  1. The distinction between war and peace is created by the mind. God is peace and God is war. war is an illusion..only love exists. They're both sides of the same coin
  2. I dunno, I went by the profile pic.
  3. If God was realized in everyone war would cease.
  4. First of all, God is imagining it all now. Thats why the present moment is all there is. It's just seemingly being played out linearly. Your use of the word "endure" led me to believe you were referring to those encounters as bad because that's what endure implies - suffering through.
  5. I don't understand the question. What is infinite time, and experience what?
  6. Have you ever experienced any of those horrific things. It's all imagination even if you have. Imagination is Infinite. God can imagine anything it wants to even delusion. Do you ever go to a movie where people are killing each other and people are screaming in agony and call it insane and walk out. No, you enjoy it. It doesn't bother you because you know it's only a movie. This is God's movie.
  7. @Someone here @Hojo I think you're both delusional...complaining about your own creations. Just kidding. But on a serious note, remember, God is not some entity out there. You are God. God is Infinity so everything must be included. It is up to you to chose what part of yourself you wish to explore as a human and move vibrationally to it. No one person will experience all of what creation has to offer in one lifetime, you must do it separately, or appear to because creation is finished. God is experiencing itself and what you are experiencing now is what you are vibrationally a match to. Theres another version of you thats experiencing what you are not right now. Its all happening now. Infinity is everything everywhere all at once for eternity.
  8. Get into that cage with the Orangutan, you will quickly develop it.
  9. Emotions are very broad range. They can range anywhere between anger and rage to joy and happiness. When I speak about emotions in regards to what we're discussing here, I mean in an intuitive sense, what are we really feeling VS. how we think we should feel. Are we aware enough to discern between egoic emotions and emotions that are trying to lead us in the right direction. E.g. we like doing something and enjoy it tremendously but the mind dissuade us from taking action because it starts to logically explain reasons why it won't work, and we ignore the quiet nudge from the intuitive part of our nature. Remember, consciousness is prior to reason and logic and we are being driven by something higher than our own sense of self which is only interested in surviving what it has conjured up to believe itself to be.
  10. "To rely heavily on your emotions is not the way" is a relative statement. It might work for others and not for some in relation to the topic. I think being equipped with both thinking styles is a way for the Universe to balance itself out. The yin yang. Masculine/ Feminine. Both have advantages and disadvantages depending on the circumstances like you mentioned above; but to say it's not the way is relativistic. I respect your view, tho, but personally I'm more drawn to do/complete something if I'm more passionate about it rather than doing it out of being good at it or for the betterment of society.
  11. If you notice my question to her about logic and reason and if that was her thinking style, but she didn't respond...maybe she didn't see it. I believe in what you're saying, also, didn't watch the RG video; but from what you're saying, he probably is coming from that style of thinking.
  12. https://chopra.com/articles/how-to-bring-your-passions-and-purpose-to-life?_kx=oKqkl6UCcjNY5BQLT0CKpIn8BXKdG1LZmbVzp2HYCSc%3D.RBcavt Funny, this just popped up into my email. It's an article by the Chopra Foundation. Interesting read about passions; and, to my surprise, it also mentions how we have an internal GPS system (Guided Passion System) leading us to our purpose through our passions. I kinda mentioned to @Ajax that maybe it's our "soul's" way of guiding us to our purpose. Check it out if you're interested.
  13. One doesn't have to be developed in receiving divine power only aware of it. Your heart is beating, isn't it. You can move your hands can't you. Are you doing this. No. Its divine power. The energy that's flowing through you which is prior to biology. Think of it as a circuit breaker and a stroke is a malfunction in the circuit just like if you put too much power in a socket it might blow. Also if the nervous system isn't developed enough it cannot handle all of Sources' energy so it flows through you at a slower pace. This is why some cannot handle certain things in Spirituality because the nervous system is weak and can cause mental illness according to society's standards. The higher you upgrade your nervous system the more power you can handle and Source is aware of that, that's why we shouldn't force Spirituality on anyone because they might not be ready to handle whats ahead.
  14. I get what you're saying and, yes, you're the source from which everything comes. But think about this, maybe the passion came into your existence because you were given that passion from Source, almost but not necessarily like a talent, and that passion was a sign from you (the true you) through communication that that's what you (lower self) was meant to pursue on behalf of the higher you. Remember, the Universe is living life through you and it manifested itself into a body in order to experience what it couldn't experience because of its infinite nature. Who is this "I" you're referring to. I'm not necessarily saying you're supposed to do anything but this being your life's blueprint for you to follow in order for you to feel more joy. Kinda like a road map. This is the route for you to take. Like our emotions are our guiding systems to tell us where the negative thoughts we're entertaining doesn't align with how Source sees itself or us.
  15. @zurew i like your POV's. The "why" is crucial. Without it, you can lack motivation. It's like the gas in the car. It's needed in order for you to get to where you're going. Or better, where you'd like to go, because you always end up somewhere.
  16. Thats true too. Sounds like me...haha
  17. Do you consider yourself a logical thinker?. Like putting more emphasis on logic and reason over intuition, emotion and feeling. Just asking out of curiosity. Most females are the latter but sometimes the're exceptions and maybe that's what's influencing your reasoning patterns. Neither right nor wrong, just is. Or are you basing what you're saying because of personal experience which could still be using logic and reasoning. Just curious.
  18. Agree
  19. Interesting thread. I love talking about passion. Something to consider: What if you were "assigned" (not as in some master, but by your higher self perse) a mission to complete while here on earth in the form of passion. What if you, and only you, can fulfill this in your own unique way, like a fingerprint. What if your contribution to society was to honor your passion, the reason behind your passion. I believe everything in life has a purpose, not necessarily in the Absolute sense where there's a purpose for life itself because life itself is its own purpose. Hard to really relate this, but you guys are intelligent enough to read between the lines of what I'm trying to say here. Not that I actually believe this, just a thought that popped up while reading the thread. Thoughts?
  20. Ok guys, thank you all for the wonderful explanations. The only thing I know is that divine love is flowing through me to the extent of which I'm aware of it, and I'm fully aware of it. I'm aware that I'm aware and that nothing exists outside my consciousness or else i'd be aware of that too. I know there's no turning back now that I've been exposed to some parts of the Truth and I cannot unsee what I've seen through my own direct experience. My body is still purging out some of it's impurities and I try to be easy with it because I recognize how conditioned it has been. I try not to beat myself up too much because I'm just here to experience life and the challenges that comes with it. I've learnt alot through this forum and other teachers; but I know at the end of the day I'm my own inner guru and I have to learn to listen to my heart more because that's where my true home is. I'm at peace with not knowing everything and I'll continue to listen to all the wise minds here and read the posts and comments and I appreciate the knowledge and wisdom I have been exposed to. Many will go to their grave not knowing who they really are and I have had the opportunity to experience that knowing. Everything else will fall into place through divine timing and I truly understand what it means to not know. It's a mystery unto itself and that's part of the beauty.
  21. @Water by the Riverthank you for addressing my questions. In your last paragraph when you say "love is what throws it all out and pulls it all back", is that what's known to us as "Gravity"?
  22. Thanks for the responses. Since the ego doesn't exist and God is everything including you and me, who is there to be enlightened or awakened? I'm going to try to ask all the questions in one post. 1. What is being awakened God or the Ego. 2. If I'm one with everything and everyone, and there's no distinction between me and a tree because that's just a distinction the mind created, and the false sense of self recognizes this, why do I need to get enlightened or awakened to that fact if I can intellectually understand this and live my life accordingly. 3. I understand enlightenment is a stripping of all beliefs, ideologies concepts etc. and everything the ego believes itself to be, and is our true nature, why can't I just empty myself of all those concepts and become enlightened. I'm using the word "I" for the sake of clarity here. 4. Is the end of suffering the only "benefit" to acquiring the enlightenment state; and I'm not saying the pursuit to enlightenment should have any benefits because that suggests there's an "I" to gain something, but I notice a lot of "end of suffering" statements when explaining what enlightenment is. 5. If everything is perfect and there's an intelligent design at play here, and God put itself to sleep so it can awaken to itself, why do we need to pursue enlightenment and to recognize there's no Self if it's part of God's plan to trick itself into being human so it can experience itself through the ego. Is that part of the plan, to see if it can awaken to itself. If so, then what, and if not, why doesn't it just stay unenlightened to have the experience. These questions might seem a bit silly to some; and it's not that I really need to know the answers because I've surrendered and have trust in the process that's unfolding and know that I'm ok no matter what happens in my experience, but I'm just curious and would like to explore myself from other's perspectives. Thank you.
