Yellow and Turquoise represent intuition, whereas red and blue are sensing, orange is thinking and Green is feeling. Coral is The Now, back to sensing.

I'm not assigning types to stages. Any type can be at any stage. The THEME of the stage RESEMBLES a cognitive function. One also may tend to develop that cognitive function when in that stage.

Spiritual practice is a great way to ascend the hierarchy.

Sure the stages are experienced and integrated, but they're still overcome.

The start of Green is collectivist because it's Fe. The next stage is introspective but still Green. Orange's Success orientation can be seen as collectivist because it's success in the eyes of society. So a better way to phrase it would be Directive (Pi+Je) or Adaptive (Pe+Ji).

The hot and cold colours argument makes little sense because Orange and Green should be split into 2 levels each. The cognitive function associations tell you what you need to know about connections between levels.
