  1. Typical Leo response: it's infinite love but you're not fully awake. My response: yes, it's a lottery so good luck for you my brother.
  2. I've never heard of a virgin giving birth. Oh wait, only once in the entire history of all creatures.
  3. ??
  4. The only way you will waste your life is by being unhappy.
  5. It depends on how attached you are to life. If you have a lot of things that you can't let go of, then you'll suffer before you die. If you work on that earlier, you will be able to leave this realm in peace.
  6. Amazing insight! Non-Duality. Duality.
  7. I am the son of this universe.
  8. While some are arguing politics, others are doing it. Good day.
  9. He hasn't done any drugs at all so far but he's not against them. He's all for new experiences when available. He tells me that life is an experiment and that losing is simply not possible. He does not fear death. He says that it's but one life. You either live for what you want or die for it. And when I'd shown him some non-dual artwork he told me that that's exactly what reality is. He identifies deeply with this video: He said that the makers of the video understand his perspective very well. I recently told him blatantly that he may be a psychopath and he was like: yeah so what? He didn't get angry or triggered or anything. We're very close so that may be the reason why. And since we're close, he is willing to carry me with him even if I turn out to be a complete fuck up (which is very likely lol). What do you mean by larger picture perspective? He believes that nothing really matters and that his desires are not to be suppressed. I share the same belief. That is interesting. I will tell him that.
  10. Not really sure. I have some really weird and twisted thoughts and opinions which I know are untrue yet still can't help myself but believing them. Still, I would say I'm more a nutcase than a psychopath. But I think I know a person who is a legitimate psychopath, I could pass on your questions if you want to. He tells me he wants to join the army to have privileges and abuse them and that women are objects (all people for that matter), he tells me that his ultimate dream is to destroy all culture, i.e. everything that people have built so far, and to kill everyone and then kill himself. I asked him what about me? He said he would let me decide whether I want to live alone or die.
  11. You imagine what reality tells you to imagine, and you be as reality wants you to be. You're under the illusion of free will. Wake up.
  12. We don't. We're all taking our chances in a world of pure luck. Nobody knows anything.
  13. I would say it mainly depends on the culture and its current trends, but also on the individuals themselves. In general, I would say, yes. The girl has to be at least somewhat attractive. If she's unattractive, she will not likely to even have friends, even from her same gender. This opens up to the possibility that attraction is not solely sexual but can have multiple layers. In general, attractive traits attracts people regardless of their gender. After all, attraction translates as value, and everyone likes to be around people who are of high value, and generally people will try to avoid the least valued people. I would rather be friends with a hot girl than with an average one. Yet, there are nuances at times that might make me reconsider.
  14. @Zigzag Idiot What are you trying to say? Can you be more direct? I prefer blunt communication. Excuse me but I'm not very good at connecting the dots especially when things are too abstract for my levels of IQ.
  15. I'm more introverted by nature so I don't usually approach others unless I clearly want something. This applies to both genders.
  16. Deluded user peanutspathtotruth said: "WHEN and IF the mind is gonna express how this qualitylessness "feels", at least this mind right here would say "ruthlessly beautiful, peaceful and loving". But again - as soon as you try to argue that these are indeed qualities, it's too late. All this is beyond mind." I'm done arguing with people who are clearly blind, so I'll use this journal as an outlet for my desire to explain. Seriously, I feel like I'm talking to kindergartners. They think this is too advanced and that they've somehow stumbled upon the secret of existence and that other people haven't. They think this is the epitome of understanding. Oh boy! I'm at a level where all of my understanding does not mean shit to me. And still, it's way more advanced than this above. But to talk with someone who is blind to their biases is tiresome. It's really simple and obvious that it's easily overlooked. Beauty, peace, and love are concepts, or distinctions made by the mind. Yet, they are believed to be feelings just because they're accompanied by bodily sensations. To be unable to make distinctions brings up this problem. If you cannot distinguish between your thoughts and bodily sensations, then what qualifies you to even talk? You won't recognize your biases, misperceptions, fallacies, or faulty assumptions. And then as a result, you will use spiritual terminology to reinforce your narrative and to deny everything else. The mind loves to attach to concepts and never let go of them. Concepts provide maps, and maps provide the illusion of knowledge, which creates the illusion of security, which then creates the illusion of relief and relaxation, which manifests in the form of beauty or peace or love. And to ensure security, the mind then denies that any of that is even a distinction or a thought, but rather confirms that it's "absolute truth", and that anyone who doesn't agree with this is simply not awake.
  17. @peanutspathtotruth That does not make sense, but thanks for replying.
  18. There's no such thing as time. The present moment is eternal.
  19. You said the beauty of existence is all that is, and not merely a fantasy. How does this work? Existence is inherently beautiful? If that's so, can't survival be inherently dark and bleak? What's the difference? Why does existence have positive qualities? And why doesn't survival has negative qualities?
  20. How is survival what it is but existence is not what it is?
  21. How to communicate with closed-minded people that they're closed-minded? Is it even possible? When I argue from a higher position, they think they got the higher position and they miss my point completely. I see their point and deeply understand because I used to identify with it. They talk about infinite love, but they don't understand that I've experienced it for a prolonged period of time, like 6 about months consistently, and without psychedelics. At that point, I thought that I was the luckiest. Elevated mood so high I would cry from ecstasy. But nothing lasts forever. They don't understand that it's a phase. I try to point that out, and they dodge everything I say thinking that they know better, that I lack understanding or experience. This creates a bias, which adds upon the original bias of being high. Being high is not a neutral place to judge from. It distorts the perception. They cannot see that. What can I do?
