You're right, I've been looking for this answer for years both offline and online and no one can come up with a solid answer.

What experiences have you had with listening to let's say 432hz music? Many people say they've healed tremendously and or have expended their consciousness.

Why are the lights on? Why stuff is happening on any level at all?

Your entire life is one giant distraction, all of it. Everything you're doing is a distraction. Distracted from what? From breaking free. Your only goal here is to break free, this realm is a zoo, why stay here when you can die and become free again?

Having to defecate daily and then having to wash my ass with a sponge makes me question whether I'm God or not. When i squat down to the toilet bowl and look at my feces i can't take myself seriously.

At the core we might be the same consciousness, but why are you yourself right now and not me, typing this? Why are you not living my life and me living yours?
