  1. @Truth-Seeker Exactly, i would argue that this is the top 1 key really. Plus having some knowledge of what you are eating aswell so you can associate undesirable or desirable efects. I am eating lots of peanut butter these days (a slice of whole grain bread, peanut butter and banana slices on top) and i think that generates mucous in my respiratory tract. So i am not descarting that seeds can have an undesirable impact, but where else will i get the beneficial efects of seed? like the healthy fats? And considering this is very important aswell imo. Now i am going to read y'all interesting responses so i can educate myself better.
  2. This is really encouraging man, thank you
  3. @Julian gabriel Not really clear about it. It's like a state of receiving, allowing. You allow the energies of people around you, so you express freely aswell. A place where you can put your guard down.
  4. Maybe the so called femenine desire? I'll share my dream of last night: Yesterday i had this astonishing dream (lucid in part) where, after flirting with a woman from the reception of an institution, I decided to take walk through a gallery. Nobody else was there, completely alone, at dawn. 5 am in the morning with the first sunlights. I saw this amazing store, taken out of a sci fi movie, so i couldn't resist but to try to walk in despite being closed to clients. I was not feeling like making a mistake. Obviously the store alarm went off and the gallery shut the doors immediately, as if it was a jewelry museum. So i started walking like nothing happened. Then an emergency red light started shining: the gallery was on its mission to catch me no matter what. Some artifacts peeked out from the ceiling and started spreading a gas. At this point I was in big trouble, completely locked in. Kept walking a bit more but, since everything was so damn insistent into catching me, i started feeling like surrendering. The gas started making me fall asleep, until it knocked me out completely. Next act, two soldiers were dragging me by the leg (lol) and sending me to some place. Finally I was admitted to a nursing room. They imprisoned me in a chair and a nurse that was waiting for me took a syringe and was about to prick me, but no to inject something but to extract something that needed to be removed. I was panicking a little bit at this point. So she put the syringe in my belly anyways, but not the needle... the whole syringe. Suddenly i woke up from the dream... (Yes, precisely like matrix!) Conlusion? maybe that i need to trust more in people's intentions. Lack of trust made me distance myself from many people. Being in community is certainly a desire. Hope you can extract some value from this story cheers
  5. Of the plenty psychedelics out there, only acid does that to you?
  6. *slightly out of topic but f it: It is for some reason that you choose acid and not mushrooms for example?
  7. VVV ΛΛΛ i find those two comments to be correlated, just wanted to mark it
  8. Can you share your values? just out of curiosity...
  9. Just read this post after eating a banana smothie with lots of flaxseeds. I read the comment of @Truth-Seeker and i was like 'oh shit' but then read @undeather's comment and ahh relief
  10. The whole premise of this forum is to create an amazing life for oneself So see what you can do with it
  11. How to not take life for granted? By not taking it for granted, lol. I get why you ask though, but there is really no way around it
  12. I find extremely interesting that you've opened yourself to that. Didn't read your other comments on this post, but i assume you've go through a lot...
  13. Resuming my previous post: I catched covid two weeks ago and two days ago post-covid symptoms kiked in. Which is not as urgent as a stroke, but i need to take care of it as soon as posible. Went to the public hospital today, but a consultation with the doctor is available tomorrow morning. So i am researching on internet what can i do in the meanwhile. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wgbr1IDvens (in spanish, sry) The video gives some actionable steps for overall healing of post covid symptoms. Which are: sleeping well, eating well, and light exercises (surprise). Other non conventional recomendation: Breathing exercises, full inhale and relax.. I am chosing this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGU-p64UOzA but it may be to much for someone who never does breathing exercise. Pulmonary thromboembolism is a very common post covid symptom. Doctors give you specific anticoagulants. Not having that today. So looking for alternatives i found some foods that have anticoagulant properties: garlic, onion, turmeric, ginger, vitamin e, ginkgo biloba, omega 3, and more... some of them dilate blood vessels, so it helps blood clots -frequent after covid- not obstruct circulation. But there are thousands of compounds at play, complex... complex... My mistake was to do heavy exercises sessions when i should have done light ones. I plunged into ice water and i am a nebwie, i remember my lungs feling overwhelmed in that moment, and so my heart. I also tried my normal calisthenic routine, also a newbie there. My body is not properly conditioned besides post-covid. Easily the story could've been very different.... It surely triggered more difficulties for my body. Thing that i did right: Eating well, almost a 10 there. Sleeping well also, but now is being interrupted again, which is known to be a post-symptom.
  14. I am having difficulties post-covid as well, syntoms started 2 days ago. Heart beat feels weak, difficulty catching air and overall fatigue. That can happen even if your Covid syntoms were mild. I have catched covid with just one vaccine. Now realizing the rewards i missed by not having the three shots. What to do with long term syntoms (talking with your doctor): https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/long-term-effects-of-coronavirus-long-covid/ Read carefuly and always consult with your doctor "Role of Creatine in the heart: Health and Disease". I was feeling my heart rate very weak today so i drinked water with a creatine powder, feeling better now. But this doesn't mean that its healthy or not for your organs, that's why you should consult your healthcare assistant first. And have good meals, that's certanly true (although also talk with a doctor about that) Things that i have yet to talk with a doctor: Does intermitent fasting can help with post-covid conditions? (i am expecting a big no)- Does creatine suplementation can help post-covid damaged organs? I am going to prepare and eat a good meal today and then talk to a doctor, gonna report back. EDIT: Just got back from the public hospital, doctor shifts for post-covid syntoms are available for tomorrow Exercise, cold showers and anything stressfull is in standby as they worsen my conditions. Maybe just a little yoga here and there. The thing is, this post syntoms started two weeks after my first infection, so i went living my normal life thinking everything was fine, otherwise i wouldn't do cold showers, that's nuts if your heart is at its limit...

  16. So you love writing, and you want to help people actualize themselves. But you don't know how to combine these two things and make a living out of it right? The 'how' is getting in your way. But you'll figure that out. Focus massively on writing, a variety of topics, specially those you like. For a couple of years gain skills, fall more in love with the process of writing. You'll naturally gain the clarity on the 'how to help people with writing' question, and you'll find out lots of other people's stories that will inspire you. You've get this far, now keep going!!
  17. Can you put aside 5-Meo for a little while? until you get this managed at the very least. In regards to music, i personaly know musicians who make their living playing in bands. Not in just one (and thus taking the risk of falling apart and being left with none) but in like, at least, five. It can be a band of covers, different genres, own music, doesn't matter, you are in the ambient of music. What they do is they rehearsal for 9 months and then they go on tour in the tourist season, playing 5 times a week in those 3 months, and making money for the whole year. Simple. You have experiences in bands, but are you willing to take it to the next level? You can do that AND give like training workshops. Not to mention that in a tour you'll be around lots of girls... There is more opportunity of socializing in general. ------ What do you really want beside generating an income and being self-reliant?
  18. Demo tape of something i am working on. I am gonna give full disclosure: i take ideas from other people's songs... maybe too much... Anyway there is a lot to polish in my song, you can tell right away the guitars are not in tempo in the first part. It is destined to be played with my band, which consists of 3 guitarists and drums (me) Influences: Inspiration for the first part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXGwVJCdV6A Inspiration for the second part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdCbfdlj5CA&t=353s
  19. It's scary to see actual neurons being degenerated because of mercury. A warning sign. How can you grow if your neurons can't? I haven't tested my urine for heavy metals, yet i may have some. My mother has amalgam filling, i have tried to comunicate her the dangers of mercury but she doesn't want to listen. And i don't know if heavy metals can pass from the mother to the baby in the womb. If that's the case some mercury accompanies me since ever. The above video ʌ is present as an excerpt in this guy's story vvv
