Yes, you're right, almost all of us have the experience of feeling highly blissful during certain activities in our life. I would say listening to soul stirring music is a common activity that most people find to be blissful.

Just like past events can lead to suffering, thinking about the future, especially in the forms of desires, which are mostly selfish in nature, can also lead to suffering. Complete awareness itself is a desire-free state, although the path to reach there is filled with desires. Suffering is not a word to be afraid of, in my opinion. Suffering can come in many magnitudes, and the lesser, the more blissful we can be. There's no need to be completely free from suffering.

Great! Sleep is the best way to rest, I would never compromise on that unless your life is dependent upon it. Walking / exercise is also very important, as you are spending a lot of time in sedentary activities. That may be one of the reasons why physical yoga is suggested before going into deep meditative states.

It doesn't matter whether you are a vegan, or a vegetarian or a non vegetarian, but it definitely matters how much selfish or selfless you are while being so.

Mr.Sadhguru is correct in saying that pursuit of happiness, or in other words, desires, prevent you from being blissful. Can you be completely desireless in your everyday life and experience complete blissfulness all the time? That's my question. What about when having to choose between two options? What about having to lift your hand to pick up that food? Aren't they subtle forms of desires? Or am I missing something here?

I don't think such heavy doses of bliss can be maintained, maybe someone highly equanimous can overcome such states. Let's assume you can overcome the bliss, what I am asking is whether you can be extremely mindful all the time, so that you can be in a higher conscious/ blissful state all the time. How can you be at the extreme ends of mindfulness when you have to make decisions such as choosing between a pizza or a burger? Even bliss doesn't come for free, in my opinion. It costs karma. That's why I believe you go back to ordinary states after having bursts of blissfulness.

Unfortunately I don't believe in things so easily ! My belief system presently says that I don't know if it's possible.

You aren't conscious enough to bring your imagination into existence, so don't worry about having ethical dilemmas on imagining. For example, while you're imagining a genocide, you are just creating simple images of it, without the complete picture, your images don't have flesh, bones, people suffering because of those bones getting broken etc, you won't be able to imagine so much pain on your own. The universe has so many laws that keep your imagination going out of control. But what you still have to worry about is letting the content you consume influence your ego and hence your everyday activities and intentions. For example, consuming a content where a person feels immense pleasure in murdering someone, if you immerse and align with such imagination, your own ego will feel the pleasure and may get attached to it slowly. A better consumption will be feeling the emotions of compassion when watching a sad movie. So don't worry about having any ethical dilemmas in consuming content, and enjoy the experiences you have been blessed with!

Let's assume you are enlightened by your definition. What will you do if somebody gives you an option to choose a pizza or a burger to eat? How will you stay unattached while making that decision?

That's what an open minded scientist would do as well, which is a wonderful thing to do ( as long as he sees it as a wonderful thing to do)

Sounds similiar to a knife. You can create art with it, especially with fruits. You can feel powerful holding it in your hands. You can detach something with it. You can also use knife to make anyone your slave.

I don't know if there are many individual perspectives or not, but I believe that atleast two perspectives exist, me and the universe. Whether both are the same or not, I don't wish to discover yet.

I overthink because sometimes it's pleasurable to do, just like it's pleasurable to eat different fruits, and sometimes it allows me to feel in awe about creation's complexity. If you wish to believe me, just a day before, I dreamt of flying all over my town, not like a superman, but like an iron man, without needing to put one hand up. And believe me, although it was cool, it was built on my previous memories of feeling the adrenaline and some other things. It won't be even close to actually flying with a jet pack around you. I think I understand what you are concerned with, you are concerned with saying true creativity cannot exist, which sounds too negative and even bleak somehow. But, make no mistake, reality is not bleak by any means. Yes, you are restricted within limits as a human and we can't do whatever we wish and live in a fantasy land of infinite pleasures, but that's a defensive mechanism to keep the ego in check and enhance our experiences. Even within the limits, there's so much limited creativity within each of us, so much that it is almost unlimited. Still, the ego wants something more and more, but it cannot be allowed for the sake of our own experiences. That's what I firmly believe.

I maybe repeating some, but physical exercise and yoga, healthy and green food, healthy levels of sleep (7-9 hrs every night+ a short nap if necessary in between), breathing well, reducing unhealthy levels of addiction to pleasure inducing activities ( watching shorts included), finding and developing passion for something you love as a job or a hobby, helping someone in small ways, etc. can give the necessary boost for further improvement.

If you have a far superior rationalisation capacity than what basic science offers, I'm happy for you. But most of us studied science since school, and hence it can be an useful tool for many to understand mental tags on phenomenon such as creativity, and also for rationalising it and try to give a definition for it. What you seem to be talking about is the phenomenon of creation itself or existence, not the concept of creativity associated with the ego. I'm not taking about that, as nothing can be talked about the infinite reality as a concept. It can be called "true creativity" as well as "true destruction". Can you destroy something without actually having something to destroy? Infinite existence could. You have given an example of flying in dreams. Let me try to explain what I meant about my definition of creativity without talking about atoms. Have you ever dreamt of flying without seeing something fly in reality? Have you ever dreamt of flying without seeing an object moving from the ground to a few inches above the ground? Have you imagined the colours that constitute your dreams without seeing the colours first with your eyes? That's how my definition works. AS a human, you can't create something entirely new from scratch, it can happen only when you're not a human.

Maybe, but the girl-like character you first saw is made up of atoms, and the memories in your brain which you used for dreaming are stored as atoms. Who knows, maybe the dream itself is getting synthesized as atoms. It's all only true if you believe in science, of course!
