do it for as long you can. Everything becomes very tingly after a while. Visuals may come. It's a very intense emotional releasing. I think the most time i did it was around 30-40 minutes. Maybe 15' are also enough. Be sure that you are alone and noone will interrupt you. Stop when you want to stop and don't try to reach a certain time limit. Just let loose and experience it. If nothing happens try again another time.

Shamanic breathing. It's unbelievable how good this worked for me. Give it 4-5 tries.

Working out is the single most important habit of all. This proved itself in my life multiple times. If you are not working out then doing so will upgrade your life the most.

@Thought Art focus on what you want! Read ask and it's given. No mumbo jumbo there or just ignore the mumbo jumbiness haha. It's totally possible to clear these thoughts for good and to focus on creating. You only need some time and intention for that to happen gradually. To answer your question i see myself rich in the near future free from soulcrushing jobs with great people around me, healthy, creating stuff everyday, mastering the hobbies that give me joy and never stop growing. I will be having fun along the way. That's it. I don't have an ambition to change the world atm.
-
@Thought Art me too brother. Just don't casually mention suicide. This is not an option, it's stupidity. You just need to clear up some emotions. Read ask and it is given and the path of least resistance. These 2 books will help.
-
Why? It could also be die and do for the fun of it. Why this seriousness? I understand that this is like your burning motivation kind of thing which sounds great but it isn't. Everything is meaningless. You need to look closer at this attitude. It's not really the attitude you want to have even if this would give some self help junkies a hard on. Not saying that this thinking can't make you successful though.

Couldn't describe it better. Like a tranquility in the backround. Also joyous energy flowing in the body that sometimes is overwhelming. Reading people like an open book. Seeing beauty everywhere. Psychologically invincible. Inability to not be compassionate. -

Beautiful. However i would avoid blaming the brain genetics. You are either dead serious to take the leap or not.
