@Serotoninluv @Serotoninluv @Serotoninluv @Serotoninluv So I thought it in different way like if you're spending more time in these mind spaces then it's hard for you to come back in your original form. It's my imagination. -
How should I watch Leo's video...any steps should follow?

@Serotoninluv First of all, I am just amazed and very grateful to acknowledge by your meditation experience. So, you practiced a lot to meditate for 6 hrs which I can't imagine by thyself. Because, I think that it needs a lot of patience and persistent to sit in a place for 6 hrs continuously and fighting with your inner devil inside and walking alone in the darkest places. I see, bravery. I believe that you have found a strong sustaining meaning to do such work. Even Nietzsche said himself, "He who has a why can bear any how". Why would you look in the darkest places? Because in the darkest places you can find what still shines. If it can shine in the darkest places then you know it's real light. And, so you look at the things you don't want to look at. I think, you're becoming a good mind crafter and you're making a beautiful world inside of you by your life experience, knowledge, wisdom, feelings and emotions. And, I believe that because I'm not actualized like you so we have different meaning for same context because there is a shift in dimension. And, you're talking about things related to one dimension which is present inside of you that I am not aware of. But, I'm trying to acknowledge it. So, what kind of value you're talking about these mind spaces? And, why is it bad if you're drifting off in these spaces? -

@Serotoninluv So, I'm just getting about lucid dreaming, the meaning of it but I'm not fully aware of it right now, what you're trying to say because I think that may be I have lack of theory and years of meditation on my belt. But, I think that your dream is created by what you see by your eyes, hear and feel about the topic that you want to dream about and then your subconscious mind is remembered all the information and make a content for your dream. Like, if I don't know about the place Australia, how's the place look like or what are the interesting things about the place that attracts thyself then I can't dream about that place by just knowing the name of that place. So, your lucid dream is part of your life experienced moments which are remembered by your subconscious mind. That's what I believe. And, for me it's not easy at intermediate stage(close to newbie) by just blacked out for a moment in the sunny day time when you're supposed to work until you are telling yourself that I need to sleep now. I think it's look like your system is going in auto pilot mode for a time-lapse and then again you control over your mind and body and in this auto pilot mode you charged yourself fully. Quick charge approach. I think it this way. -

@Serotoninluv oh. I messed up. Right! Okay. I got little bit. So, till now I know about only one dream in my life that acts like a ray of light in the darkest time and motivates me, inspires me and telling me that don't take my life just for granted. And I have no idea about lucid dream. But tell me if I'm wrong, lucid dreaming like when you fall for a girl and when you close your eyes and out of nowhere, you're thinking about the good moments with her like how she cares about you and some sweet talk from her which gives you glimpse of smile on your face like stuff are you talking about? -

@Serotoninluv why should I dream about something which is just a fantasy or impractical? Because I know that dream about materialistic things (Maya) doesn't makes me fulfilled. I want to make a life that actually counts. Because I know that I'm gonna die soon. So my point is I want to dream about something that makes me fulfilled like get into best university in the world for a masters degree or work in Google or Facebook or something better and I know, it require some sort of skills that I can attain by giving hours, days and years of my life and it's attainable. In short, I want to dream about something that I can attain. But, when I dream about these things that makes me think like, oh wait....what I'm doing right now. Shouldn't I have to practice and focus on my skills in this moment and work harder on my skills than just sit in a place. My dream makes me work harder and focus on my skills. Even though, I am fragile emotionally. Even though, life fucks me hard all the time. My dream makes me awake all the time. My dream makes me think, do more and more practice. Sometimes makes me impatient. But, what I need is that the balance and truth of life that makes me calm and peace. Because right now, all I have is confusion, lots of WHY and no satisfied answer. -

@Serotoninluv I don't get it when you say that simply observe the emptiness. What do you mean by the phrase "simply observe the emptiness"? Is it mean that sit in a place with open eyes and observe the changes occurring in inside and outside my body without doing or thinking about anything else in that moment? -

@Serotoninluv so I think that I'm going in right direction from your perspective. Being alone. And I like to be alone because that's when I think clearly. -

@Member I believe that feeling of emptiness is being. -
@gswva You love yourself. You are God.

@Member then what is being? -
Form my point of view, My MORAL: Killing people is a bad thing. My ETHICS: But, if a person killed 100 innocent peoples then killing that person is a good thing. Is it a valid point to distinct between moral and ethics?
-
mmhhmm. then I would say that moral and ethics are the set of rules which is created by us and I think that self actualization is much more important than know some moral and ethics to make a simple life.
-
@Zigzag Idiot I appreciate your favor. It's a lots of unthinkable difficult works. Even Nietzsche said himself that he who has a why can bear any how. Why would you look in the darkest places? Because in the darkest places you can find what still shines. If it can shine in the darkest places, then you know it's a real light.

@remember arise from my kernel (core inside).
-
@Florian yes, I know. Because anger is helpful for you in your situation when you're in fearful or terrified. But, it's a temporary solution. I would say that it's a low conscious action.
-
@enhance @remember Who is god? I'm the god. Okay. Who is devil? I'm the devil. Okay. Then what is emotion? hmmmm... There is no existence of emotion by itself. I create my emotion by my thoughts. Oh wait, I'm confused. I have created so many emotions by my thoughts. Oh no, my emotions are important because that's my identity but how can I share my emotions with others. Okay, I have got an idea. I will do indexing to all my emotions. Like, I'm feeling happy-HAPPY I'm falling in love-LOVE I hate you.-HATE How can he/she do this to me, I'm so furious. -ANGER etc. In short, there is no existence of emotions without me. I'm the creator of my emotions.
-
@Florian Your philosophy is wrong. Anger is not comes after fear.
-
@JessiChell But the emotions you're generating from your core is actually real either you pretend it or not. Because, the situation where you need to show anger or being rude or being crazy to protect yourself weather you pretend it or just showing your kernel emotions in either way you're experiencing same emotions which you're not used to be. And, if you want to show some real anger from outside in a situation then also you have to generate same amount anger from inside to make it look like real. Either way, you're experiencing real emotions in your system. And you can't show strength because it's out of the option. If showing strength is the option then I will not come to Leo for self actualization. Then what's the meaning of self actualization? What I believe that showing strength is a very low conscious action. You're given a good point about an unknown man on the streets but what about family member and the mind games played by pessimistic family members.
-
@JessiChell yes, after when I contemplate about it then I realize that its just a emotion. I have to be just being and that's the core principle of self actualization. But, I'm talking about the situation when I'm actually in the situation and feel like, I have to show anger to manage the situation so that same situation will not create in future. In that time, I'm just so focus in that moment that I forgot what Leo have said before about anger.
-
This statement what I'm arguing about. So when I have said that dont tag any emotions (love or anger) as satanic or godly I meant by that statement.
-
@Waken Because, I need to see it in different angles. After all, this is just my perspective about anger which I accumulate from my life, wisdom and surroundings. May be I didn't see the real meaning of life and may be I'm just trapped in maya. May be my thoughts are not lucid like water.
-
@enhance You're just saying by yourself that you're satan and god both. So, dont tag any emotions as satanic. It's up to you.
-
@SamueLSD How can you forgive if you don't know how to forgive?
-
@enhance Love is not satanic. You're wrong. Love is just a part of emotions like anger. If you want to talk about SATAN, then you're a SATAN.
