What you see on the outside is not the whole picture. Usually, the truth is the exact opposite of the appearance. If someone is showing off their happiness, what that means usually is that they're not actually happy but rather deeply unsatisfied with their lives and therefore they're seeking satisfaction through the attention and appreciation of other people. On the other hand, enlightened gurus seem boring and their lifestyle is very uncomfortable and unappealing to most people, where in fact they're the happiest people on earth. However, bipolar is not exactly a disease. It's more a human quality. So, it's possible to be living life to the fullest, both spiritually and egotistically at the same time, but only for a brief period of time and absolutely not forever. This is a temporary state of over-clocking which then burns them out. If you see someone like that, expect to see them collapse real soon. But again, you don't know how they spend the rest of their time, so you can't be always sure.

Yes. No. The nature of everything is nothing. These things you mentioned are dualistic by definition, and therefore only half-true. Similarly, one could say that the nature of everything is ugliness/sadness/war.

This is fundamentally true, but it's still dualistic. To experience beauty is in and of itself a result of being identified with duality. So when duality collapses, and identification stops, beauty arises. Therefore, to experience beauty is to be deluded and living in duality.

Not quite, but very much, yes. For example, I still feel attracted to beautiful women. Yet, I experience untraditional forms of beauty and ugliness. I can't put this into words.

Desire exists because of lack. You imagine that you lack something, or you lose something that you used to have, so then desire gets created as energy to help you get what you want. Fundamentally, all desire is identification, which is ego. Your desire is exactly as big as your ego. However, you can shift this desire from being selfish to something larger, that is spirit. Therefore, it's useful for an ego to have a desire for awakening. Because this specific form of desire makes the ego less selfish. The ego then pursues awakening until it gets it. Once you have something, you will not want it anymore. Just like with food or sex. You feel hungry or horny, so you keep having a desire to fulfil until you fulfil it. And then it dies, for some time. And then it gets created again, from lack. And so on for eternity.

Interesting. I am happy to hear that 50+ people have died and 3000+ are injured in Lebanon. And I'm extremely happy that covid-19 is out of control everywhere.

It requires contemplation. It's a feeling that arises from certain ideas. These ideas are deeply tied to your identity. Well, that is your misperception. Perception is neither positive or negative. That is you adding a filter upon it. Any form of communication is fundamentally an illusion of the ego-mind. Art is but one form. Absurdist art is a branch of art. Beauty is a concept. Beautiful or not, is subjective, to your identity.

I have an ass female friend who is stuck in chasing an ass male friend of mine. She comes to me when she feels lonely and especially when he dismisses her. I use this as a practice for being a dick. I become extremely blunt and I use blasphemy with her lol. She takes it all so lightly because I convinced her that that's who I am lol. When I'm bored I don't even reply to her. It's fun to try on and explore the feminine perspective.
