Intelligence is not the only character which define humans, so that definitely cannot be balanced in everyone. But something similar to what you are saying, I believe every human is balanced inside their mind, since nothing is permanent and the feeling of happiness and suffering gets balanced in the long run. Only what you experience as an individual varies drastically.

Compassion is in fact a product of survival. Many animals exhibit compassion as well. But why compassion is called a spiritual quality is because this tool called compassion can be used to expand your ego as much as you want. Your higher consciousness or sixth sense or the 'glitch' in evolution allows it to be possible. A deer can't love a lion, especially when it is being attacked but a human can certainly love them. A human can love another human even when he is getting stabbed by a person completely unknown to him. That's how compassion becomes a godly character, although many have to start from what evolution or genetics has given us.

It may not be impossible, but I don't think we as an ego can be in control of seeing the past and future. We may recieve some visions or shown some past experiences, but I don't think anybody can control that to do whatever they want, as long as they have an ego.

But how do you know all good people or who aren't liars can definitely have that experience even after meditating for years?
