One piece is the best anime. Too long but it's worth it, if you are going to spend this time anyway watching anime or doing something similar. -
My parents really fucked me up emotionally. It doesn't matter though. They couldn't help it. It took me a decade to feel normal again. What does matter is to have emotional mastery and not let some feelings control my life again.

i know i know.. But it's a good song.

Good work! I can't imagine how amazing should feel waking up at 5 am and going for a run so early. Runners high is very real! I had it before and once you stop you start feeling like shit. Your journal is very inspiring and i consider starting running again myself. Caffeine sucks. I used to drink alot of coffee, then i quited completely for a month or so and i felt better. Now i started drinking again maybe only one in the morning every second day and i don't have a problem anymore, i enjoy an occasional cup. But maybe it's even better to not drink at all. Keep it up!

It never occurred to me before that we are never really stuck in the same place! Great video thank you for sharing! -
@Superfluo thanx! I always forget there is a search function

If you can control youself and not waste thousands of hours i don't see why you can't enjoy them. If you play only one game in time your skills will improve. Forget about becoming one of the best of course you must dedicate and waste your life for that. But if you want to become better without wasting much time you can train specific skills. In csgo for example you can find maps that train your aim. You could practice your aim for 10' and then go play a competitive match and then stop. No harm done.

Try to see if you can feel any uncomfortable feeling in your body when you are going to start meditating. If you can feel something even if it is subtle try feeling it fully, meditate on this feeling and let it go. Also try to feel the energy inside of the body everyday as a habit and as often as you can in your day. Wim Hof breathing is also great. All of those things really transformed my emotional state the last month. Also find the top stressors in your life and eliminate them. Shamanic breathing is great for this.

@mw711 yeah the good experiences are what lure you in but what ends up happening is that it becomes an escape mechanism to hide from your emotions. This is what happened to me and still happens with smoking. I still smoke weed occasionally but almost always alone and only a little to enjoy music or other things more and to think more deeply about things -
@Mu_ Got it. Thank you for this
-
@Mu_ thank you this is exactly what i need to practice from now on. Can you please further explain how you can see through this?

Good luck! If i'm being honest the pandemic was exactly what i needed and the best thing that happened to me. I really needed a break.
-
That's great! Thanks

Thank you this is helpful! My experiences weren't as intense but they sure were very interesting. Interesting enough to want to give daily shamanic breathing a try sometime.

You are right it was a broad question. You see i'm still looking at the world with my ego eyes and try to release some suppressed emotions. I tried the shamanic breathing only 3 times and it was helpful so far. However i never really had any visions only relived some memories. Would you recommend this as a daily practice? And what do you mean by realizing your purpose? Did the technique by itself made clear what your purpose should be? Also do you breathe forcefully or with a normal tempo? Sorry for the many questions and thank you for your time answering this

Hey! I wanted to ask you if you are a completely different person than 60 days ago
-
@david2 congrats for doing it. It seems very hard. I never fasted but i want to try a 24 water fast. I just don't want to lose any weight because i don't have much bodyfat that's why i asked. But from your post i can see that is probably worth it.

I would say do the least demanding job that you can find, that still pays well to have enough energy to start a business sometime. Also quit coffee or don't drink more than one. Coffee is an addiction and if your job is boring or a grind eventually you will start drinking 5 cups a day or more. Coffee helped destroy my health. I quited and i feel much better. At least try it.
