  1. I think these are the two biggest buckets that differentiate between success and the lack of it I think there's not much that seperates people inherently from success/the lack of it. there's a lot of tangible things in our control that drastically increases our chances of success So to elaborate by habits I mean: Your health habits, your mindset habits, and your action habits Health habits = nutrition/exercise/sleep/relationship/meditation/nature Mindset habits = inner belief system, things you think and visualize Actions = field related actions that make you successful (so a basketball player will have a good shooting form habit, mixing up moves habit etc. good fundamentals) Then by your environment I think: people you hang around = the people you hang around, their habits, thoughts, mindset, actions will rub off onto you information = so the books/courses/podcasts consumed will also rub off into you as well yeah i think that's a great overview of success in a nutshell. just my pov
  2. @IAmReallyImportant regarding your environment i gotta agree and disagree. i think that visualizations + affirmations are incredibly critical but you when combine that with a good environment, that can really be a massive catalyst + key. also i have to refine this document, it's a bit sloppy
  3. not striking when the iron was hot for my business. i was very early to a market and the market ended up getting very saturated and competitive. missed out on a ton of potential and time. lesson learned
  4. damn that's a great nutshell formula i definitetely dont think it's either/or so it's good that this includes nuance

  9. you were pretty clear haha. but its all good happy youve grown ?
  10. You can definietely find therapists that fit these needs Just a thought but maybe a therapist that has training in life coaching. Especially since your goal you said to self actualize I'd suggest to read people's bios and get a sense of people's style and see if it's a fit (through reading bios, speaking with them (consultation), or doing a session)
  11. Also I just realized that mindfulness is a great tool you can use. When you are mindful and in the moment, such thoughts just get observed in the present moment rather than identified with (therefore reducing the suffering that it causes from them) https://www.shinzen.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/SeeHearFeelIntroduction_ver1.8.pdf I'm using shinzen young's technique for the time being
  12. ?? something something correlation =/= causation
  13. @Raze results r skewed bcuz of the uneven #s lol. If it was even # of ppl both sides the results I'd wager be equivalent
  14. @Raze there is a trap with stats where they dont account for the whole picture for ex: that graph doesnt account for the fact that dating apps have multiples more men than women on the app hmm maybe confirmation bias?
