  1. Thank you for understanding what I was saying, and I have also personally met someone who ended up in the hospital because of misuse of phychedelics. I also recognize that a lot of us here on the forum do respond to posts from a perspective of having the experience of whatever the post is about, so I try to be careful in how I frame my responses so I don't purposely offend anyone while still trying to get my point across; and usually if someone brings to my attention that they feel I'm wrong about something or they don't agree, I will take a step back and re-evaluate what I said because I'm aware that I'm still learning about life and maybe I can learn something from their evaluation of my POV. I joke a lot on here and sometimes make silly remarks, but I do take this forum, its members and my reasons for actively participating seriously, and I too was just an observer of the blog for app. 2yrs before deciding to actively participate in it which I have no regrets doing. Thank you again for realizing my point, and I do understand where you're coming from, and because I always love it when something has been brought to my attention that maybe I wasn't aware of, where I could possibly grow from and change my perspective, I never hesitate to do the same, because one of the things I've learnt in life is, people will act defensively on the spot, but if the criticism was made from love and from good intent, they will reflect on it somewhere down the line and it could possibly have the potential to positively change, not only their lives, but the lives of the people they come in contact with because were all one and everything is entangled within everything else. Thank you for your service as a mental health professional, as it is so needed in our society today.
  2. I like, also I think niceness that comes from weakness is insecurity.
  3. To me what you're saying is very important. I'm not addressing whether Leo is right or wrong in his response because Idk. I'm staying away from that, but what I will say, is your response to him sounds good on the surface and shows caring for how Leo responds to questions on the forum and the advice he gives in relation to how his forum following receive and implements those said advice. However, when you boldly make the claim that EVERYONE on the forum WILL take his advice whether directed to them or not is not a true statement and sounds "cult like". This is not a cult, and not everyone will take his advice and implement them. I'm not saying he doesn't give good and sound advice, what I'm saying is, remarks like that insinuates that we don't know how to think for ourselves, and maybe that is true for some but not for all. It is very important for me to say to you that I'm not trying to tell you how to respond to anyone and how you SHOULD express yourself however you choose, but what I can do is make the suggestion to you that it would probably be more effective and sound advice to say to us, not leo, in respect to the original advice he gave about the insanity issue for us not to take every advice from Leo and implement them because sometimes he can be wrong and for us to think about them ourselves and to use proper judgment in how we take advice from others because sometimes they may not be suited for everyone and may be applicable for some depending on your state of being and level of understanding and consciousness. Yes, he does have a responsibility and should be wary, as you say, for the advice he gives, but we also have a responsibility to teach ourselves how to think and to make decisions for ourselves because in the end it all lies on us to obtain the results we want to achieve. Personally, I do respect and listen to most of Leo's advice on certain issues, not all, because there are other areas of life and other people I can turn to if I believe they're more suitable for me in regards to advice I may need to help in my own decision making. To me, Leo is a genius, but then he's also human, even though he claims to not be and is now an alien. Don't quote me on that, though.
  4. I'm well aware of what I am, but all I'm saying is we are still living in a dualistic state where the mind makes distinctions so we are able to experience ourselves as God in a finite way. Everything is identical but this is not how the mind interprets it and, if were not conscious enough to recognize the sameness between the distinctions, the mind will not adhere to that and the results can become problematic for us as finite human beings.
  5. I guess that's how "trolls" were born.? not giving a f@&# how they conduct themselves online and being insensitive, because it's just the internet. But the internet is just a tool and can be used to better ourselves as humans plus the internet is the wave of the future. So I guess were going to produce a lot more assholes in the future then.
  6. Read what he said again, especially the last part. I was disagreeing with it at first until I properly understood what he meant. You don't actively have to make your body healthy, just don't try to make it sick. Within those lines. It's a tricky statement.
  7. I'm not disputing what you're saying, not agreeing nor disagreeing, but I think a combination of the two factors play a roll in how the body responds. I don't think the body can get away with just eating junk food all the time 24/7 365 without negative consequences even if you believe there's nothing wrong in eating junk food. Don't confuse the Absolute with the relative. The body has the capacity to heal itself if given the right conditions and what's doing the healing is the energy that's coming from Source. It was designed in a particular way and it requires certain maintenance to run efficiently. You can make yourself believe something but there are still certain laws at play here. You can't believe your way into thinking the sun won't shine tomorrow and then the sun doesn't shine, figuratively speaking. You can believe the body can heal itself and that turns out to be the case because it was designed to heal itself, but it wasn't designed for the consumption of poison, which is what most fast food chains serve, so no amount of belief can or will change the fact that you may or may not become ill from eating those chemicals.
  8. Be careful how you directly communicate sexual intent in a first time meet. There are no shortages for women receiving this from men, and from the subtle ways you interact with her, she will know you're already sexually attracted to her, no need to communicate it verbally to her because it might make her uncomfortable depending on the female. All women aren't the same and will respond differently to sexual innuendos.
  9. This is typical of how tricky the mind is. There's nothing about Coco Cola that's good for the body or the brain. Saying its just sugar, when sugar is one of the most toxic things a human can consume is undermining the negative effects sugar has. Plus one can of coke contains 10tsps of sugar and 39grams of sugar (had to look it up). You might not see the immediate effects but constantly consuming processed baggage in all forms whether physically or mentally does have negative effects on the brain and body. Then we go out and consume pills to try to remedy what we could have avoided in the first place. I'm not a health nut but there are a lot of misinformation out there that can totally screw us up if we're not careful of the impacts. Sometimes we label ourselves as bipolar, schizophrenic, depressed, anxious and other mental disorders when it's the foods were consuming that's causing these disorders and eliminating certain foods from the body is all that could be needed to treat the disorder. I'm not saying this is always the case, but sometimes it is. Chugging heaps of beans and eating whole grains doesn't substitute for eating a variety of whole foods with different color spectrums that includes eating foods that supply different micro/macro nutrients and getting the proper nutrients the body needs to help sustain itself in a healthy manner, and veganism isn't necessarily a healthy choice either. To me, veganism is overrated.
  10. Ok, I take it back...just kidding. But seriously, I am not concerned with whether or not what I said was true or not, it's the way I responding that matters to me. I'm responsible for the way I feel, not you, and if something triggers me, It requires me going within to figure out what activated that emotion within me from what you said. Which in turn will release something inside of me that I was holding on to, so I can make room for new baggage(lol),
  11. It's not that they are God but you, as God, are imagining them.
  12. All I know is when I eat healthily, I feel good and when I eat unhealthy, I feel like shit. Genetics play a role, but when you look at the statistics and also from personal experience, I find most people with degenerative diseases got it from the way they ate not from what they believed the food will do to their bodies. You can heal yourself with the mind so, I'm sure the mind can also make you sick. But in general, healthier eating habits will ward off diseases for the most part if done correctly and from a place of proper knowledge. Even tho we are Gid, Gid can also imagine sickness. We have to remember most people are not conscious of how they're creating situations and circumstances in their lives, so just telling them they are God and can eat anything they want without consequences is not applicable.
  13. I think what he meant was nature's food and not processed junk.
  14. I so much agree with this. I consider myself to be kind, compassionate and empathetic. But I can also display behaviors that contradicts that. Both are authentic for me but the latter makes me feel out of control. Its like my default mode is the former but when a button gets pushed...oh my...watch out. But Spiritual maturity has shown me that the latter is showing me some issues within myself that has to be addressed. It's never about the outside world but a reflection of the disturbance on the inside, which becomes a powerful learning process if effectively applied. But you explained this so eloquently, (as usual).
  15. Limiting beliefs can be removed through hypnosis or self-hypnosis in the form of subliminals, daily affirmations or mantras. You can do self-hypnosis by putting in headphones while you sleep and listening to recordings of either yourself talking or recordings of other voices. There are plenty of videos on YT that you can use and, depending on the quality of the subliminal, can be very effective in reprogramming the subconscious mind. The trick is you have to do it for at least 90days straight to see lasting results. The best times to use subliminals are in the morning right after waking up and at night before going to bed because the brain is more susceptible to changes at those times .I believe they're called Alpha and Delta states respectively.
  16. I like that answer. I find that to be true in a lot of cases.
  17. I sincerely apologize to you for the things I said and the way I came across. I also value this forum and enjoy being a part of it. There's no excuse for my reacting in that manner, and it showed me that I need to respect and honor other people's choices of expression, even though I might not agree with it. You were merely stating your disappointment with what you were observing, and just because I didn't share your perspectives or views , it didn't mean they weren't valid from your POV. We are all coming from our own levels of awareness, and I might see things differently. You were merely expressing how you felt; and just because I didn't like the tone of that expression, it didn't warranty my interference. I share your passion for the beauty of being able to communicate with like-minded individuals where we can come together and express ourselves uniquely, since it's a rare find. I'm not coming from a place of regret, but more from a place of recognizing. Recognizing that we are one; but the one is split in pieces and each piece is unique and learning to love and accept every part of the whole is how we learn to embody our true nature as LOVE. We all share the same cosmic heartbeat, and in order for it to be melodical, we as a collective have to come together in harmony with the rhythmic flow of the one Universal Mind. Much love to you.
