  1. That is cool bro, that is exactly what I was curious about! I will take a look at this web, really appreciate for sharing your stuff! I currently eat bananas and apples at breakfast, then I have some lunch such as rice, beans, vegetables, potatoes, shimeji, it changes from day to day, but the meat I am only into fish right now. I just made a choice to be fundamentally healthy, making steps at my own pace, not rushing nor competing with no one else. That is what inspires me. I see what you say, but I am not looking for advice in this post specifically, I am just genuinely curious about people's diets. If you could share your own, I would appreciate it.
