I posted this in the "Powerful" section on the Forum, but it's so powerful that I had to post it here for all to see who are suffering from Trauma/Depression/Anxiety/Suicidal Thoughts. This is the only thing i strive to become because it dissolves all fear and purifies the mind. It is a powerful stepping stone for one to Awaken to the I AM presence that is within us all. Please watch with your full attention and watch the whole thing to the end. It's not the "all be all" but it's a start.

I see you're delving into some serious work when it comes to how the mind works and taking responsibility for your own happiness and stop blaming others for things not working in your favor. I can tell in your off time you're educating yourself on issues that matter to you the most. After a while the individual gets tired of blaming others and start to look within where the real solutions are instead of pointing the finger at air, and that isn't even there, it's just appearing to be.

This is why we have to concentrate on ourselves because it would take infinity to try to get people to realize certain things. The best way is to become that yourself and change you and your way of thinking and the rest will follow. Everyone is on their own level for a reason and we have to take responsibility for our own mental states, if not, we give up our inner authority to others and fall victim to our own ignorance. We can look outside for guidance and mentorship but first we have to recognize that something is challenging and put away the blame game and start to change ourselves in order to see that outwardly manifested.

If I wasn't attractive and wasn't getting hit on by men but I wanted to be hit on, I wouldn't get mad at men, I would go make myself more attractive the best I can to accomplish my goal while enjoying the benefits. If women are incentives for men to become more financially stable why would you not use that for your benefit instead of getting frustrated. Now both sides win - more attractive - better off financially. I see that as a win win. Not a frustrated lose.

This advice needs to be discerned. Spirituality yes. Common knowledge, not always. I don't need direct experience to know that artificial sugars, flavorings and toxic lifestyle choices are bad choices. I don't need direct experience to know that killing someone may land me in jail. Knowing certain information ahead of time can save one the hassle of going through the pain and misery of what experiencing something directly may or may not cause. That's why we have educators and mentors and people who have experienced certain things for, to advise us ahead of time on certain issues that are commonly dealt with in day-to-day life experiences that doesn't require direct experience first to know it's potential danger.
