It's about IDENTITY. Change your identity change your life. It's about being not doing. The doing will match the being. You will be led to do without trying. Well said. So many of us depend on outside forces to make us feel a particular way. All the tools are available to us to enhance our lives but unfortunately, some of us use these tools to enhance it in the opposite direction from where we would like to go. A hammer used to build a house is the same hammer that can knock someone upside the head and land you in jail. Same tool, different use.

Exactly...I don't rely on anything other than my inner authority, but we still live in a world of communication where we can ask questions and hear other people's insights and wisdom. A lot of things I've learnt in life was because of someone else's wisdom and I'm forever thankful that many have come before me and have done what I'd like to do successfully. Health, food and nutrition is one of them and if it wasn't for a lot of the books I've read, shows I've watched or other people's knowledge on the subject that they shared and have applied to my life, I'd probably be sick today like half of the population who are on meds. So I still listen to others and weed out what doesn't resonate.

Feel free to express yourself with me, I don't take too many things personally. That said, I share information, this is what a forum is for amongst many other purposes. Just like I take in information. What one does with it is up to them. I'm not relying on anything in particular to recognize or see my own truth. I cannot help but experience life because that is what life is doing and I am life. I experienced the video, so that's experience itself. How I interpret it, will determine my future experiences. That goes for anything in life. We live in our own world's and what may be good for me may not be good for others. We are constructing our Realities as we speak. What is true for me may not be true for you. All truth is relative and absolute simultaneously; all embed within the one Absolute Truth. So it doesn't really matter what insights I cling or hold unto, or what I believe, that will become true for me. You have made Leo's insights important to you by not taking them as true at first, as you said, so you go out and test them like a scientist. That's what you're relying on, proof, someone else's insight to become true for you. You're not recognizing you are doing this, but you are. I don't take anything as true or not true because it all is, and not, depending on how you look at it. I am being lived and whenever something within me says, without hesitation, share this, I share it. There's someone out there that needed to see it. There is nothing here that I am doing for me. It is for the collective. When I share something it won't resonate with all but it will for some. When I ask a question and receive an answer, that answer may change someone else's world as trivial as it may be to me. So I understand this about life, so I never hesitate to share something that I felt the urge to because I am being lived and the Universe is working through me and everyone else, it's just some don't recognize this to be so because they are blinded by their outer senses.

You're just writing a letter to yourself. Your Soul misses you. Your soul wants you to pay it more attention. That's why you said you can relate to these things. It's you you're missing, Go back home. Pay attention to yourself, it misses you. You gave given too much attention to the outside world and it's crying out to you to come home. Read into your message because it's all in there. You'd be surprised what messages we are sending to ourselves when we write sentiments like this to others because there are no others. When you learn to see into this, it will reveal itself to you more and more. You are really missing yourself and projecting that unto Leo.

Quick story: There's someone that I know personally that is constantly criticizing and judging others. Always pointing out other's flaws. Ever since I've understood how criticisms and judgements work and how it's usually about the character doing it, every time they did it, I noticed the same thing they were judging and criticizing, I noticed it in them. E.g. they are very messy and they love to point out people's messiness, or they love to gossip but always pointing out other people that gossip and the list goes on. So, whenever they judged and criticized, I take it they were talking about themselves and that's how I got to get to know who they truly were as a personality. It never failed because it always revealed itself to me and i would always see in them later on the same thing they were judging and criticizing. Make no mistake, though, there's a difference between observing someone's behavior and describing it or mentioning it and making a criticism about it. It's when we're saying it with malice or with an air of judgement when it becomes about you.

When you've come to the realization that life is about you, all your criticisms, projections, judgements and all those things are about YOU, then it becomes easier to analyze one's own insecurities and self-reflecting becomes easier. Reality is a mirror reflecting back to you your own State of Consciousness. You're not doing so bad because you didn't deny what @Razard86was saying and started to defend yourself and showing ignorance, you surrendered and took it in grace. Shows you the power of this mirror and what it can reveal to us about ourselves.

No, it doesn't mean that, it means you don't have to do those things since you're not identified with the mind. You can still be an upright citizen and follow the laws because you understand that following it VS not following it is still a stance that you think it's all real. If I don't follow the law, I'm saying there is a law to not follow. I can still play the game and not identify with the game because I understand it's still just a game. You are saying all that as your belief sytem not mine.

I'm not, but just for the sake of this conversation I'm stating this. True Self knowledge will dissolve all fear and suffering, but it takes practice and a lot of inquiry, so eventually that chainsaw wielding masochist will have to fly out the window along with his chainsaw. Lol
