  1. For me the obstacle is the way Its a useful reframe for any life issue or problem. Nothing is bad, it's just an opportunity for something
  2. Years ago I took a career course and that had a profound effect on my mindset, confidence and results in my life. So profound that there must be something equally profound but in terms of emotional mastery Is anyone aware of a course in the follow topics that is about: - Is about how to be happy - How to manage/master your emotions - How to be effective/master life - Goal setting - Relationship Course The course that I took was top performer by Scott Young. The reason I found it profound was the actual benefits I found from it - high quality theory, rich with useful practical exercises. At the time however I had no idea (and literally thought nothing of it), but looking back this was key and profound
  3. this video relates to what you're talking about. basically don't buy into fomo but be strategic in your investing. bulk of your money making needs to be in a more reliable manner. and there are many other investments like this that spike like this but bitcoin just gets particular hype. there are a few other points I didn't mention
  4. I dont personally but leo does have one on his book list
  5. Its a tough cookie to crack. I've found my OCD lowered a lot when I am on top of my game When I feel like im doing well in my life I don't feel my ocd getting to me much. Basically when I'm leaning into my life and doing something about it
  6. Great question i will contemplate and get back to you - not at home atm
  7. ya'll see this alternative social media they created called Gab? i think there will be many more. i think this is very bad for confirmation bias loll.
  8. What is the heart? What is heart based living? What does it mean to follow your heart? Why does it matter? What is intuition? What does it do? Is it real? How much better is it than your mind? Is it better than your mind? What does it mean to live an intuitive lifestyle? What is life purpose? What is its purpose? Is it useful? Why would I want that? When is it appropriate? What is the difference between heart and intuition? Where does the mind play into this? Where does social conditioning play into this? Aren't there also times where social conditioning is important to follow? Is heart/intuition/mind just a model? Are they even part of the same model? Who says that in the first place? How do they know? How did they come up with that? fuckk so many questions
  9. seems tiago is pretty open-minded into enlightenment work as well. very cute if you ask me to see them on a similar page now. seems tiago is a stage yellow thinker by his language. very fascinating https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1273085680428564485.html
  10. I should really understand that model
  11. His book on letting go has a very useful technique for letting go Of emotions
  12. Just saw it. Bit eerie But documentaries are usually like that I think - they move you with like fear and evil. Definitely a must watch though... makes you aware to issues you probably weren't before. Speaking of I may want to just start removing social media from my life or make some changes
  13. @Leo Gura but I guess healthy green could? Like seeing where the bully comes from, then having empathy and compassion with boundaries toward the bully Or maybe thats not within the spirals reach idk
  14. bro my guy tried to insult leo with tai lopez ??
  15. can you give me an example?
  16. Check out this POV It's beautiful for forgiving people, setting boundaries, having compassion and developing emotional stability from being wounded by others
  17. lavendaire be like dont focus on the goal focus on the systems forget who be like dont focus on the goal focus on the person you need to be western proverb be like dont focus on the goal focus on the process someone else be like if you don't got a goal the process aint gonna be motivating mark manson be like dont focus on the changing yourself focus on making better decisions leo gura be like dont focus on the how focus on the what (the how will work itself out) contextual?? nuance?
  18. What is truth based on? It seems to be that truth is an illusory topic. There is no such thing as truth? If we constantly search for new truths, and we redefine what is true/not true through more experience, is there really truth? is there really just a process of gaining accuracy and deeper truths, but not "truth" itself? becuase even in non-duality leo talks about there being more to truth ? is the Truth that leo consider with a capital T really just one truth? And all non-duality truths point to the same truth? I don't know!! I have no experience with it... Is direct experience itself even worthy of truth if direct experience itself cannot be defined as a truth sometimes??? ???????????????????????????????? if direct experience cannot be the absolute truth (because even if that too it is subject to change), then is there no absolute truth????????????????????? this is mindbending even everything i say here is not even truth but also simultaneously - it could be..
  19. yeah I've been watching his older videos a bit too. Basics of personal development thoughhhh ^^
  20. @The_Alchemist i can't speak for anyone but i'm definitely not judging . i find orange a beautiful and necessary stage. i just didnt see the expression green as much. maybe a slight transition though i could agree with
  21. He seems like a good guy but I see him more of orange He has a podcast with Logan paul and it did feel 80% orange to me. Greens actions would speak from a place of love, empathy, compassion. Like you can feel that off him. Im thinking the youtube channel "Yes theory" as green expression Beast's goal was more subscriber count oriented and to be the biggest (from the logan paul podcast and looking at his goal video vlogs) I think he might be in the process this is my pov at least i could be wrong - my analysis and understanding of SD could be improved
  22. Cool vids I liked them too!! What did u find inspiring in it?
  23. Something to say about being is that there is nothing to say about being - because what you say about being is not being . it's just better to witness it sometimes but talking about being is what helped me realize that there's nothing to say about being, because being has properties that is transcendental of speech. it just is there and words can't do it justice... finger pointing to the moon so talking about being is also necessary as it helped me realize that insight
