I'm seeing so much how I used to do the same and none of what I feared or dreamt up in my mind came to pass. I'm literally seeing through a lot of this bullshit from the people around me by being an observer and observing how people are creating their own hell. I'm the type of character that learns from others' mistakes quicker than I do my own so now I'm using the art of observing others to my advantage instead of using it to criticize and judge and trying my best to not let my mind put me in hell like i see so many people do when none of what the mind is saying is happening or will ever come to pass.

That's why the rich gets richer and the poor stays poor. It's not easy to do because we're used to waiting until we get the things we desire first then feelings come after but it's really the other way around where we can sustain the flow of abundance. The feelings is the secret. That's why it's psychological. If you hate money, money will not come to you easily and if you think money is the root of all evil you will not sustain it. It's energetic. Anyone who does not understand this, doesn't understand how the Universe works. It's mental. Everything starts with a thought. This is why I try to stress less complaining and more gratitude because whatever you focus on you get more of. Focus on lack, more lack and vice versa. This is why people with addictions usually don't have a problem getting their addictions met no matter how poor because that's what they are focused on. The Universe is on our side it's just we're sending the wrong message with our feelings.

Legumes and seeds are good. It depends on the starch. Not too much whites. Quinoa, wild rice, sweet potatoes, squashes, bulgar wheat, parsnips, green peas are good starches to name a few. Oats, if not grown with pesticides and glyphosate can be good. A lot of conventionally grown oats in the US is toxic and can be harmful in large amounts. Research.
