  1. Maybe in 400 years. Just to create a language it takes centuries, it can not be created by some elites. Deals between nations and conscious leaders is the way to go. But it is something that will definitely happen naturally.
  2. Me too, but I wasn't as mature as now so I did little understanding. Forget about politics I was only worried about grades and group think. Full disclosure: I haven't found or read any meaningful book on politics that I am aware. The things I read have some bits here and there about politics though. I said history because current politics exist only thanks to our history. Constitutions for example. You have to like it.
  3. I don't blame you, but you have it backwards. I live in Argentina. First: his cripto post was a mistake for sure. Second: He is 100x more intelligent than Trump So calling him a clown is erroneous
  4. You can read history books if you have the guts
  5. It's easy, you have two options when conflict is thrown at you: either you engage in the conflict and perpetuate it or you choose to totally disengage. True for any situation. Just leave your ego aside Right
  6. This is real conflict:
  7. @Ima Freeman Try not to take it personally. Often times I see a "lack of respect" directed towards me, but obviously that's my own perspective. Then I clearly see that it was not personal and in fact those people are struggling a lot themselves. They might not like themselves or they're in toxic relationships. They just don't know how to communicate love. Of course you'll feel that and get triggered, but understanding and bursting your own bubble is way more powerful.
  8. Or create a career out of it instead
  9. I want to leave a comment since in your other post I was missguided too. First of all I want to recognize my priority was backwards too. I better focus on impact first and I kinda see why. I am studying music, in fact my LP was "to impact the minds of people through creative music and visual art". Probably acquiring a house is easy after I have the LP set up. And to be fair my LP statement has a clear aim, I just have to compose art, lol. The difficulties have more to do with my inner obstacles and own resistance. More specifically I was intending to play what I compose live, which is the bewst way to generate impact on people. A great show really is a spiritual experience.
  10. I think you can totally plan a better life for you. Specially given that you're somewhat economically free, which is not a minor thing. Keep investing time into planning for your deepest desires which is the thing you're probably not paying attention as much. But again the hustle of your family is quite understandable.
  11. @Alex4 I wouldn't trade education for a regular job either. But sometimes you need the experience to know what's truly important.
  12. No problem, this is very helpful I think. This is what I've been creating so far in PureRef: I want to add more things like references to my career in a different section of the kollage. You can zoom in to each cluster of images and focus your attention to each individual aspect you want to envision.
  13. Hi. I am just downloading images from the internet. I have not thought of AI, nor I think I need it for this. I arrange the images in PureRef in case you don't know. Its a free pc program that allows to create a kollage very easily just draging images. You can easily create different reference collections there to look frequently.
  14. Two possible outcomes: It would win you every time You will now every possible move and why they exist
  15. I think Love is the only answer
  16. Avoiding it. That's the only way you'll end up meeting people that won't create conflict mindlessly. It is like a virus and you'll quickly adopt a conflictive attitude. It is easy when you have nothing to lose, but often times you'll have to sacrifice a paid position or friends.
  17. Why is this on Life Purpose, Career, etc sub forum though?
  18. Literally and not joking: good sleep. You wake up more creative and doubts give space to new answers
  19. Practicality is highly related to philosophy and I would not separate them that much. The way I see the role of philosophy is in thinking deep how things should really evolve in society, to mantain equilibrium and to inform the best possible decisions. This is a really modest way of doing philosphy, but I think that it applies to whatever work you choose to do and it will naturaly put you ahead of the curve. All of that while understanding that we need hard skills everyday and you're probably not gonna make money without it. Something that I did not understand is what you refer to when you talk about "liberal secondary education" or "liberal arts"
  20. CVs nowadays are a good portfolio, landing pages and a dedicated instagram profile
  21. I wonder why you guys think it is a mistake, what's wrong with working at a coffee shop per se? Looks like fun experience and not everyday you're served with a job oportunity at home
  22. I don't have any idea for you. I am currently deciding what to do for a living myseld and trying to aquire as much skill and knowledge as possible. But I do have some questions: What exactly you do as an administrative associate? What about it that you really love? Did you choose to work at an university because you like education? Could you create a business on your own that entails that kind of skill and how it would look like?
  23. Maybe you need to determine how many hours of work you need to feel satisfied. There is a problem of not working enough, as weird as it sounds. But work-ethic = satisfaction, be it studyng or working on a proyect and probably both combined if you want to mantain a creative conection.
  24. This is hands down one of the hardest things you can do, to create a powerful purpose. Time really goes fast, at a blink of an eye 20 years will pass and the worst nightmare wold be to have nothing you're passionate about.
