  1. Fixed. Still can't embed videos, though.
  2. Pour some on your head and let it drip, drip, drip....
  3. https://youtu.be/EzTEzav5l20?si=fLoYI69YFzj8jOS8 This is a good video on this topic.
  4. Lol...ok point taken. I like your sense of humor.
  5. This is what I think I have to try and change. I'm very direct and blunt, while still being compassionate, kind and loving. I think it's the culture I'm from. You know how the British don't give a f@#k and will just say it as it is; well, Jamaica was a British Colony and I think that's where we get it from. I can be very direct sometimes, and some may not take to that very well even though, it's usually coming from a place of love and caring because I speak from the heart and i have a lot of passion within. Most Americans don't normally relate to this, and I know some might even deny this, but I'm speaking from experience. So, I have to sometimes tame the way I come across so people don't get the wrong impression.
  6. Funny
  7. Humans don't have tails. I wonder what we're literally chasing instead, like the dog. Name something other than a tail. C'mon let me hear it. I know it's a figure of speech.
  8. Nice read. Gives you a broader perspective on the masculine/feminine dynamic.
  9. @Razard86, no wonder this work is not popular. It truly is mental work. The mind is so deeply conditioned and biased that it even tricks itself into believing it's own trickery. This is why I try to start from the end and work backwards.
  10. That means you didn't embody those teachings. Actually, that's why experience is the best teacher and maybe it wasn't embodied because there was no experience to anchor that embodiment. BTW, that post was beautiful. I almost cried in the end, but I held back...didn't feel like blowing my nose as I often do when I cry. Didn't feel like getting the tissues. It's a lazy Saturday afternoon.
  11. @Razard86, thank you, your explanation is more sensibly put than his even though, like you said, he is partially true. I like when you give examples because it gives my mind the capabilities to reason it out myself to see if it makes sense as I also put my own experiences to the test. The word "lie" in these contexts can be a bit tricky as it is not an intentional lie but a misunderstanding of the truth. As far as in the Absolute sense VS the relative they are one of the same but since we're living in a dual state it can become tricky to differentiate the two states especially the further we go into this work.
  12. Hmmm. The other night in my blanked -out episode of "severe neurosis" as some affectionately called it, lol, I kept saying it's a feeling, it's a feeling, it's just a feeling i couldn't explain. Then the next day I heard, I believe it was Osho saying in a shorts video, you are not your feelings and we shouldn't identify with our feelings. This shit can get so bizarre and sometimes confusing, now I see why people do psychedelics to cut through the bullshit. I'm not confused about my true identity, though, and I work from there and figure out the rest.
  13. What did they use to determine that. Wasn't it Intelligence?
  14. I know of a plant that actually does this. I had to Google the actual name, though, as I only know it by it's appearance and nick-name. It's called Mimosa Pudica otherwise known as "touch-me-not". Grew up with it in the tropics as a kid. Fun plant. So, I know if that exists, there's something in the Spiritual world that represents that. Closes in on itself, I mean.
  15. Gay guys too; actually, if anything, gay guys even more because the sex isn't a distraction. Not saying you do, but don't think gay people are gay because they dislike the opposite sex or hate them, quite the contrary. Different reasons why people are gay or straight or bi. Attraction comes in different forms.
  16. I see. Never looked at it that way. However, I don't agree. From a broader perspective and looking at what you said seeing how other beings live their lives I don't see that coming from 99% of people, both men and women, actually. I see it as, if your intention at the time is to attract a mate, then that may be the case, but after that goal has been accomplished most people don't go around living their lives to increase their sexual value, if anything it's their monetary value or other type of value to be of service to humanity or even just to their immediate family and/or friends. Most people who are out trying to accomplish non-sexual things and trying to be successful in their careers and/or goals are not out trying to increase their sexual value just to get laid. Not saying this never happens, but if you notice, especially for men, they either go about one or the other and will put one on the back burner to accomplish the other, then they go back to the other. Only people who have nothing else to do, are sex addicts have no goals or are just lazy and are just bums live their lives to increase their sexual value unless they are in the adult entertainment industry.
  17. I'm very stupid and naive. I'm like a child in kindergarten school, and like a child in a candy store. I was brought into this world and got dumped in it without a manual. I'm trying to navigate through this maize just like everyone else and trying to figure shit out. Or am I. Maybe it's not what I think. Maybe it's all a dream, maybe there is no me, maybe there's nothing here, maybe I'm imagining everything including you telling me I'm not smart nor nice, maybe maybe, maybe. Maybe my assumptions about you are wrong maybe, maybe, maybe, Hope that didn't confuse you too much, maybe.
  18. Wouldn't you be aware of the lack of feeling. Are all senses feeling. If I'm smelling something am I feeling it also? How can I not be aware if I'm Awareness.
  19. I can suggest a way that may help with the junk food. Watch a lot of health channels, watch videos of people cooking and eating healthier food. Surround yourself consciously around health topics, read health blogs, magazines, articles etc. and saturate yourself with this topic and keep doing it even while eating the junk and you will start to just naturally gravitate towards eating healthier. I'm usually naturally on that path even though I veer off sometimes for whatever reason. It's like my default mode is to eat healthier and the unhealthy stuff comes for whatever reason like cravings or having a sweet-tooth or whatever, but it gets easier to leave the junk behind when I either consciously think about it or tune into naturally healthy stuff and go back to my passion of creating healthy foods and studying nutrition and reading blog posts and watching healthy stuff on YT, because I've noticed since I got into Spirituality, the body has had more cravings and wants to act up and eat more junk and has developed a sweet-tooth that wasn't there before. I don't need any more cravings other than my 2 vices, so I try to not let it get out if hand.
  20. Ok, that's right. I may message you for a bit more info on this, if you don't mind, as I don't want to take up this space chatting about this too long. Just to get a bit more info on how to get started incase I become more serious on the topic of writing professionally. Cool?
  21. Wow, so well said. I think, it's not till some guys get older that they realize chasing skirts isn't all that it's cracked up to be and forming more meaningful and wholesome relationships with women whether sexual or platonic is more fulfilling in the long run rather than just moving from one to the other and chasing like pigs chasing fox.
  22. No, like I said, not professionally, but I did look into becoming a writer for content creators like blog posts, though, but I didn't follow up on it. Is that what's called "copywriting"?
  23. Well, thanks for the clarification on that. I looked at inventing as a subject and an object, so if God is one with it's creation how is it separate. So that's where I was a bit confused. Sometimes words can become an obstacle in trying to convey this stuff, I guess. Don't you get smart with me, my beloved one. That sounded a little like "well, excuse me, but do you have anything else to debunk". Lol. You know I'm always asking something because, like you said, children always ask why we just got tired of asking. Growing up I was always the why, why, why one, until the why got tired of itself asking. I even started going to college to study psychology because I wanted to know why so much, but I only lasted one semester. I got a 3.5gpa, 2A's and 2B's. Thought I'd throw that in just to show off. Show off nothing of relevance. Lol
