@Lyubov thank you for the detailed answer really helpful. I wouldn't call myself weak i was fit in the past but never really got into weight training seriously mostly bodyweight and cardio. Then i didn't train consistently for years and lived unhealthy that's why i'm unfit. I'm already changing that. Xero is tough for everybody! Don't underestimate it just because it doesn't involve barbells. But sure the same gains would be easier probably with weights but i prefer to workout at home for now.

@Lyubov i mean having both, to not focus only on lifting more (when i start weight lifting again) but also to have endurance, explosiveness etc. To have the right body for parkour for example would be the ideal for me while also being able to do calisthenics. I do love however the deadlifts, squats, shoulder and bench presses. The gyms are closed and i think i will just postpone it for a year before i go to the gym because i'm very happy with what i'm doing right now. @Average Investor you are right i could do that. I already do some yoga when i'm sore + massage and also i'm going to start using a foam roller but yeah i don't run and i miss it. I also like jumping rope but i do it rarely. That's a good idea for the sore days thanks.

@The0Self thanks i will try that when i will start a gym membership again. For now i am very happy with this bodyweight program and i will finish it maybe more than once before starting lifting weights again. I do have the starting strength book but i haven't read it yet.

Wanting it to be pure and you to belong to a higher class than other people that may lack some understanding in something and are decreasing the quality is the way you choose to see it. -
@The0Self yeah this is what i was afraid of. It was the first week of the second level after i completed the first month. The thing is i completed the first month in 2 months because i was getting sore. Now the program basically has 18 sets of bodyweight exercises till failure. Everything else recovers just fine but my legs are getting destroyed everytime. Should i just push less then? I do see gains just slower because i need to recover for longer everytime.

@Michael569 thank you i already try to add more tofu and beans in my diet. I was talking about eaa and not bcaa. They have all 9 essential amino acids but other than that i don't know much. Some people i know say that they saw a big difference by supplementing with them in performance and recovery. @Lyubov thank you for your suggestions. I actually do the xero program at level - 1 from athlean-x. It's not something random and i already saw some gains. It's a very good program but the only problem is that i have many more rest days than i should according to the program. After finishing the xero program i will either continue with xero 2 or do some calisthenics or barbell training as you suggested. My goal is not necessarily just strength. I prefer to be more athletic than just buff. My sleep is not the best but i'm working on it.

@Michael569 Thank you. Yeah i do those bodyweight sets until failure with good form and i go on and on and in the end i can't sit for 5 days. The other muscles recover in 2 days but for the legs i wonder if it is even possible without supplements. I do recall however in the gym that my recovery was better between leg days after the first 2 painful ones. But this is something else because i push until failure. I could push less maybe but these are the instruxtions. Is it worth it to supplement with eaa? Some people swear for the effectiveness.

You are not alone. What helped me was to make a big list of all my problems or the things i should be doing. Try it, this way you get it out of your head. Then find out the next small step you could take in each of them. Some problems are complex but some of them will disappear if you just take a small next step. Try to cross off your list all the easy to erase problems. Watching your list becoming smaller and smaller and not be poluted by problems that create more stress than they should is very satisfying. Your head will clear up. Also what i realized is that it's better to focus on only one area at a time and work on it until it's in place. Otherwise you are not effective. I am very impatient and want to do everything at the same time but i end up doing nothing. Patience and focus are important.

Read some eckhart tolle. I still don't really practice this but what works really well is self inquiry as often as you can until you get a certain feeling of energy. Focus on that and continue feeling your inner body. When you breath focus on the empty spaces of each breath before inhaling or exhaling. If you practice this enough you will reach a point that you are present all the time. Meditation practice or feeling your body or self inquiry for some time everyday is good and all or should i say better than nothing but when you finish your practice and return to normal then it's not enough. All of these things are extremely effective once you decide to live like this. To be present all the time. Breath is one of the ways to do it. If you find the right feeling you can live from there. Why don't i do it? Because if i did i would have to leave my ego behind eventually. -

@WhatAWondefulWorld sorry to hear that. I hope you are strong and healthy now -
If something interest you i think that is a good clue to understand it more deeply. There are countless things to understand and learn and maybe is wise to start from the important things and rely short term at least on experts. One example. I like working out. When i was a teen i was reading all the time about it and was trying to make my own plans etc. Now i just want to be healthy and fit. It is interesting but other things take priority to learn and understand than understanding why a certain workout works and analyze it to the death. I would if this was still my interest. Now i just prefer to find a workout plan from someone that is an expert in his field, just follow it and not worry about the details.

@Nemo28 have you ever saw a 14 year old junkie with foam running through his mouth? I have. In fact i saw all kinds of junkies they were everywhere in my old city. You must be either stupid or one step before suicide to even try it. Would i risk become like this to experience the best orgasm possible? Fuck no. Fuck all the cunts dealing death driving around with Mercedes -

Heroin is not the same as lsd -
Yeah. How come we rest and repair the body while we sleep? Is it because we stop being an ego? Do we connect more deeply to the source when we sleep? Does someone that is highly concious need less sleep? Is sadhguru's claim that it is possible to only sleep 3 hours and be full of energy bs?

I would love a video about this too. It's the topic that i find the most fascinating of all these days.

Thank you for the post. Insomnia sucks. It doesn't happen too often but when it does it affects everything. Nothing seems to work but i will just keep trying things out. I really don't want to take any pills but i'm getting really tired of this.

Hey, I would recommend to download a habit tracker app and write in it every habit you wish to have. I have one and it helps at least by seeing all the things i should be doing. I kinda quited the idea of habits in the sense that i will push myself to do this everyday until it's automatic but if i lose one day or 2 i failed. Didn't work for me. It works only if the actions are aligned with a vision of what you want to create and you discover this intrinsic motivation by looking for it. If it always feels a struggle and like fighting something then it will not be sustainable. It took me a whole life to be able to appreciate this thing that i recently learned. I was also a fan of elastic habits btw. If you really take so much time to implement one habit while being elastic you will most probably succeed. Good luck!

Do you believe that everything is random? I don't. From my experience the things that happen appear to happen for a reason. It's just crazy sometimes how random events connect with each other and lead to something that otherwise would never happen. Is there a plan? I read this somewhere, i don't know who said it but i agree: if you want to make god laugh tell him your plans.

Transformation, healing and change of priorities. I benefited from this happening and even though i lost some things like a comfortable job it was worth it. If not for corona my health would go downhill but now it's not. Of course it's something awful and almost everyone wishes that this whole thing never happened but i actually wished that something like this would happen to take a fucking break. There is always something good hidden in something bad.

Learning blueprints is not so bad. There are alot of tutorials and courses. You have to think like a programmer to use them though and i am not one. To learn c++ as a first language will be hard but once i have those 2 skills down i believe it's gonna be fun. There is also a huge collection of quality free assets that keeps growing.
