  1. HI All Considering purchasing the curse. Questions: 1) Does it work? Have anyone find their definitive aim in life after doing the course? Like one sentence life purpose e.g" "I want to be a cardiologist who specializes only on the left side of the heart" 2) How long does it take to complete the course? 3) I already know that I want to pursue a career in music, but not so sure in the particular specialization : eg: conducting, performing piano, classical, jazz, rock music, film scoring, theatre, etc.. In that case, should I still do it? 4) Is age important? Im past my 30s 5) Any things u didn't like of it? Thank you all!
  2. Thanks both for the replies. Nice work Natura. I was just composing in SIbelius and pro tools! I will contact you so we can share music. I will highly recommend you to study Bach. Read his scores, quoting Brahms " study Bach, there you will find everything" Also good quote from a Nazi in your signature haha
  3. Seriously. is it actually round? or is it flat. I ahve read lots of scientific proof that the earth is flat. The only real picture of earth was taken from Mars and it looks flat. like WTF? if so, why did they lie to us? What would be the reason. - The enemy of knowledge is not ignorance but the illusion of knowledge - Stephen Hawking
  4. A list of things that we do on a daily basis that Strengthen the EGO. A list of things that we could do to Kill the Ego, or at least, keep the motherfucker quiet. Thank you!
  5. I was raised a Catholic, then in my teens became and extreme atheist, In my mid twenties started personal development, now im 30 starting enlightenment work. Every piece of information including Leos videos, resemble to the Bible. Seems like the bible was an guide to enlightenment, only written in metaphor? EGO-the Devil Meditation-Praying Obsesive Thinking- Sin Presence-GOD Leo was doing some analogies, as well, in his benefits of enlightenment video: suffering - Hell, Enlightenment or self actualization - Heaven It will be interesting to read the bible from an enlightenment point of view. Treat is as if it was a PD book or something. And do some serious analysis. Maybe the keys to enlightenment are hidden in religious book, wisdom that has been passed though generations.
  6. Can affirmations, trick your ego? Or even Kill the ego? like: I dont have an Ego, I dont have an Ego. Or I dont exist, I dont exist. Actually those are negatives. What about: I am aware, I am aware. I am present, I am present you get the idea
  7. @Dash Us Pain I didnt understand this: you missed 50 billion lives reading this. What do you mean?
  8. I am on the same boat, sharing Leos videos and idea, I learned that people dont want to be different and dont like people that wants to be different...
  9. Is masturbation good or bad? Can it become an obstacle to enlightenment? i know it can affect a fight performance, gains at the gym, social anxiety, depression levels, etc. When i don't play with myself for say ..2 weeks.. I fell I could give a speech in front o f a stadium and don't give a f..k. Or talk to the hottest girl on earth, or discuss business with the CEO of the company, etc. I feel more confident but also more stressed out and irritable and can't concentrate on my work (composing classical music, practicing piano, doing assignments etc) ...because I am thinking about boobies. Then I fap, and problem solved! im only thinking about my work, so I go back to composing or reading or doing Personal Development, something productive etc
  10. Ok so in my room I am a concert pianist. When I play in front of people I am a grade 1 or beginner level pianist. Shaking and sweaty hands, heart pumping fast, getting cold or supper tense from feet to head, etc. Sounds familiar? Stage Fright or Performance Anxiety. What is it? What is the solution? Why do I play so well in my bedroom and so bad in auditions, concerts, playing for friends and family etc? This is affecting my career. It also applies to other instruments, stand up comedy, actors, speakers, etc. Many Thanks! GEB
  11. @Thomas haha it looks like you are fapping in your pic Yeah, from a productivity point of view, I am more productive when i Fap. Because say in a 10 minutes Fap i take the sex and desire out of mind, Then my mind only focuses on my work. When I don't Fap I am thinking about sex while working, so I stop working and start texting girls to go out, then i go out, I spend money and the whole evening doing the sex, then the next morning maybe more money in breakfast and some time with the girl. Conclusion I spent like 12 hours doing nothing. Yesterday I composed a 2 part invention in 12 hours. get my point?
  12. he still needs to cater for the beginner and intermediate levels.
  13. sex gets in the middle of my work. I can get a sexual partner easily but that involves spending time and money. If not lucky and instead of One night stand becomes a relationship (happened before) then goodbye work. I have never progress so much in my life as when i was single. I will wake up do my thing all day, go to sleep thinking about my thing, dream about my thing, and wake up thinking about my thing. I think that is the virtuous cycle of Mastery. Fapping takes the sexual desire out of mind. How wants to go out chasing girls after the good old wanka?
  14. I have tried probably every drug available except heroin because I don't like needles. I think that drugs has nothing to do with enlightenment. Enlightenment is all about getting rid of the ego, connect with your inner body and with the timeless spaceless Being. Nothingness, etc. All psychedelic drugs enforce your permanence in the world of Form, it's superficial, it's visual, it's artificial. Drugs are at the lower scale of the happiness spectrum, it's a shallow experience that if the source is good last for 12 hrs. My longest trip was with LSD for 12 hours. I have also been doing coke and alcohol for 3 days without sleeping. Coke is Ego food. Weed makes you think a LOT as well. Nothing could be more far away of enlightenment than thinking. That being said I don't regret have trying them, i had very very fun moments with them, and also helped me realize how a waste of time money and brain cells they can be. Also very easy to get addicted. And addiction is the exact opposite of Willpower and self control. On the other hand, some ppl need to hit rock bottom in order to straighten their life. The Buddha was an addict and he was tempted by his own demons during his enlightenment journey. So maybe there is some relationship between drugs and enlightenment. That could be an interesting video haha cheers
  15. How to access the World of the unmanifested and why should we attempt to do it? If we were born in the world of Form and time why should we escape to the world of the Unmanifested, the silence, nothingness and the timeless space. What's in it for us? Also how to connect with the inner body and Why (again). What happens with the inner body after the physical body dies?
  16. What to do in order to become smarter, improve memory and overall cognitive function. The possibility of using more brain capacity than 10%, which may be linked to awareness. I remember watching a movie called Lucy, when she was increasing her brain capacity she was complete aware, she could feel her blood pumping, the earth moving, etc.
  17. @Czarkovsky it really depends on the effect you are after. I was after the Limitless effect (Bradley Cooper's movie) I took Oxiracetam on an empty stomach 1 gram. Perfect cure for those who have racing thoughts mind in the morning and find it hard to concentrate. Also your senses get enhanced. Like you can distinguish musical notes (almost like perfect pitch) and color are brighters, smell is also improved, you can guess a wine grape for example (Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot) good for impressing chicks. ...and Noopept and Aniracetam after a meal, Usually after lunch and dinner respectively. Aniracetam has anxiolytic effects, so best taken later in the day, helps you relax. Aniracetam is Fat soluble, so I bought 100% peanut butter (good fats) mixed the oil with the powder (2 grams) and skulled it. I was reading very complicated music scores (Bach) on the piano like crazy, super focused, super present, never been so concentrated in my life. I still remember every single note, my piano teacher was impressed. I also used it reading textbooks and creative stuff (composing, writing, rehearsing a speech, etc). Side effect: Headaches and sometimes irritability. Which i think is related to the fact that you are super smart for like 6 hours and ppl can't follow. You need to repeat yourself, or play slower (if you are doing music with someone), etc. Better for working on your own. Also when you are in super smart Limitless mood you don't have a sense of humor. Nothing is funny. You just want to solve a Mathematical problem or play chess haha you become like a robot, but a very very effective one.
  18. My passion is playing piano. The only way to play really really well is to be 100% aware. Present in the moment, like meditating. the moment a though comes into your mind you make a mistake, by training in piano, which i do with great passion, I am training awareness. Awareness leads to Being and, I think, thats the road to enlightment. You listen the way that Glenn Gould, Daniel Barenboim, Sviatslav Richer (just to name a few) talks and you are definitely listening to an enlightened person. Same when reading quotes about the great Masters (Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Wagner, etc) So probably your passion is completely linked with enlightenment. Think about Da Vinci, Albert Einstein, Johann Sebastian Bach, all enlightened passionate fellas
  19. Mozart - Sinfonia Concertante Mozart - Piano sonata for two pianos in D Bach - Air on G string Beethoven - Emperor Concerto Second movement Chopin - Nocturne in E Flat Major Bach- Aria from the Goldberg Variations Handel - Ombra Mai Fu (orchestral version)
  20. Hi I have to decide between: Option A: Getting a part time job (to pay rent and bills) and practice like there's no tomorrow to improve so I can have students at home as well as doing concerts or teaching in a Conservatory. and with time becoming a Conductor. $40K salary if I am lucky I have 10 years playing piano, starting to get advanced now, but I could progress faster without a 9 - 5 job plus commute. Very passionate and extremely disciplined with studying every single day. I jump from bed every day at 6 am and run to the piano to practice till 8:30ish am when i need to leave to go to the Office. Option B Becoming an Accountant. I have 3 years experience in the field. I like the job. My company is willing to pay for my degree. Will definitely give me job security and a six digits salary. $100K at least and increasing every year, more if i become manager. Option C Go to Uni, learn about business and accounting, get a better job, earn money to invest in opening a Conservatory or a Music School. However that means 3/4 years of studying and working in something that I like but not love and also 60 hours per week that I am not studying Piano which I love. Additional info: overstudying Piano is like overtraining, at the gym, it can become counterproductive. I am 30 years old. Thank you All!
  21. 30s is the new 20s Either you were right and you learn a lot or you where wrong and you learn even more. Go for it mate! But enjoy the journey without thinking too much on the destination. Best of Luck
  22. I think that you should not just analyze it as a pure economic investment as other people are suggesting. Let's say that you invest $60k and then you end up getting a $30k salary. Yes, if we were talking about bonds, stocks or property it was a bad investment but we are talking about education. What about the experience? The learning? Friends you may make that last a life time, girls (or guys), the good times, the bad times, life experience. You got my point. That is also Return on investment. If I go on holidays I spend, say, $3k. But what do i get in return? Seeing amazing places, learning about other cultures, expanding my horizons, fucking/meeting people, etc. I'm starting Uni in two weeks. Will give you updates about my experience. I reckon you go, don't be afraid of making a mistake. Best of Luck!
  23. Hi All I'm 30 years old and I am going back to University. I have always procrastinated getting a degree, now Im single, no kids or mayor responsibilities, and work is paying for the fees and also giving me time off to study so I said why not! Anyway, apart from studying I want to taste a little bit of the College life I never had and, to be honest, I want to attract girls. How to avoid being the creepy old man? How to approach girls without looking like a pedo, etc. Should I be honest with my age if asked? Everybody looks surprise when I reveal my age. I look like 27 yo (according to them). One girl (22yo) used to like me till I revealed my age and told me that I was to old for her. Any tips, advice, thoughts are more than welcome! Thank you all!
  24. Hola Aldo When I study piano, sometimes I get bored of doing scales and arpeggios or I may also get frustrated when trying to learn a difficult passage form a difficult piece like a Beethoven Sonata or a 4 part Fugue by Bach. Then my ego says 'fuck this' and I start improvising for hours, have lots of fun, play super fast (with poor technique) etc. Then two hours after that I get tired or bored from playing and my energy is depleted then I go to do something else or to sleep because I have to work at the next day. Then I go to the piano class and I am not as prepared as I should be because instead of studying music I was playing music. I know how much fun is to improvise, but you need discipline to progress. Otherwise is like going to the gym and only doing the fun machines instead of Squats, Deadlift and Bench press. Do you want to get strong? or do you want to have fun? Is like the Ego needs to be entertained, the more you practice to focus on the homework the better you will get. However there is one exception, and that is inspiration. If you are truly inspired then composed the idea, write it down, work on it, when you get stuck, leave it for another day. You might finish your piece in your dreams (lots of that in Psycho Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz)
