  1. @LfcCharlie4 thanks! I was going to ask about this. Are there any other resources you recommend other than youtube? A course or a book for example?
  2. Thank you this is very interesting i will give it a try.
  3. @Mada_ he does say to clean your room.
  4. Thanks. I plan to read all of his books sometime but first i'm gonna finish the one i'm reading and maybe some more from the booklist. But i will check it out the tittle sure is interesting.
  5. I need to be a strategic motherfucker if i ever want to be financially free by doing what i enjoy. I need to study strategy, learn stuff, plan things and work hard. Just working blindly without thinking about the path won't cut it. I may be too ambitious but i'm sure that there is a path that leads to creating success and my work is to find this path, walk this path, find a balance and manage to have a personal life on top of that although i think i need to sacrifice a piece of that for some years. So here's the situation. 50 hours per week gone because of work. 20 hours per week should be the minimum of life purpose work. That translates to at least 2 hours every day after work and 10 hours on the weekend. It seems that i need to sacrifice some hours of sleep from the 8 i usually need but that doesn't sound like a good idea at all. Maybe what i can manage is only 1 hour every workday at least and 15 on the weekend? This sucks but sounds like the maximum effort i can afford. The quality of the work is also very important. I need those 20 hours to be quality hours. To do that i need to practice concentration, meditation and visualization everyday without skipping. Health should also be a priority. Working out, healthy meals (i need to learn more about meal prep) etc. Maybe i could survive with 6-7 hours of sleep but honestly if i don't sleep for 8 hours usually end up tired and the quality lp work hour will be very hard. To do what i want i wrote down 22 skills that i need to have and be at least ok at, at least at the start. Maybe i will end up forming a team but right now as a starting point i am alone. My strategy is to dedicate 100 hours working on each skill to build a good enough foundation and to be able to have a shot at success. I am going to chip in hours on those skills. For some skills 100 hours are nothing and need longer. Other than that a good project would take at least a year or 2. If i work really hard 20 hours per week or roughly 1000 a year on learning those skills i need let's say 2,5 years to build a foundation. If i add the projects i need 2 more years at least for something good. In 5 years i could make something happen but the truth is that the odds are against me. That's it for now.
  6. I only read half of it but i must agree. The analogies he uses are perfect.
  7. @Michael569 the 6th one from success and productivity. The path of least resistance. Yeah i'm not sure if i'm allowed to reveal a book or not. I guess i just did. But this book is great and everyone should read it. But really if someone doesn't buy the book list it's their loss. It's my favorite resource so far.
  8. I finally understand why i'm stuck and frustrated.. I need to change my underling structure. I currently read the book from the booklist about how to be a creator. This book has some mind blowing new informations for me. This explains many things. Lesson learned again.. If i have a problem there is probably a book that can help me understand it and overcome it. The books from the booklist are life changing. Maybe i'm able to consume 1 book per week but from now on i will implement one book per month. There are years of work for me there. I'm actually excited to implement those books!
  9. Be careful.. I know that it feels amazing but at the same time weird. Be careful how you paint your blank canvas. In my case i just formed a 50 times worse ego than before, had to suffer alot and now after 10 years i'm close to embracing my ego again. Of course our circumstances are completely different so maybe your experience will be very different. Your personality is still there btw. It's something like the bios. It still lives on a deep level. All i have to say is find a life purpose to work on look at yourself as a game character that you can build however you like and don't abuse any substance.
  10. @EternalDream as much as you want.. Anything between 15' and an hour. I'm guilty of not doing them consistently and therefore my results are coming alot slower. Of course i'm planning on changing that. If you have the discipline needed and keep working at it for years i can't see a reason to fail exactly because almost noone is doing those things daily.
  11. Yeah that said i'm still figuring out the details and revisit some videos. There is also a booklist that i haven't finished but i'm in the middle of. For example i'm not sure what my niche should be but i'm sure that i will figure it out by working on it.
  12. Nicotine is shit bro. Just figure out how to hack your brain. Affirmations and stuff.
  13. I did it in 3 days but i was really serious at the time. It's better to take your time maybe complete it in one month. If you really want to do it right though you will continue the exercises everyday after finishing it.
  14. Really? Are you sure you want to get addicted to nicotine conciously?
  15. I think there is something like an extra filter that remineralizes the water. The one i chose does that but i will need to wait a month or two to buy it.
  16. @Joelvs add some protein. If you eat vegan really eat enough tofu or add a protein shake or something. As a vegan it was really hard for me to get enough. Definitely eating more protein and more in general helped me overcome the fatigue.
  17. Then i think the reason for that is that you are unsure if the thing you are going to pursue is worth it or not. Don't look if others understand you or not. You can ask for advice or talk with people to find out what they think and look at it from different perspectives but in the end you are the one that must decide if you are going to do something or not. Hear what others have to say but also think it through alone and in the end make the decision alone not based on what other people think about it but because you know better and decided to take this route. You don't need to rely on validation. Maybe you can see something that others don't see or understand. If you are right maybe the validation will come long term or maybe not.
  18. Experiment with everything and see what works for your body. If you have more energy and feel better then you are doing something right.
  19. What do you mean exactly? To prove to someone else that you are 'worthy'? If you mean that i believe that it's similar to the need of some people to be always right. You want to be right because if you are not your ego is attacked. In the same way you want to boost that ego by proving that you are worthy. You want people to look at you with admiration or respect or whatever. Your ego needs validation from people. You need to see your ego from a distance and everytime this happens, this need arises you need to catch it. Sure it can offer you some motivation but you need to recognize it for what it is. Wanting to grow in whatever way is natural and optimally you should do the right things to grow without depending on others to cheer you up and without stopping if they do the opposite but You know that you are doing the right things.
  20. Thanks. I just need to buy something extra that doesn't cost much to remineralize.
  21. Do you drink coffee? If yes try to stop for a week to see if something changes. Or maybe this is a sleep issue maybe try to optimize sleep.
  22. @Michael569 thanks! It goes on the wishlist then
  23. @Preety_India thank you. @Michael569 do you believe that i need to remineralize the water if i get the ro filter or is it ok to drink it like this?
