It's OK. Whenever the rebuttals come, it's usually one of these "ifs" comments or the starving child in Africa or if someone hits you upside the head we'll see about no reality then. I don't really mean it in that sense. Every human has some type of insecurity - it's natural because of our nature. EVERYONE. Now Jennifer, I'm sure doesn't need make-up to make up for any lack in that department; I've seen her without make-up and she looks fine. Even if she wasn't insecure about her looks, she would still wear it. You said feel better, and I was just stating that it's not always the case with make-up. That's what I'm addressing - the make-up issue and that alone. A woman can wear make-up and still feel the same as when she had none on. I'm not sure about all that about insecurities is how feminine works and how the masculine is secure. I've met many insecure men. IMO men are more insecure than women but mostly in the dating department. Also career wise if they haven't achieved because they are so competitive and base their worths on their achievements. But that's another topic. I addressed the make-up issue because so many men have the wrong idea about it and why it's worn. Different women for different reasons. The main one is not to feel better about themselves but to appear more attractive if worn properly just like wearing a nice dress or shoes. It's a feminine thing. Would you say a woman wears dresses just to feel better about themselves; no, it's a feminine thing to do and a choice to wear it. Same with the make-up. It's not there to feel better about yourself but to enhance one's appearance just like an accessory can. Unfortunately some women do need it to feel better about themselves but others can feel better just for feeling better's sake when wearing it, but not necessarily because of some type of self-esteem issue.

We are.......in reality..... is dualistic. No such thing, ultimately. There's no we that's in reality. It's just reality and that's even saying too much because there's really no reality other than what appears and appearances aren't real, ultimately. If something appears it can disappears. What remains, just is. Emptiness is not reality. Now for all you naysayers, there is a reality but only within the dream, a dream that's not really happening.

A hangover is usually dehydration. You can still sleep for hrs and wake up with a hangover. You enter into deep sleep automatically after a certain about of time has elapse, unless you keep waking up before the REM stage begins.

Make-up has been around for centuries. Most women don't put on make-up for just that reason. Make-up for the feminine is more about an accentuation. To enhance. Accessorize. Like wearing jewelry, to complement. Lots of people do lots of things to feel better about themselves. There's a difference between enhancing one's appearance to lift one's mood or spirits and compensating with something because one doesn't feel good about themselves. Plenty of women who already feel good about themselves wear make-up. What you said is also true, but it's not the sole reason and for most females it's just another accessory and a way to express via art. It can enhance ones features and can make you feel better, sure; but not necessarily because one was lacking in that department initially.

I've never heard of that. My understanding and education on cilantro, says they remove toxic and heavy metals. Nothing I can say for sure as I've not done any formal studies on such, but I've listened to experts on the matter. That said, the vitamins you've recommended has in the ingredients "cellulose" which is another word for wood pulp and is harmful to the body. Ice-cream and lots of other conventional toxic packaged products on the market and many toxic supplements do have this toxic ingredient and i do not recommend and have also gotten that from the experts. All I've said are only recommendations and have not been approved by the FDA so take cautionary measures as I'm not an expert on such matters.

The subconscious mind is what's running the show. It's like a filing cabinet. Like a computer that stores memory, but it's not really memory but programs. It hosts all the things you like, dislike, are drawn and attracted to. It doesn't have the ability to reject anything, it accepts EVERYTHING that is programmed within it. It's different than the logical mind. It's illogical. It's the program that's responsible for all your bodily functions. It doesn't relate to the word "not"; so saying I'm not eating ice-cream anymore is registered as I'm eating ice-cream. This is why we have habits and habits are formed, because of the subconscious. Repetition. It is a program, a program. You are running on a program. This all ties into there's no one there. It has been programmed by friends, family, society, media etc. You are operating from that. It can be changed just as it was installed. Everyone, and I mean everyone is running off of a program, it's just a matter of which program are you running off. You think I'm nuts when i say there's no one there. Here's the proof.
