  1. Bruh... Ray Peat recommends people eat a tablespoon of coconut oil with every meal. He says to stay away from plants because they contain toxins. Again, an oldschool approach that doesn't know how to deal with peoples digestive issues! He promotes eating fish which are full of micro plastics and heavy metals nowdays, plus the oceans are overfished. We need to stop eating fish for a while. See what i mean? Outdated stuff. Andrew Cutler's chelation protocol is interesting, i'll definitely research it more in the future. Jason Blaha is not a qualified nutritionist and although he promotes whole plant foods and to stay away from refined sugars and oils, he still eats too much meat. Again, as with the fish, there is a massive problem that we're facing in the world with pollution and chronic illness and poverty and war and all sorts of stuff like that and they're all interconnected. Like Leo gave the example of the sweater - no matter from where you pull from, the whole sweater is one long thread, and if you pull enough from the seames, the whole thing will unravel. Humans thrive on plant-based diets. ALL humans do! The problem is we all have gut issues! We need to solve our gut issues and then eat plant based. It really is that simple.
  2. I want to add this: Most coaches don't know how to program and to coach proper stretching. We need to stay in a stretch for many minutes in order to learn how to relax that tight area. sets of 30 seconds or 1-2 minutes will not suffice. So that's one small thing that i learned from these guys that i really wanted to mention.
  3. I have been researching nutrition non-stop for the past 5 years. I have heard everything, and i have tried almost everything. There is this youtube channel, Vegetable Police, and he has gone from vegan to carnivore to vegan again to carnivore again numerous times over the past few years. He even did 20 day fasts and stuff like that. Then there is this other channel, called Gojiman. Gojiman is a nutritionist on his way to becoming a PhD in nutrition and from the very start, before Vegetable Police went carnivore for the first time, or do the long fasts. He offered to help him, get him tested, find out exactly what he has and then go on an appropriate treatment. Veg Police refused. He wanted to heal himself... Then, Veg Police went on to make videos explaining what he was going to try, and based on that, Gojiman predicted what was going to happen to VG. Needless to say, Gojiman was right every single time. On the other hand, Gojiman has numerous videos on his channel of case studies - people that took the tests Gojiman suggested, found out exactly what problem they had and then went on the treatment and successfully got rid of their issues. I'm not saying that Gojiman is the only good nutritionist out there. I'm saying that nutritionists or doctors like him are the ones you want. Because they are the only ones obtaining results! So my advice would be to research the shit out of his channel. He will answer most of your questions. I have similar issues as what you describe, or Leo describes. I am currently gathering money to take the tests. I will make posts about my results in the future. Until then, no advice can i give you, since i am not a trained professional. And besides, without tests no one can give you any meaningful advice.
  4. I am feeling debilitating tiredness, i can barely get out of bed. Any sort of work has become a struggle. Huge mental fog. I am gathering money to fix my problems but it will take a while until i manage to save enough, since my only income so far has only been from music and there are no gigs at the moment. So what should i do until then? What should i eat, or what other advice do you have?
  5. @StarStruck Or maybe your body is telling you that you have a problem that needs to be fixed. You don't see lions that are allergic to zebras or monkeys that allergic to bananas. Every species has a specific diet, and our allergies and food intolerances stem from our modern way of living. It's a new phenomenon and we are just figuring out how to fix them. Organ meat contains a lot of toxins and heavy metals. I have good levels of every nutrient. I know how to fix my problem. I just need to gather the money to do so. I started this topic because i was really curious if Leo in his research found out something more than i did.
  6. "When bacteria are threatened they amalgamate and form biofilms which protect them from anti-microbials and provides them with sustenance for an extended period of time. So quite simply, a 30 or even a 60 day water fast is not going to kill the SIBO, or other bacterial problems in the gut".
  7. @StarStruck nope, i eat animal products sometimes, but i see them a bit like i see dessert or junk food. It's tasty, it's very stimulating to the senses, but i do not consider it "food".
  8. @Leo Gura Thanks. I figured out as much, but I asked you thinking that maybe in your research you would have found something that i didn't I do know that prolonged fasting is a bad idea when you have gut issues though. Your good gut flora will weaken too, and the bad stuff doesn't go away, that's certain from my research. Anecdotally, the most i did was 5 days, and i did multiple 3 day fasts back-to-back, for like a month and a half. Only temporary relief. But i'm curious how your experience will be.
  9. I challenge you to see how ironically dogmatic is what you just said here.
  10. @StarStruck do some serious research. emphasis on the *serious*
  11. @The0Self A bunch of factors determine that. Such as the PH of the stomach acid, the configuration & size of organs, the length of the small intestine, colon, size and shape of teeth, type of eyes, etc. That's just from the top of my head, i'm no biology expert, butI think you need to do a lot more research. I think i need a lot more research too, it's just that i see in you, from the way you speak, someone slightly biased towards the carnivore folk, as i am towards the vegans, ofc, but I won't ever identify as a vegan or a musician or whatever, i see too much of God to do that lol. i encourage you to see past the obnoxiousness of vegans and research the hell out of what they know. I'm sure that they skew some things in their favor, like everybody does. But they are butthurt for some damn good reasons. Of course most of them are hippies and they need to integrate Green and whatever, but that's another topic. I recommend you the channels of Hench Herbivore, Gojiman, Mic The Vegan and Nutritionfacts.org for the science part and Simnett Nutrition, Pick Up Limes, Healthy Crazy Cool, as well as the ones above for how to actually eat as a vegan (once you have solved your gut issues)
  12. They didn't eat LARGE quantities of animal products though. I believe it was less than 10-5% of total calories. And i believe dogs and wolves are actually omnivores, anatomically speaking.
  13. @The0Self Sorry for being arrogant or mean i still believe that humans being herbivores is accurate. We are primates. And yes, other primates kill and eat each other. But they still eat mostly plants. Don't tell me that the small amount of meat that they eat is what's keeping them healthy and alive. And what we actually see in humans is that the more populations get their calories from plants, the longer they live and the healthier they are. Show me the people living 100+ years eating mostly animal products. I don't see any.
  14. @Michael569 Thanks! Could you give me some guidelines of LF? I'm doing my own research ofc, but if you have any preferred sources i'm all for it
  15. @The0Self Nope, it's the opposite. Everything you just said is propaganda. But of course you won't be open to what i said and will try to debate me... Oh, how tricky the mind is...
  16. @Michael569 No,i haven't. But i'm gathering money to take those tests. I will try to, in as few words as possible, share my journey with you. I always had been sedentary as a child, and just about 5 years ago, when i was 20, i started working out, had a shoulder injury on my first day at the gym and so i started researching my ass off and so i discovered self-help, Leo, spirituality etc. Long story short i tried veganism for about 2 years. I am pretty good at researching so i did all the good things from the start, and i went all in. I knew that it would take a few weeks for the gut flora to change, so i was patient with the gas and bloating, which indeed kinda diminished after 2/4 weeks. But the months went by, and although i was feeling better than ever from certain standpoints, other symptoms were worsening. I started developing dandruff, acne, constant gas, painful bloating, and loose stool. When i eat 100% plant-based, i have to poop 7 times a day on average, and it feels like i have to go really really bad, and i only poop a little at a time. It's very annoying and disruptive. So here i am now, having gone back and forth with eating and not eating animal products, and now the symptoms are worse than ever, my allergies have gone THROUGH THE ROOF let me tell you and i feel so tired all the time no matter what i eat that i don't know what to do until i fix my problems. I mean, i think i will try a low FODMAP diet, it's just that the mental fog and the tiredness has had me post-poning shit.
  17. "vegan" is just a term that describes what you don't eat. I can eat a diet of 100% oreos and that would technically be a "vegan" diet. But there are 2 things that you need to do in order to be healthy, food-wise, in my opinion: 1. Have your gut fixed - most people (like most animals/pets) have, or will have, some parasites or gut issues, that need to be fixed if you want to successfully eat a healthy diet, which is a whole-foods, plant-based diet. 2. Eat a whole-foods, plant-based diet. Humans are undoubtedly anatomically herbivores. But we should eat a variety of plants - nuts, seeds, legumes, vegetables, fruit, whole-grains, fungi, roots and tubers should make the bulk of our calories - at least 80%. The more the better. The people in your video are either doing extreme reductionist diets, which are unhealthy, and the reason many people go vegan in the first place is because they have gut issues, and the vegan diet makes them feel worse, of course (remember, only a healthy gut can manage a plant-based diet!) so they try all sorts of stupid fad diets and get severe deficiencies on top of their gut issues! So you can see the vicious circle. I hope this answers your question. Cheers!
  18. I'm already researching RSD's archive of old videos, but i was wondering if someone could recommend some high quality programs that i can actually buy or download.
  19. @Elevated Thanks, man! @Spence94 I'll check them out! (and of course i care about that, i'm on the Actualized forum ) @Bando Thanks dude, great advice! @Lyubov Thanks for reminding me that even the best get rejected quite often. That actually is helpful!
  20. @vladorion Thanks man! @PenguinPablo Awesome, dude! Thanks!
  21. Ok so i searched on the forum a bit, and i'm gonna get some programs in the near future but my actual question would be about "closing" because i can barely find good info on that. I would like to hear at least once a sound explanation for the process of approaching a girl, all the way to sleeping with her.
  22. This is my acid playlist. Enjoy!
  23. @Vibroverse Yes but t's like they are different things. The more enlightened you are the more consciously you act and interact with yourself. That experience of two seemingly separate minds merging together can happen whether you're enlightened or not. Just like having an awakening doesn't change the consistency of the "physical experience".
