  2. If we’re not our body not our mind and just infinite consciousness, what does our infinite consciousness and true self nothingness need the body and mind for? is conversation purely thoughts from the mind or where does speech and talk originate from?

I've been suffering from digestive issues for a long time now and used to have reflux that symptoms are gone for with just consciously eating foods I know are good for me and not doing excessive running/biking that seemed to make it worse. Now instead of being okay with the situation, I've started taking the bull by the horns now and trying to manipulate it as much as possible, Leo's video on his health gave me some extra fire, so thanks for that Leo. To give a bit more information about my situation, I'm currently in a good shape physically as I used to go the gym 3 times a week followed by 1 hiit session and now instead play padel/racketball 4-5 times a week. After finding padel I pretty much had no motivation to go the gym/do hiit sessions as padel kept me in a good physical shape and was more social and fun. I want to add a bit more balance to my exercising routine and perhaps introduce some entirely new activities or go back to doing the gym a couple times a week if that makes sense. I know exercise has a huge impact on digestive health and feel like I am potentially missing out on some of the benefits from just playing padel. I recall hiit sessions having a very good impact on my digestive health if I remember correctly. Open to any suggestions, thank you for your time.
