Yes, it does. This is one reason why I stopped having sex. Even with what I do for work it's just work. But on a personal level I can't and won't just have casual sex anymore. I don't even have to try and force myself, I just don't have the desire to. A guy with so-called "good game" can't even break that barrier unless we end up in a committed relationship, which will take a special type of guy for that with me.

That's what I've been trying to get answered. I knew there was something wrong with that statement because it didn't make sense when you either think of the blind or eyes closed. Even the deaf, no hands, no feet, extra fingers, no taste buds.....all of it. When you start to contemplate certain things, new insights gets revealed. This is one of them for me.

It's not as simple as "you". The answer is probably simple but saying "you" doesn't clarify anything

I didn't ask you that. I'm aware of that. You said looking through your eyes. So I'm asking who or what is looking through a blind person's eyes. I am genuinely asking this question as I use to say the same thing about whatever is looking through your eyes is looking through my eyes. But this doesn't makes sense to me when referring to a blind person or when the eyes are closed. If someone can answer this for me I'd appreciate it.

No. There's nothing wrong with looking for someone to take care of you. The question was not about looking for someone purely for their wealth. That is your interpretation of what was asked. Also, there are forums that will not roast people for that because there are forums specifically created for this purpose. There are plenty of men and women out there who are seeking out people to take care of. I said what I said not because I am against what she asked but to make her aware that this is not the place that will give her the results she's looking for. BTW, there's no difference with what she asked VS a guy asking "Where do I find a female who is willing to have sex with me". You could say it is very shallow to just want someone for sex, just as you said it's materialistic to just want someone for their money. I'm not saying you would ask that. I'm simply pointing out the double standard and the sameness between the differences. It's the same thing, it's only the content that is different.

How has it changed you. Do you feel any different than how you felt before. If so, is this change temporary or permanent. Are you living from that place at all times. What would be the difference between you and somebody who still recognizes what they are but doesn't claim to be enlightened. How did this change occur. Would you consider yourself an Awakened being also; and did Awakening come prior to Enlightenment or is it the same thing. What's the difference to you. Without explaining what Enlightenment is, can you just say how you are different from say someone who recognizes Oneness or the non-dual nature of existence. I'm not really looking for an intellectual explanation of what Enlightenment is, just what's the difference in the before and after in the way you interact in the world and amongst other people. This is mainly for anyone claiming to be Enlightened but others can also share their views on what they think about what I'm asking also, so it doesn't get too limited.
