What's the worst case scenario you could imagine happening? Except for crimes and other illegal stuff.

I don't ever watch online YouTube videos. Never once had to deal with the ads. Never had an account. Never liked, shared, subscribed, or commented on anything. I only download what I know is interesting and worthwhile or at least recommended by another intelligent person, otherwise it'll become a huge waste of my time with all sorts of nonsense and bot suggestions. Plus, downloading to my phone gives me the upper hand of being able to watch things whenever and wherever I feel like it. Be smart. Download.

Life isn't fair. It had to show me how good it can be and then, in a blink of an eye, poof. I will never forgive life for what it did to me. I'm beyond repair. Don't judge me. The feelings inside me cannot be described or communicated. She was God, absolutely true. Unlike all them fake, other people. Burning from the inside. Longing to meet her again, but no. IMPOSSIBLE. She's not here, nor there. She's everywhere. Right through everything. Irreplaceable. So infallible. So sweet and lovable. I promised her I will wait, and I'm keeping my promise. I will take her with my arms open when she comes around, and she will come around. Please. I took a 4 hours hike earlier today and cried my eyes out. I wished I could keep walking and crying for eternity but I had to come back home. Life's not fair. The last thing we were talking about was telepathy. She thought it was possible to communicate with one another regardless of all physical restrictions. She knew it from heart. But how can I reach her now? Is she waiting for me in some ethereal dimension? Am I just deluding myself? I don't know, and I don't care. I just wanna be with her. She's my God.

Hyperventilation in itself is not problematic. The term usually refers to a symptom caused by an underlying condition. It's rather the underlying cause, if there's any, that is problematic, not the symptom. However, I can't say with 100% certainty that holotropic breathing is 100% safe. In moderate application, the risks are low. But how long and how much can the body hold? I can't tell. Consider the case of running, or any other physical activity that involves rapid breathing. Hyperventilation in this case is a physiological mechanism by which the body creates active compensation so that the body can work more efficiently for a brief period of time. Similar to over-clocking a processor I would say. However, in the holotropic breathing it's different, since there's very little actual physical activity, and the position and posture of the body affect the blood flow and pressure in different organs. So as opposed to physical exercise the blood will not be directed towards the muscles but rather towards the brain. The metabolic alkalosis aids in bonding oxygen particles to haemoglobin, making it more efficient in transferring oxygen to the brain cells. Changes in pH are usually kept in a narrow range so that the pH does not go high or drop suddenly. Breathwork is more like pushing against the regulating system gradually, and still to a very limited extent. Otherwise a lot of things will start going wrong. Normal range is 7.35 and up to 7.40 for pH. A pH greater than 7.65 may carry a high risk of mortality (up to 80%). Regulation occurs by two main pathways (organs); the lungs and the kidneys. The lungs of course is the faster route. Kidneys take a long time relatively for filtration. So that's what the breathing technique is targeting. If you have any health issues regarding the lungs, then you should absolutely stay away from such practices. Also be extremely cautious with diabetes and other metabolic diseases. I'm not a doctor (yet) so don't take anything I say seriously.

@remember You need to move beyond these outdated, and covered with dust ideas about women. Women are not objects anymore. They're not to be earned or won in battles. These ideas are evolutionary remnants and they're getting boring. Modern women who are really interesting do not play the victim. They own their femininity and merge it with some healthy masculinity. It's rare, but it's there. Interesting women are interesting regardless of their vaginas. They don't need to manipulate guys to make sure they stick around.
