You are so lucky watching these videos in this age. Get the life purpose course and start there. I wish i knew this concept and did the course when i was 17. My life would be completely different now. 1. Ideally have and experience everything. Master all these areas. Start with life purpose. Read many books and apply them. Not only books but apply everything you learn immediately don't waste time. 2. Who are you? Do you know? Build yourself up to be confident and attractive to women sure. If you are a man and you are acing life they will get attracted to you. Emotional mastery is the most attractive trait you could have. At this age do whatever you want. You can afford to make mistakes. A good relationship is always better though. It's not only about fucking. Get it out of your system by having sex this is important but in the end is about the relationship. About connecting with your partner and being able to communicate. To have a successful relationship is rare. That's why you have to look for it. To be a player for the eyes of others it's a trap yes. If you feel like it be one though. You are free to do whatever you want and learn from the results.

Of course. I do it every day for a couple minutes during a cold shower and rarely while meditating. I'm not a regular meditator. When i meditate i usually focus on feeling the inner body or the breath. I do consider playing drums a form of meditation. Almost always i meditate when i work. By that i mean watching myself doing the tasks needed, watching the body moving, feeling the objects i touch and so on. I have the unpopular opinion especially in this forum that to sit and meditate in not necessary. The only reason to meditate is because you enjoy it or to discover how to just be in your everyday life doing whatever else. To meditate for an hour and when you finish to stop meditating is not so effective imo. It is entirely possible to be aware constantly without meditating for years. I know because i experienced it just by reading Eckhart Tolle. The logic of sitting down to meditate everyday for years to become awake is faulty imo again. Everyone is free to disagree. It's now all the time. You are either in the now or your mind travels in the past or the future uncontrolled. That's it. When you really choose to live only in the now there is no need for meditation anymore because meditation becomes your normal state. I don't deny that it is something very beneficial to do or that possibly i need to meditate more often. I am not awake. I'm talking from a memory of an awakening. Not sure if i'm ready or if i prefer my illusions. -

I guess to observe the discomfort and and go beyond it. To be comfortable being uncomfortable like a cold shower and just observe rather than letting discomfort control your body. -
Life purpose and health habits and books.

Have you tried cold showers and working out regularly? You would be surprised how much more energy these things can give you. Let the doctor tell you whatever he has to tell you but never make it an identity. You actually have more control over your health than you might think.

I would say health comes first and if you are healthy and fit everything else becomes easier.

That i am 100% responsible for how good and healthy i feel no matter what happens. If you clear up emotions, work out, eat healthy, sleep enough and face every problem by being present you will be ok. That stories, ideas and characters in a book could be as real as our memories. Our memories are stories, images in our heads. Book stories are the same. They are the same substance. Memories can form your reality but stories and ideas could also do that. There is no low energy just no cold showering. If you eat enough fruits and vegetables long enough you will actually feel better. Expressing your anger to someone that you are angry at for years might cure your insomnia. You can't fix a problem if you try to fix a problem. The only way is to be a creator instead of a fixer. You can influence other people's lives for the better. Only people that are open to that though. Not telling your truth because of how you might be perceived is dishonesty and keeps you at the same place. Shamanic breathing can release alot of stuff. Some nootropics might work for you. Vegan diet might not be the healthiest diet for you. Most of the people are comfortable being a wage slave and don't even know there is an alternative. Being rich while a workaholic working on stuff that you don't really care about isn't worth it. Practicing an instrument could be really fun. You can actually use weed to have a spiritual experience. Highly addictive though. Being a slave to your habits it's not the way to go. Doing a habit every single day no matter what, if you don't actually enjoy it, is in the long term not very effective or even healthy. Life purpose is something you create and it could be whatever the fuck you want. Love people because they might die tomorrow. You never know when is the last time you ever see someone. I don' t mean dying necessarily but you might meet a friend for the last time that you never talk to or see again. If you have a hard life you will become either very strong or very weak and that's a choice. Comfortable furniture are a very good investment. Fasting actually works. You waste more time than you think each day. You can do only one thing at a time. Focusing on what you do now works best. That after watching Leo's videos about science these ideas now feel normal to me. I tend to forget that noone i know really questions science at all. I wasn't really either but seeing other people completely trust science is a mindfuck. -

@fridjonk yes i love it. I usually try to jump 1000 times with rests if needed. I should really find a workout plan or something. If you have something good to share please do.

@fridjonk yeah i am thinking for a long time now to jump some rope every morning. It sounds good to stretch every morning after jumping some rope, after working out and doing some yoga here and there.

If you read good books your life changes if you actually apply them. The whole booklist for example and many other books. You can learn more about a subject you know nothing about or even existed as an idea in your head. You train your brain and are able to write better and think better. You can visit other imaginary worlds. You learn skills. You can become more conscious if you read the right books. You can discover unique solutions to your problems. You can learn to cook. Belongs to the skill learning but still worth mentioning. They can have an influence to a wide audience of people. Language is ideas spoken with a code from someone that is able to speak or write or communicate with other ways producing sounds and symbols and art aimed at someone that is able to see or hear or feel the message through art with his physical body that has organs like eyes and ears and a brain and hands and trapezoid muscles and cells and different systems like a perfect machine that understands the message filters it through his upbringing, ego, experiences and personality sees his life as a series of problems or not, sees how can he apply what he learned and by applying the message is successfully received (or not) . Experiences can be communicated, either real or imaginary and be replicated. Everything is communication. There are bad and good ways of communication. Bad books and good books. Many books are writen to earn money. The books that have purpose behind them are always powerful and mind-blowing.

Yes.. And it's still not enough for people to experience them. Who cares about how Eckhart looks like as a human? I personally don't like his avatar. His books are powerful. It's not about him. His teaching are also not something new. It's just the way those books are written and constructed that make them powerful for some people that read them at the right time.

@IAmReallyImportant if you could control your robot partner this would reduce it to a toy not a robot partner. It would basically be an advanced fleshlight. If there was no option to control it then maybe someone could have a relationship with it if it did seem real enough to the point that is just like a human and you can't find any flaws at all.

@EddieEddie1995 i'm happy that you found it useful ? It feels good to not hold back from what i have to say because of the fear of how i might be perceived from more advanced people than 'me'. Holding back and not expressing is dishonesty. -
I also gain weight with difficulty. 24 hours of fasting lost me 1kg. Still it was worth it and i will continue doing it every 2 weeks or so. Just do 24 hours it's still very beneficial. I should add that i quickly gained the weight back plus some more possibly because of working out. Maybe fasting actually helps with gaining weight for those that have problem gaining weight. Just a possibility idk.

The mind can continue for ever talking bs and believing all sorts of things in the backround. It doesn't matter where the thoughts came from. It's probably conditioning and beliefs held about yourself. The important thing is to become aware of these thoughts, something that is rare in people which you were able to do. The only thing to do is to stop believing the thoughts telling you who you are. You just need to go behind the thoughts and become aware of the space that allows them to be. Probably my explanation sucks. What i am trying to say is that whatever your thoughts or emotions you can just step out of them and just be. You are the one that observes all this and mistakes himself as the thoughts beliefs and emotions. This never stops but you can eventually see through all of this and see how this works. In that case your mind told you that you are too beta for these girls. You just observed that. Then you remember that you are the one that observed this and not this. Your avatar is not real. Each time you do this you become more conscious and free. You said that you are not a weirdo and you know you can be attractive. This is just another belief like the belief of being beta for these girls. Again you are the one that observed this thought and believed the identity that makes you special. If you were a weirdo you would believe you are a weirdo, again not true. Let's say you have an accident and you become a weirdo. Your suffering would be great because your identity consisting of the belief you are attractive would shutter. You will always suffer if you continue believing the thoughts that randomly come about who you are.
